본 연구는, 블록체인기술을 접목하여 개발된 게임들이 NFT 기반 게임아이템의 상호 운용성(Interoperability)을 통해 게임서비스의 성과증대와 신 모델 창출 등 비즈니스모델 혁신을 만들어 낼 수 있다는 점을 '플레이댑' 플랫폼에 대한 실증사례 분석을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 연구를 통해, 블록체인게임의 기술적 혁신성은, 사회경제적, 산업생태계적인 거시적 관점에서 긍정적인 영향력이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 게임 내 자산의 소유권 확보 및 이를 통한 새로운 사업모델의 창출을 통해, 참여개발사 와 플랫폼 제공사 등 기업의 차별화 및 고객편익 증대 부분에서 명확한 영향력을 만들어 내고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

We look at the initial stage of Meta (previous Facebook)'s new metaverse platform and investigate its platform design in pre-launch and ignition life stage. From the Rocket Model (RM)'s theoretical logic, the results reveal that Meta firstly focuses on investing in key content developers by acquiring virtual reality (VR), video, music content firms and offering production support platform of the augmented reality (AR) content, 'Spark AR' last three years (2019~2021) for attracting high-potential developers and users. In terms of three matching criteria, Meta develops an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered translation software, partners with Microsoft (MS) for cloud computing and AI, and develops an AI platform for realistic avatar, MyoSuite. In 'connect' function, Meta curates the game concept submitted by game developers, welcomes other game and SNS based metaverse apps, and expands Horizon Worlds (HW) on VR devices to PCs and mobile devices. In 'transact' function, Meta offers 'HW Creator Funding' program for metaverse, launches the first commercialized Meta Avatar Store on Meta's conventional SNS and Messaging apps by inviting all fashion creators to design and sell clothing in this store. Mata also launches an initial test of non-fungible token (NFT) display on Instagram and expands it to Facebook in the US. Lastly, regarding optimization, especially in the face of recent data privacy issues that have adversely affected corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), Meta assures not to collect any new data and to make its privacy policy easier to understand and update its terms of service more user friendly.

최근 블록체인을 기반으로 하는 미술품 NFT(Non Fungible Token) 시장은 기존 그림 작품 뿐만 아니라 작품을 홀로그램화 하여 거래될 정도로 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 이렇게 방대한 미술품 시장에서 미확인 작품은 위조 수준이 정교하여서 전문가조차 진품인지 위작인지 판별하기 어렵다는 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점은 진품이 출품될 시에도 위작으로 의심받을 수 있어 작품 및 작가의 가치하락까지 이어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 객관적인 분석을 통하여 추출된 데이터 중 색도 Chromaticity 데이터를 4사분면으로 분류하여 비교군과 교점을 추출하고 교점에 해당하는 포인트의 XRF와 초분광 스펙트럼 데이터를 이용하여 미확인 작품의 작가를 추정하는 시스템을 제안한다.

As the number of users of the Metaverse platform increases and virtual assets in the Metaverse can be converted into reality, various commercial trading activities are occurring within the Metaverse. Considering that users can earn profits through selling digital products and the profits can be converted into fiat money or virtual assets, the commerce activities within Metaverse are similar to existing e-commerce. However, due to the peculiarity of transactions performed in Metaverse platform, the current legal system is insufficient to apply to Metaverse commerce, and many researches have been conducted for this purpose. But, regulatory research on NFT(Non-Fungible Token) digital products that can be applied to all types of physical products is inadequate. Therefore, This study investigated the types of digital products commerce in Metaverse, investigated the issues of commerce transactions related to NFT digital products and the regulations related to them. Based on this, research results can be used as the development direction of NFT digital products trading and consideration of related policy to protect NFT digital products.

프로필은 본인을 나타내는 가장 기본적인 수단이며, 그 자신을 대표한다. 프로필을 가장 많이 활용하는 SNS, 채팅 앱에서는 프로필을 이용하여 자신의 경험, 기분, 생각 등을 표현한다. 그러나 보이스피싱, 사칭 범죄 등에서 프로필과 같은 사진을 도용하여 사칭한 뒤 피해자를 속여 범죄를 일으킨다. 본 논문에서는 사칭 범죄를 방지하기 위해 원본 구별이 가능한 NFT를 이용하여 원본의 진위를 판단한다. 프로필 사진의 원본을 NFT로 민팅하여 블록체인 네트워크에 등록하고 원본 파일은 off-chain인 IPFS에 저장한다. 이를 활용하면 프로필 사진의 진위를 쉽게 판별할 수 있기 때문에 사칭 범죄 예방에 효과적일 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 현장학습 경험의 신뢰성 있는 수행내용을 보장하기 위해 블록체인 기반 NFT 보고서를 제안하였다, 확장현실(extended reality, XR)과 연계한 모바일 IP 기반의 메타버스에서 체험한 활동 내역의 검증으로 학생의 사용자 ID 인증을 위한 다중 생체정보에 의한 ID 식별(MFA)과 관리가 가능할 수 있다. 이때, 메타버스에서 가상의 확장현실 학습과 실제 현장학습 체험을 연계하여, 스마트 현장 학습용 체험시설에서 체험학습 학생들이 재미있는 실천적 경험을 유도할 수 있도록 다양한 퀘스트와 인센티브(지역 토큰 등)를 제공할 수 도 있게 된다.

Purpose This study aims to propose a blockchain-based platform that can guarantee enhanced trustworthiness in corporate ESG efforts, demanded by global ESG initiatives such as GRI and TCFD. Blockchain technology, recognized for its transparency and data immutability, can contribute to building trust in ESG disclosures, meeting the data transparency verification needs required by these initiatives. This research also explores the use of NFTs representing unique ESG efforts by companies, helping them in organizing and sharing ESG information with investors and consumers. Design/methodology/approach This study utilizes Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned blockchain known for its enhanced transparency, scalability, and suitability for business transactions, to develop a blockchain platform for managing and disclosing ESG information assets in a trustworthy manner. Furthermore, it introduces the concept of ESG NFTs as a more reliable method for conveying ESG information to stakeholders, where ESG NFTs undergo verification process by third-party authenticators and evaluation by independent evaluators for credibility of ESG disclosure. Findings The use of NFTs, which has been predominantly intended for market trading in public blockchain, offers a credible means of disseminating corporate ESG status and evaluations in a permissioned blockchain, better fit for business transactions. By representing information assets as NFTs, which are tamper-proof and establish clear ownership, the proposed platform enables effective management of ESG-related information assets.

급성장하는 디지털 경제 환경 속에서 NFT가 예술계 내에서 화제의 중심으로 부상하였다. 그러나 중국에서는 NFT 예술이 중국의 정치경제, 사회문화적 상황과 관련된 제약으로 인해 발전이 더딘 상황이다. 엄격한 관리 및 통제로 인해 암호 화폐의 유통이 제한되어 있고, NFT 예술에 대한 대중의 인식 및 수용 수준, 시장의 성숙도도 아직 낮은 편이다. 이러한 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문에서는 중국 미술 창작자와 시장 참여자가 중국 시장의 특성에 맞는 온라인 개인 미술 IP 모델을 구축할 수 있다고 전망하여 그 현황과 가능성을 모색한다.

블록체인과 함께 NFT(Non-Fungible Token) 수요가 확대됨에 따라 사이버상의 보안 위협도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 NFT 보안 강화를 목적으로 NFT 특징, 보안 위협, 컴플라이언스 등 NFT 보안 관련 현황 분석을 통해서 보안 점검 항목을 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 AHP 모형에 적용, 상대적 중요도를 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 관리체계 수립 및 운영, 암호화, 위험관리 등으로 중요도 우선 순위가 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 NFT 관련보안 수준 점검 항목을 도출하고 모형을 실증함으로써 NFT 보안 사고 감소 및 관련 회사들의 보안 관리 수준을 보다 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 NFT 점검 항목의 상대적인 중요도를 고려하여 보안 점검을 수행한다면 조기에 보안 수준을 식별할 수 있을 것이다.

NFT 아트는 NFT 기술을 바탕으로 형성된 새로운 미술형태로써 기존 미술계와 미술시장에서 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 따라서 NFT 아트가 새로운 미술의 영역으로 자리매김할 수 있는가에 대한 분석이 요구된다. 따라서 NFT 아트의 형성과 발전 과정을 과학기술학(Science and Technology Studies)의 행위자네트워크 이론(Actor-Network Theory)의 관점에서 분석하고 대표적인 사례로 NFT 아티스트 '비플(beeple)'의 사례를 조망한다. 또한 과학기술학 연구자인 그레이엄 하먼(Graham Harman)의 미학을 바탕으로 NFT 아트의 예술적 가치와 전통 미술 네트워크와의 관계를 논의한다. 특히 NFT 프로젝트 '크립토펑크(Crypto punks)'와 새로운 미술장르를 표방하는 '펑키즘(PUNKISM)' 사례를 통해 NFT 아트의 미래와 장르적 지속가능성을 분석한다. 행위자네트워크 이론으로 NFT 아트를 분석함으로써 기술적, 미적, 철학적 질문들을 가시화하고 새로운 미술장르로써의 긍정적인 전망을 제시하고자 한다.
