비파괴 분석 방법인 푸리에 변환 근적외선 분광 분석을 이용한 한지 기록물의 산성도 및 함수율 정량 분석 연구 (The study of quantitative analytical method for pH and moisture of Hanji record paper using non-destructive FT-NIR spectroscopy)

  • 한지기록물의 상태를 평가하는 데 있어 기록물의 훼손을 방지하는 것은 필수적인 요소이다. 사용된 공시재료는 1900년대 생산된 한지기록물을 사용하였다. 이 종이 기록물의 상태를 평가하기 위하여 비파괴적 분석기인 12,500~4,000 $cm^{-1}$ 파장영역을 가진 푸리에변환(FT) 근적외선 분광 분석기를 이용하였다. 푸리에변환 방식의 간섭계는 뛰어난 정밀도와 정확도를 가지며, 신호-대-잡음비가 가장 우수 하여 정량 분석에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 한지기록물의 산성도와 함수율을 적분구(integrating sphere)의 확산반사로 사용하여 측정하였다. 산성도(pH)의 경우에 전처리를 하지 않았을 때의 상관계수($R^2$)는 0.92, 표준예측오차(SEP)는 0.317이었고, 전처리를 하였을 때의 $R^2$는 0.98, SEP는 0.208 이었다. 그리고 함수율의 경우 산성도와 달리 전처리를 하지 않았을 경우에도 $R^2$와 SEP는 각각 0.99와 0.458로 확인 되었다. 전처리 중 다산란 보정방법(MSC)의 경우에는 $R^2$가 0.97, SEP가 0.558로 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있어 함수율은 전처리를 하지 않았을 때가 좋은 결과가 나오는 것으로 확인 되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 비파괴적인 분석방법으로 한지기록물을 적분구와 FT 근적외선 분광 분석기를 이용하여 한지의 상태를 정확히 평가할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

근적외선분광법을 이용한 동계사료작물 풀 사료의 수분함량 및 사료가치 평가 (Evaluation of Moisture and Feed Values for Winter Annual Forage Crops Using Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy)

  • 본 연구는 근적외선분광법을 이용한 조사료품질 검사의 현장 이용성을 확대하기 위하여 기존 사일리지 중심의 근적외선 DB에 저 수분 함량의 근적외선 DB를 추가하여 저 수분 조사료의 품질평가 가능성을 검토하고 통합된 동계사료작물 단일의 근적외선 검량식을 개발하기 위하여 전국에서 동계사료작물 조사료 2454점을 수집하였다. 각각의 시료는 근적외선 분광기를 이용하여 스펙트럼을 측정한 후 측정된 스펙트럼과 실험실 분석값간에 상관관계를 이용한 다변량회귀분석법을 통하여 동계사료작물 초종별로 검량식을 유도한 다음 각 성분별로 예측 정확성을 평가하였다. 초종별 동계사료작물의 수분함량 예측에 대한 검량식 작성 결과는 검량식 작성시 표준오차(SEC)와 상호검증표준오차(SECV)는 이탈리안 라이그라스가 각각 1.16%($R^2=0.99$)와 1.27%($R^2=0.99$)로 가장 우수한 예측능력을 보였으며 통합된 동계사료작물은 1.53%($R^2=0.99$)와 1.59%($R^2=0.99$)로 매우 양호한 예측능력을 나타냈다. ADF와 NDF함량 평가를 위해 개발된 검량식의 초종별 상호검증(SECV) 결과는 청보리가 각각 1.47%($R^2=0.75$)와 2.07%($R^2=0.52$)로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 조단백질 함량은 청보리(SECV=0.64%, $R^2=0.61$)를 제외하고는 모든 초종에서 양호한 예측능력을 보였으며 특히 통합된 동계사료작물(SECV=0.61%, $R^2=0.93$)이 가장 높은 예측결과를 나타냈다. 조회분 함량 평가에 대한 검량식 검증결과는 청보리(SECV=0.75%, $R^2=0.61$)와 호밀(SECV=0.81%, $R^2=0.68$)이 다소 낮은 예측 정확성을 나타냈으며 통합된 동계사료작물(SECV=0.45%, $R^2=0.90$)이 가장 높은 예측결과를 나타냈다.

  • 극저주파자기장 노출에 대한 사회적 갈등은 계속되는 전력 수요의 증가와 고압송전선로의 증설로 심화될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 현행 환경영향평가법상 이에 대한 구체적 작성규정이나 지침이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 극저주파자기장의 주요 발생원이라 할 수 있는 고압 가공 송전선로를 대상으로 환경영향평가 사례분석, 현장측정 및 전문가 자문을 통하여 환경영향평가 방법에 대한 표준화 연구를 수행하였다. 극저주파자기장의 환경영향평가의 문제점과 개선해야 할 사항을 도출하고, 이를 반영하여 환경영향평가 방법을 제안하였다. 주요내용으로는 환경영향평가의 현황조사-영향예측-저감방안마련-사후환경영향평가계획의 각 단계에서 거리와 전류량에 영향을 받는 극저주파자기장의 물리적 특성을 고려한 계획수립 및 결과분석 과정을 제안하였다. 본 연구 내용을 기반으로 환경영향평가 실무에 적용시킬 수 있는 '전력선에 대한 극저주파자기장 공정시험방법(안)'과 '전력선에서의 극저주파자기장 측정기록표'를 마련하였고, 29개 항목의 극저주파자기장 점검표를 작성하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 극저주파자기장의 장기적 노출에 대한 인체유해성이 불명확한 현 시점에서 송전선로 피해와 갈등을 최소화하고 합리적 방안을 도출하는 환경영향평가에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Conditional Generative Adversarial Network(CGAN) 기반 협업 필터링 추천 시스템 (Conditional Generative Adversarial Network based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation System)

  • 소비자의 욕구와 관심에 맞추어 개인화된 제품을 추천하는 추천 시스템은 비즈니스에 필수적인 기술로서의 그 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 추천 시스템의 대표적인 모형 중 협업 필터링은 우수한 성능으로 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나 협업필터링은 사용자-아이템의 선호도 정보가 충분하지 않을 경우 성능이 저하되는 희소성의 문제가 있다. 또한 실제 평점 데이터의 경우 대부분 높은 점수에 데이터가 편향되어 있어 심한 불균형을 갖는다. 불균형 데이터에 협업 필터링을 적용할 경우 편향된 클래스에 과도하게 학습되어 추천 성능이 저하된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 선행연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 추가적인 외부 데이터 또는 기존의 전통적인 오버샘플링 기법에 의존한 추천을 시도하였기에 유용성이 떨어지고 추천 성능 측면에서 한계점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 CGAN을 기반으로 협업 필터링 구현 시 발생하는 희소성 문제를 해결함과 동시에 실제 데이터에서 발생하는 데이터 불균형을 완화하여 추천의 성능을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. CGAN을 이용하여 비어있는 사용자-아이템 매트릭스에 실제와 흡사한 가상의 데이터를 생성하여, 희소성을 가지고 있는 기존의 매트릭스로만 학습한 것과 비교했을 때 높은 정확도가 예상된다. 이 과정에서 Condition vector y를 이용하여 소수 클래스에 대한 분포를 파악하고 그 특징을 반영하여 데이터를 생성하였다. 이후 협업 필터링을 적용하고, 하이퍼파라미터 튜닝을 통해 추천 시스템의 성능을 최대화하는데 기여하였다. 비교 대상으로는 전통적인 오버샘플링 기법인 SMOTE, BorderlineSMOTE, SVM-SMOTE, ADASYN와 GAN을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 데이터 희소성을 가지고 있는 기존의 실제 데이터뿐만 아니라 기존 오버샘플링 기법들보다 제안 모형의 추천 성능이 우수함을 확인하였으며, RMSE, MAE 평가 척도에서 가장 높은 예측 정확도를 나타낸다는 사실을 증명하였다.

초소형 SAR 위성을 활용한 수체면적 추출: 대청댐 유역 대상 (Extraction of Water Body Area using Micro Satellite SAR: A Case Study of the Daecheng Dam of South korea)

  • 수자원 관리와 수재해 피해 분석 및 예측 등을 위해 원격탐사를 활용한 수체면적을 추정하는 것은 매우 필수적이다. 위성을 활용한 수체탐지는 주로 광학 및 영상레이더(Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR) 센서를 탑재한 대형(무게 1,000kg 이상) 위성을 중심으로 수행되어왔다. 그러나 긴 재방문주기(repeat cycle)로 인해 재난/재해 시 적시 활용이 불가능한 한계가 존재한다. 최근 초소형위성(무게 100kg 미만) 개발이 활발히 이루어짐에 따라 기존 대형위성 중심의 시간해상도 한계를 극복할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 현재 활발히 운용중인 초소형 SAR 위성은 핀란드의 ICEYE와 미국의 Capella 위성으로, 지구관측을 목적으로 군집(constellation) 형태로 운용되고 있다. 군집화 운용으로 인해 짧은 재방문주기(현재 0.8회/1일) 및 고해상도(Spot(0.5m))를 가지며, SAR센서 탑재로 기상 및 주야 무관하게 관측이 가능한 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 초소형위성의 운영 현황 및 특징에 대해서 기술하였으며, 초소형 SAR 위성 영상에 최적화된 수체면적 추정기술을 한반도 대청댐 유역에 적용해 보았다. 또한 광학 위성인 Sentinel-2 위성으로부터 생성된 수체를 참조값(reference)으로 하여 초소형위성 2기와 대형위성인 Sentinel-1위성과의 면적, 상관성 분석을 수행하였다. Capella 위성의 경우 가장 적은 면적의 차를 보였으며, 세 영상 모두 높은 상관관계를 나타냄을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 초소형 SAR 위성의 낮은 NESZ(Noise Equivalent Sigma Zero)에도 불구하고 수체면적 추정이 가능함을 확인하였으며, 기존 대형 SAR 위성을 활용한 수자원/수재해 감시 활용의 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

airGRdatassim을 이용한 앙상블 기반 수문자료동화 기법의 비교 및 불확실성 평가 (Comparative assessment and uncertainty analysis of ensemble-based hydrologic data assimilation using airGRdatassim)

  • 가뭄과 홍수의 예측, 기후변화가 유역 유출량, 더 나아가 수질 및 생태계에 미치는 영향의 정확한 분석을 위해서는 수문 모의 과정의 불확실성을 정량화하고 최소화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 수문자료동화는 수문모형의 상태량이나 매개변수를 갱신(update)하여 모의 초기 조건의 가장 가능성 있는 추정치를 생성하는 기법으로, 실시간 관측 정보를 이용하여 예측 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 airGRdatassim 모형을 이용하여 앙상블 기반 순차 자료동화 기법인 앙상블 칼만 필터와 파티클 필터로 용담댐 유역에 대해 일 유출을 모의하고, 자료동화 기법별 특성을 비교 및 분석하였다. 모의 결과, Kling-Gupta efficiency (KGE) 지표가 자료동화 적용 전 0.799에서 앙상블 칼만 필터와 파티클 필터 적용시 각각 0.826, 0.933으로 향상되었다. 또한 기상 강제력 노이즈의 범위, 갱신 대상 상태량 설정, 앙상블 수 등 수문자료동화의 설정과 관련된 하이퍼-매개변수(hyper-parameter)의 불확실성이 모의 예측 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 강수 및 잠재 증발산 강제력의 오차 범위에 대한 민감도 분석 결과, 모든 모의 범위에서 파티클 필터가 앙상블 칼만 필터보다 예측 성능이 우수하였다. 파티클 필터는 기상 강제력 오차 크기가 작을수록 모의 성능이 향상되었으며, 앙상블 칼만 필터는 상대적으로 오차가 큰 경우 최적 성능이 확인되었다. 한편, 자료동화시 갱신되는 상태량의 종류를 줄일수록 자료동화에 의한 모의 성능은 감소하였다. 본 연구의 모의 실험 결과는 앙상블 자료동화를 이용하여 일 유출 모의 정확도 향상이 가능하지만, 최적 성능을 발휘하기 위해서는 수문자료동화 기법별 하이퍼-매개변수의 적정한 조정이 필요함을 함의한다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.
