양력형 디스크 풍력 발전기의 유동 및 소음 해석 (Noise and flow analysis of lift-type disk wind power System)

  • In this study, we investigate the flow characteristics of lift-type disk which behaves the up-down motion using the large eddy simulation (LES) and immersed boundary method (IBM). Also, we perform the noise analysis using pressure field at 1.35 m distance and reveal the cause of noise to observe the vortical structure analysis of flow result. It is observed that vortical structure and wind shear were generated at leading edge and tower with high velocity deficit and flow separation. High magnitude of flow noise was observed in low frequency range which is from 30 Hz to 60 Hz. It was observed that vortical structure at leading edge was generated in frequency range from 33.3 Hz to 41.6 Hz. Temporal characteristic in vortical structure at leading edge was similar to noise characteristics, having the similar frequency ranges.

  • Submerged and semi-submerged vehicles expel cooling water through an outlet. In this process, induced noise and vibration by the flow around the outlet have been reported, and it may cause problems directly related to survivability of the navy vessels. The coolant outlet has a net-type structure and circular columns are mostly used. In this study, flow measurements using PIV and LDV were performed for different type outlets; conventional (flat plate with round bar) and improved (flat and flat plate) configurations. Experiments were conducted at a cavitation tunnel where pressure and steady flow rate conditions are ensured for sufficient time to measure the flow. The average velocity field of the outlets were measured and compared through LDV measurements, and instantaneous vorticities were evaluated through PIV measurements. The results show that the improved type of the outlet is advantageous in terms of flow stability compared to the conventional type of the outlet.

비예혼합 제트화염에서 고주파수의 노즐 구멍음에 의한 부상화염 혼합성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mixing Capacity of Lifted Flame by the Nozzle Hole-tone of High Frequency in Non-premixed Jet Flames)

  • An experimental investigation of the characteristic of non-premixed lifted flames with nozzle hole-tone of high-frequency has been performed. Before the fuel was supplied to nozzle, the fuel was supplied through a burner cavity which was located under the nozzle. The fuel passed through the excitation cavity under the influence of the high-frequency affects the lifted flame characteristics. The measurements were performed in flow range that occurs lifted flame and blow out. When the high-frequency is generated from burner cavity, the lifted length became shorter, and noise reduced comparing to unexcitation case. Additionally, operating flow range was increased and diameter of flame base became smaller with high-frequency effect. Through this experiments, it's ascertained that the high-frequency excitation can be adopted with effective method for flame stability and noise reduction.

  • In this paper, the measurement system using the microphone array developed for analyzing cabin noise of the vehicle and its applications are discussed. The sensor is a three dimensional microphone array, the microphones and cameras are equipped on the rigid sphere. The cameras are used for acoustic visualization. As applications, the experiments in both reverberation chamber and anechoic chamber are discussed. These results show that this system is very useful to evaluate or improve the vehicle sound insulation performance.

  • The flow field around a symmetrical airfoil in a uniform flow under the generation of noise was studied by experiments and numerical simulation. The experiments are conducted by visualizing the surface flow over the airfoil with a shear-sensitive liquid-crystal coating and by measuring the instantaneous velocity field around the trailing edge of the airfoil.   • Recently, customers have been concerned about vehicle NVH depending on vehicle designing and manufacturing technologies development. In choosing vehicle, vehicle NVH is becoming the most important factor to customers. Especially, a seat is the final stage of vibration transfer path to passengers from all sources of vibration like engine, transmission and etc. And seat is the nearest component from driver's ear. For this reason, seat is the most important component that directly related to ride comfort for passengers. And driver can be influenced sensitively by BSR caused by seat. Thus, evaluating the vibration characteristics of vehicle seat and BSR caused by vehicle seat is necessary to reduce the seat BSR. The rattle noise occurred from seat has evaluated through sound source visualization and multi-dimensional spectral analysis - coherence function technique in this paper. Vibration characteristics of the seat has verified through modal test.

  • Using an internal flow noise test bench, this study investigates the variation in internal flow noise at the inlet and outlet monitoring points of a DN100 T-junction pipe under different flow velocities. Results indicate that with increasing flow velocity, both the sound pressure level and total sound pressure level at the inlet and outlet monitoring points increase. The highest total sound pressure level is observed at the vertical outlet monitoring point B, followed by the horizontal inlet monitoring point A, with the lowest at the horizontal outlet monitoring point C. At a constant flow velocity, the sound pressure level at the inlet and outlet points initially increases and then decreases as frequency increases.

  • 본 논문에서는 조영증강 초음파영상의 분석과정에서 육안판별의 한계를 극복하기 위한 파라미터 가시화기법을 소개하고, 이 과정에서 영상의 왜곡과 노이즈를 보정하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 초음파영상에서 조영제의 전이형태에 대한 동적패턴은 간질환 진단에서 의미있는 파라미터가 되는데, 전이시간 정보와 조영증강 패턴을 정적인 단일영상으로 표현함으로써 급속도로 진행되는 동영상에서 정확한 정보를 효과적으로 판별할 수 있게 한다. 진단파라미터 데이터의 신뢰도를 저하시키는 요인으로 호흡에 의한 흔들림현상과 마이크로 버블에 의한 노이즈를 들 수 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 영상의 움직임추적을 위한 다단계 알고리즘과 마르코프 랜덤 필드 모델에 기반한 영상개선기법을 제안한다. 실제 임상데이터를 사용한 실험결과를 통하여, 제안된 방법의 유용성을 실험적으로 고찰한다.
