풍력발전소 소음 영향 예측식 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on a Development of the Prediction Equation of the Wind Power Plant Noise)

  • The wind power plants were installed in many places because of the low climate changing effects since 2000. Generally, the wind power plants located in the seaside and the mountainous area and the heights of the windmills are about 40 m~140 m above the ground level. So the noises emitted from the wind power plants propagate far away compared with other environment noise sources like trains and cars noise. Because of these reasons, the noise emitted from the wind power plant is easy to cause the additional social problems like as noise complaints. Under the situation, the ministry of environment has established the guideline to evaluate the environmental effects for the wind power plant. According to the guideline, the noise of the wind power plant has to meet 55 dB(A) at daytime and 45 dB(A) at night in the residential area, which is regulated in the noise and vibration management law. But, it is difficult to estimate the noise emitted from the wind power plant because of the absence of the prediction model of the wind power plant noise. Therefore, the noise prediction model for wind power plants using the regression analysis method is developed in this study. For the development of the model, the sound pressure levels of the wind power plants in Jeju island are measured and the correlations between the sound pressure levels are analyzed. Finally, the prediction equation of the wind power plant noise using by regression analysis method derived. The prediction equation for the wind power plant noise proposed in this study can be useful to evaluate the environmental effects in any wind power plant development district.

  • Recently, noise map is used widely by synthetic estimation method for noise reduction. For correct manufacture of noise map, selection of suitable noise prediction method is important. This study compares XPS31-133 with CRTN, RLS90 which are widely used by foreign commercial noise maps.

  • This paper sums up the study of the soundproof facilities (noise barriers) to be placed on the test track section within the Seoul-Pusan H.S.T. project. The objective of this study is to determine optimum design of soundproof including height, length, location, sound absorbing materials for test track(chonan-taejon). This paper shows the model to design the shape and materials of noise barrier for high speed trains(TGV, ICE, ect). The design of soundproof facilities is to be conducted by MITHRA for the prediction of noise impact of the TGV and for optimising noise barriers in order to reduce the noise generated by high speed trains. A number of computer simulations are carried out in order to determine the specification of noise barrier on test track.

배관 표면진동과 방사효율을 이용한 배관 소음예측기법 연구 (A Study on the Radiated Noise the Prediction in the Pipe by Fluid Induced Vibration using the Radiation Efficiency and Pipe Surface Vibration)

  • This study is on the experiment and prediction of the pipe noise due to the internal fluid. The vibration of pipe external surface and noise in air were measured according to the internal fluid velocity and pipe type. In the experiment, the vibration and noise level of the straight pipe and rounded pipes show that the vibration and noise level are almost same. The 900 mitred pipe shows the high vibration and noise level. In the prediction of noise due to the internal flow, the method using the pipe surface vibration and radiation efficiency shows good agreement with experimental result.

  • An accurate railway environmental noise prediction model is required to make the proper solution of the railway noise problems. In this paper, an engineering model for predicting the noise of conventional passenger cars is presented considering the acoustic source strength in octave-band frequencies and the propagation over grounds with varying surface properties. Since the formation of a train can be variable, the source strength of each locomotive and passenger car was estimated by measuring the pass-by noise and analysing the wheel-rail rolling noise. Some validation cases show on the average small differences between the predictions of the present model and the measurement results.

  • The research is an objective which prevents a construction noise by developing prediction program on utility, helps comprehension of construction noise by case study. The program developed with Visual Basic of the Excel Logic. The standard noise is a data with report of the construction machine (National Institute of Environmental Research), construction noise of sound pressure level applied the distance decrease of the point source. The decrease effect of the barrier noise wall used the data of 5, 10, 15, 20dB where the diffraction is reflected. used a program, case study is suggested Prevention method to prevent noise of construction site.

  • In this paper, we introduce noise prediction program of HVAC system to assist low-noisy design of ship's cabin. The developed program calculates sound power levels at HVAC components considering primary and secondary noise generated by fan and duct element, duct element noise attenuation, and duct break-in noise based on the authentic empirical method suggested by NEBB and acoustic power balancing method. Sound pressure level at cabin with or without ceiling system is evaluated by the diffuse-field theory considering diffuser and duct break-out sound powers. Moreover, the program provides intuitive pre- and post-processors using modem GUI functions to help efficient modeling and evaluation of cabin and HVAC component noise. To validate the accuracy and convenience of the program, noise prediction for a HVAC system is demonstrated.

  • The objective of this paper is to suggest a characteristics of Noise and the Noise Prediction Model and the appropriate Noise Impact Mitigation Method for a elevated railway bridges construction. The characteristics on noises are investigated and evaluated according to a type of railway bridges such as steel, concrete and steel/concrete compound bridges, a types of train, a distance and height from railways. The noise prediction study has been made by the evaluation of differences between model values and in-situ measurement, around the railways. For the noise prediction, the Mithra program and the electronic properties of noises have been adopted.

개발 예정지역 도로교통소음 음향파워레벨 산정과 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Computation and Application of Sound Power Level for Road Traffic Noise of Renewal Area)

  • This paper is. a study on relation between road traffic noise(RTN) and sound power level(PWL). At present, many experimental formulae and prediction formulae are used for prediction of RTN. But these formulae are difficult to appiy to the metropolitan area because these formulae are inaccurate in the different condition from reference condition. This paper calculate RTN and PWL of each prediction formula, choose the best one and make a noise map of the subject area. Procedure is as follows. First, calculate $L_{eq}$ of RTN using experimental formulae and prediction formulae. Second, calculate PWL using $L_{eq}$ of RTN and distance attenuation for point source at semi-free field. Third, choose the most accurate formula. And finally, make a noise map of the subject area at present and future. The result using noise map will be able to apply to application field. Noise mapping tool used on this paper is Raynoise program using Ray Tracing Method(RTM), Mirror Image Source Method(MISM) and Hybrid Method(HM).

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp present condition of railroad noise, and forecast noise and presented basis data that ready noise reduction countermeasure. This study has predicted the level of noise reduction according to barrier by considering the characteristics of the cause of noise. These result drew using 'Prediction Model of NIER' and 'Shall03 of Germany'. This paper found important factors in railroad noise using this results and become forward syudy direction.
