도로교통 소음지도를 이용한 소음저감시설의 비용 / 효과 분석방법 연구 (A Study on Cost-Benefit Analysis of Noise Control Facilities using Road Traffic Noise Map)

  • In Korea, the current noise impact assessment has not yet considered the vertical noise propagation property by buildings and other obstacles. And noise control plan has been established without conducting the economic assessment for the noise control facilities. A noise map is used to calculate the noise level based on a theoretical formula or an empirical formula, and also predict the characteristics of vertical propagation by linking with a geometry data. And It is Possible to analyze cost-effect of noise control facilities by consider installation costs. In this study, we addressed the application of noise map for noise impact assessment and cost-effect analysis of noise control facilities.

방음시설의 소음저감효과에 관한 연구 (Reducing Effect of Traffic Noise Soundproof Facilities)

  • In order to propose the design and installation information of vegetation belt, field investigation were carried out in the noise pollution control facilities of highway and the streets of a city for two years(1998~1999), and field tests were performed to analyze the noise attenuation effect of them. The noise pollution control facilities were generally classified into three types (noise barrier and vegetation belt type, mounding and vegetation belt type, vegetation belt type only). Most soundproof facilities were proved the noise reduction effects. But according to width, height, structure, auditory distance and planting forms of them, difference of noise reduction effects were investigated. The soundproof facility was suitable the mounding and vegetation belt type in the consideration of road environment, and the installation standard of vegetation was estimated that the width of vegetation was at least 20m and the length of that was 2 times in the distance from noise source.

도로연변 환경시설에 의한 교통소음 저감방안에 관한 연구 (A study on Traffic Noise control by the Environmental facilities around Roadway)

  • This study was carried out to determine traffic noise level and analyze noise reduction effects of various sound protection facilities in the area of Seoul, Inch'on, Songchoo and Seoul- Busan Expressway from March to Octover, 1987. The results were as follows; 1. As compared with the environmental standards and the traffic noise level in heavy noise areas, traffic noise levels observed were shown in higher than environmental standards. The noise levels in Seoul were determined at 12.8-18.2 dB(A) in daytime and 19.0-26.9 dB (A) in nighttime. And incase of inch'on, it were 6.7-9.6 dB(A) in daytime, 7.9-18.9 dB(A) in nighttime, respectively. 2. The environmental noise level observed in the backside of protection facilities, such as apartment, soundproof barrier and houses, which were constructed in paralled to the road was lower about 3-5 dB(A) than perpendicular to theroad. Noise recuction effect of upper stairs in apartment was higher than lower stairs. 3. The predicted noise level obtained from the equation $({\triangle}L\;=\; -10\;log\;(^{I'1}/Ii)\;was\;\pm\;1dB$ (A) and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.923. 4. The noise reduction effect in backside of apartment was measured at on sites and predicted by total noise loss equation. The predicted noise level was 60.9 dB(A) and the measured level was 60.6 dB(A), respectively. 5. The narrow width landscape less than 10m width was almost no effect for the protection of traffic noise. According to the synthesis of the above results, the noise level of the road was exceeding mostly the environmental standard in the heavy traffic areas. The counterplan should be set as well. The insulation of noise protection facilities were effective by the location with near distance from the road edge. The reduction effect of double window in apartment was represented so much. The prediction model could be applied to estimate the noise levels in the roadside as well as the effectiveness for the noise protection facilities.

  • There are various methods to detect the faulty electric facilities(esp, insulator) indirectly on power distribution lines at a certain distance apart. This paper describes the proto type equipment to detect a faulty insulator by receiving a electric discharge noises, which are generated with a periodicity of 120Hz.

  • Recently, the demand for the Floating, Production, Storage, and Offloading facility (FPSO) which has some economic and technical advantages, has increased in offshore oil production areas. The 36,8000 DWT class FPSO was built in Hyundai Heavy Industries and will be installed in Offshore Angola. She dose not have self-propulsion system, but has additional facilities for oil production and positioning system. Main noise sources are contributing to the cabin noise of the accommodation are classified into three classes such as the machinery in the engine room and the deckhouse, HVAC system, and the topside equipments. In general, the noise regulation for the offshore structure is severer than that of the cargo ship and acceptable noise limit of cabin is specified as 45 dB(A). This paper describes the procedure of noise analysis, the countermeasures of noise control, and the measurement results of the quay trial. In order to minimize the noise levels, careful attention have to be paid by the special committee of experts from the initial design stage to the delivery. Proper countermeasures, considering the characteristics of sources and receiver spaces, were applied from the noise prediction and various experiment results. Finally, this ship was successfully delivered with excellent noise properties. The technology to minimize the noise levels for FPSO has been established throughout the construction of this ship.

군용비행장 소음대책 관련 입법안에 대한 연구 (A Study on Legislation Related to Noise Countermeasures in Military Airfield)

  • 우리나라에는 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률이 2010년부터 현재 시행되고 있다. 또한, 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률에 따라 공항소음대책사업과 주민지원사업이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 군용비행장의 경우에는 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률이 적용되지 않고 있다. 많은 주민들은 이미 군용비행장의 소음에 대해서 불편을 호소하고 있으나, 현재 아무런 대책이 없는 실정이다. 주민들은 군용비행장에서 들리는 소음이 그들의 생활을 침해한다고 주장하고 있으며, 그중 일부 주민들은 정부를 상대로 집단소송을 제기하고 있다. 이번 20대 국회에서, 이미 일부 국회의원들은 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들을 지원하기 위한 여러 법안을 제출했다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재까지 관련 법안들은 현재 국회에서 계류 중에 있다. 항공기 소음을 방지하고 지원 대책을 제공하는 법안은 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들의 생활에 꼭 필요하다. 먼저, 이번 연구에서는 제20대 국회에 제출된 입법안에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 일본의 방위시설 주변의 생활환경 정비에 관한 법률에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로, 현재 입법안에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 그에 따른 개선안을 제시하였다. 개인적으로 이번 연구가 향후 국회에서 군용비행장 소음대책관련 입법안을 작성하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다. 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들의 소음으로 인한 고통을 덜고 인간 존엄성을 회복할 수 있도록 이번 제 20대 국회에서 입법안을 통과시키길 간절히 바란다.

스위칭 속도 및 온도 제어를 사용한 고압용 정지형 무효전력 보상장치의 안정화 (Stabilization of High-Voltage Static Var Compensator Using Switching Velocity and Temperature Control)

  • 본 논문에서는 고압용 정지형 무효전력 보상장치의 스위칭 모듈의 속도 제어 및 온도 제어 기법을 제안한다. 지속적인 전력 수요의 증가에 따른 발전 설비 및 송 배전설비의 신규 건설이 요구되고 있으며, 전력수송설비의 신 증설로 전력수송로의 병목현상에 따른 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 기존설비의 이용률을 극대화하고, 신규건설 없이 송전용량을 증대시키는 방안이 연구 되고 있다. 기존의 정지형 무효전력 보상장치 제어 방식에서는 전원입력회로에서 전위 검출하여 SCR를 직접 스위칭 동작하게 되어 있어서 노이즈가 발생하게 된다. 제안한 방법은 SCR 양단의 전위차를 바탕으로 스위칭 제어하여 스위칭 속도가 향상되고 노이즈가 감소하게 된다. 또한 스위칭 속도 증가로 발생하는 발열을 실시간 온도 제어함으로 안정성을 향상하였다. 실제 실험 환경을 구성하여 제안한 고압용 정지형 무효전력 보상장치의 속도 및 온도 제어를 실험하고, 실제 현장에서 성능을 검증하였다. 제안한 고압용 정지형 무효전력 보상장치의 스위칭 모듈을 통한 온도 제어를 실험하고, 실제 현장에서 성능을 검증하였다.

  • Analog systems could not fully deal with instrumentation and control facilities in power plants since these facilities have become more and more complex on account of various needs for large power generation capacity highly cost effective operation to conserve energy and operation management to prevent pollution. Digitalizations of control device and augmentations of control informations increased the necessity of fiber optic data networks which have excellent noise immunity and high quality wide-band with information transfer capability. The goal of this study is to offer a fiber optic data-way system which has high reliabilities, high data transmission rates and small cable ducts with large transmission capacities for the instrumentation and control of power plants.

주차관제를 위한 무선 송수신 모듈 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Wireless Transceiver Module for Parking Control System)

  • In this paper, we show the implementation of the low-cost RF transceiver module for parking control system. Super regenerative receiver scheme was adopted for this module due to its simplicity, low-cost, low power consumption and small number of components to improve reliability of the systems. For improving communication error rate by collision and in-band noise, dual-channel hopping scheme was adopted. Testing prototypes under the environment of simultaneous transmissions, we verified that the designed scheme is able to improve the success rate of data transmission of wireless parking control system cost effectively.

커뮤니티공간 활성화를 위한 임대아파트의 외부 커뮤니티시설 계획 특성에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of Outdoor Community Facility in Rental Apartment For Community Space Activation)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data needed for planning and designing apartment community facilities in order to vitalize rental apartments. Outdoors community facilities of six rental apartments in Seoul were examined. The results are as follows. Firstly, the conditions of planning characteristics showed that the convenience is ranked as the highest priority of planning, compared to safety, friendliness and finally comfortableness. Community facilities are connected with the apartments and sidewalk providing convenient access for all apartment residents, there was little regard given to the features of comfortableness. Secondly, comfortableness of community facilities were shown to the lowest, compared to any characteristics. It is not easy to control noise and privacy in facility, and there are lack of near community facilities, for washing hands, drinking water and shielding from snow or rain, respectively. Thirdly, green facilities were shown to the highest applied friendliness more than other facilities. They were well outfitted with water space and gardening spaces, and robustly applied environment friendly materials and colors. Fourthly, resting facilities were shown to the lowest applied safety more than other facilities. Structure and material of facility are favorable but there is an absence of nonskid material and night-lightening system.
