[NiFe/NiFeCuMo/NiFe]/FeMn 다층박막의 교환결합력과 보자력에 관한 특성 연구 (Exchange Bias Field and Coercivity of [NiFe/NiFeCuMo/NiFe]/FeMn Multilayers)

  • 초연자성을 갖는 코네틱(NiFeCuMo) 박막을 NiFe 박막 사이에 삽입한 삼층박막 위에 반강자성체 FeMn을 증착한 다층박막에서 NiFe와 NiFeCuMo 박막의 두께에 따른 교환결합력과 보자력에 관한 특성을 조사하였다. 특히 NiFeCuMo 박막의 두께가 1 nm일 때 NiFe 박막 사이에 삽입한 삼층박막 위에 반강자성체 FeMn을 증착한 다층박막의 교환결합력은 최댓값을 나타내었다. 고정층과 자유층에 각각 NiFeCuMo 박막을 삽입하여 초연자성의 바이오센서용 거대자기저항-스핀밸브(giant magnetoresistive-spin valves; GMR-SV) 소자를 개발할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다.

  • TiC-Ni and TiC-Ni-Mo cermet powders were produced by Self-propagating High temperature Synthesis (SHS) process. The cooling rate of synthesized powders were controlled by using the V-shaped copper jig and the carbide size decreased with increasing the cooling rate I. e decreasing the width of copper jig Round shape carbide particles were produced after SHS reaction in TiC-Ni as well as TiC-Ni-Mo powders. Local segregation of Mo rich phases was observed in SHS powder of TiC-Ni-Mo and the uneven dis-triobution of Mo promoted the faster growth rate of carbide particles during sintering compared to the same composition specimen with commercial TiC powder. Howogeneous microstructure of TiC-Ni-Mo cermet was obtained when the elemental Mo powder was mixed with the SHS powder of TiC-Ni.

치과용 Ni-Ti합금의 표면특성에 미치는 Mo함량의 영향 (Effects of Mo Content on Surface Characteristics of Dental Ni-Ti Alloys)

  • Ni-Ti shape memory alloy for dental nerve treatment devices was prepared by adding Mo to Ni-Ti alloy to improve flexibility and fatigue fracture characteristics and simultaneously increase corrosion resistance. Surface properties of the alloy were evaluated. Microstructure analysis of the Ni-Ti-xMo alloy revealed that the amount of needle-like structure increased with increasing Mo content. The shape of the precipitate showed a pattern in which a long needle-like structure gradually disappeared and changed into a small spherical shape. As a result of XRD analysis of the Ni-Ti-xMo alloy, R-phase structure appeared as Mo was added. R-phase and B2 structure were mainly observed. As a result of DSC analysis, phase transformation of the Ti-Ni-Mo alloy showed a two-step phase change of B2-R-B19' transformation with two exothermic peaks and one endothermic peak. As Mo content increased, R-phase formation temperature gradually decreased. As a result of measuring surface hardness of the Ti-Ni-Mo alloy, change in hardness value due to the phase change tended to decrease with increasing Mo content. As a result of the corrosion test, the corrosion potential and pitting potential increased while the current density tended to decrease with increasing Mo content.

  • Activated charcoal supported nickel molybdenum carbide (carburized Ni-Mo/AC) catalysts were prepared by wet-impregnation followed by temperature-programmed carburization using 20% $CH_4/H_2$ gas. The effects of pH and initial Ni/Mo mole ratio during wet-impregnation step on the characteristics of the carburized Ni-Mo/AC catalysts were investigated using ICP, XRD, XPS, BET and $CO_2$-TPD techniques, and correlated with the catalytic activity of the carburized Ni-Mo/AC in methane dry reforming reaction. Comparison of the results of methane dry reforming reaction kinetics with the results of characterization of the carburized Ni-Mo/AC catalyst showed that the catalytic activity in methane dry reforming reaction was higher at higher initial Ni/Mo mole ratio or at lower pH(3~natural value). This phenomenon was related to the crystal size of metallic Ni in the carburized Ni-Mo/AC catalyst.

Effects of Mo on the Passive Films Formed on Ni-(15, 30)Cr-5Mo Alloys in pH 8.5 Buffer Solution

  • The composition and semiconducting properties of the passive films formed on Ni- (15, 30)Cr-5Mo alloys in pH 8.5 buffer solution were examined. The depth concentration profile of passive films formed on Ni-(15, 30)Cr-5Mo in pH 8.5 buffer solution showed that Mo enhances the enrichment of Cr. The Mott-Schottky plot for the passive film on Ni-(15, 30)Cr- 5Mo closely resembled that for the film on Cr, whereas those for the less Cr-enriched film on Mo-free alloys showed similar behavior to that for the film on Ni. The acceptor density was reduced by increasing Cr content in Ni-(15, 30)Cr-(0, 5)Mo alloys, but addition of Mo considerably increased the acceptor density.

  • 제올라이트를 담체로 사용하여 활성금속으로 코발트와 몰리브덴을 담지시킨 촉매와 상용공정에 사용되는 $NiMo/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$촉매를 제조하여, 저온에서의 DBT 탈황활성과 선택성에 대하여 비교하였다. 고정층 고압 연속흐름반응기에서 수행된 탈황반응에서, 저온 영역인 $200^{\circ}C$$225^{\circ}C$에서는 제조된 $NiMo/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$촉매보다 CoMo/zeolite 촉매에서 탈황활성이 더 높았으며, $275^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온 영역에서는 $NiMo/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$촉매의 탈황활성이 더 높게 나타났다. $NiMo/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$촉매에서는 biphenyl과 cyclohexylbenzene이 주생성물인데 비하여 zeolite를 담체로 사용한 촉매의 경우 알킬화반응이 일어나 생성물 분포가 매우 다름을 보여주고 있으며, 알킬화반응과 수소첨가반응의 두 가지 경로를 통해서 최종 생성물질인 alkylcyclohexane을 생성하는 것으로 추정된다. 제올라이트 담체상에서 molybdenum은 flesh 촉매에서 $MoO_3$형태로 존재하고 있으며, aged 촉매상에서는 $MoO_3$$MoS_2$형태로 황화되어 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 초연자성을 띠는 코네틱(Conetic; NiFeCuMo) 박막을 상호 중간층으로 강자성체인 CoFe 또는 NiFe 박막 사이에 삽입한 코닝 유리(Corning glass)/Ta(5 nm)/[CoFe or NiFe(5 nm-t/2)]/NiFeCuMo(t = 0, 4, 6, 8, 10 nm)/[CoFe or NiFe(5 nm-t/2)]/Ta(5 nm) 3층 박막구조에 대한 자기적 특성을 조사하였다. CoFe와 NiFe 박막의 자기적 특성은 박막의 두께에 따라 크게 결정되므로 자화 곤란축과 자화 용이축으로 측정된 이방성 자기저항 곡선으로부터 얻은 보자력과 자화율을 각각 비교하였다. 특히 3층 박막구조에서 NiFe 박막 사이에 자유층으로 NiFeCuMo 박막을 삽입하면 높은 자기저항비를 유지하면서 향상된 자장감응도를 유지하는 고감도 바이오센서용 거대자기저항-스핀밸브(giant magnetoresistive-spin valves; GMR-SV) 및 자기터널접합(magnetic tunnel junction; MTJ) 소자로 활용할 수 있다.

  • [ $H_2-O_2$ ] 알칼리형 연료전지용 수소극으로서 아크융해법으로 제조된 Brewer-Engel type의 Co-Mo$(35\;wt\%)$ 및 Ni-Mo$(35\;wt\%)$ 금속간화합물 전극의 전기화학적 안정성이 조사되었다. $N_2$가스로 용존산소를 제거한 $80^{\circ}C$ 6N KOH 전해질 내에서 금속간화합물 전극의 전기화학적 안정성에 미치는 전해질의 농도 및 온도의 영향이 조사되었다. 또한, AFC의 정상 작동조건하에서는 Co-Mo및 Ni-Mo전극의 전기화학적 안정성에 대한 분극전압(과전압)의 영향이 논의되었다. Co-Mo전극은 Ni-Mo전극에 비하여 낮은 전기화학적 안정성을 보였다. 수소가스 평형전위로부터 낮은 양분극 과전압 하에서 Co-Mo전극에서는 Co와 Mo의 용해가 동시에 일어났다. 그러나, Co는 Mo에 비하여 급격히 용해되었다 높은 양분극 과전압에서는 전극표면에 $Co(OH)_2$ 부동태 피막이 형성되었다. Ni-Mo전극의 경우에는 Mo의 용해반응이 치밀한 $Ni(OH)_2$, 부동태 피막형성에 의하여 억제되어 우수한 전기화학적 안정성을 보였다.

Ti 및 Mo 첨가에 따른 치과 CAD/CAM용 Ni-Cr 및 Co-Cr합금의 표면분석 (Surface Analysis of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr Alloys with Addition of Ti and Mo for Dental CAD/CAM Use)

  • In this study, surface analysis of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr alloys with addition of Ti and Mo for dental CAD/CAM use has been researched experimentally. The surface characteristics of the alloys were examined by Vickers hardness test, bonding strength test, surface roughness test, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The shrinkage of the sintered Ni-Cr alloy alloy was slightly larger than that of Ni-Cr-Ti alloy, and larger than Co-Cr alloy. Also, the addition of Mo showed a tendency to decrease shrinkage somewhat. From the result of XRD analysis, NiCr, $Ni_3Cr$ and $Ni_3Ti$ were observed in the sintered Ni-13Cr-xTi and Ni-13Cr-xMo alloys. In addition, ${\sigma}-CrCo$, $Co_2Mo_3$ and $TiCo_2$ were formed in the sintered Co-Cr-xTi and Co-Cr-xMo alloys. Surface hardness of Ti and Mo added alloy was higher than those of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr alloy. The bond strength between sintered alloy and porcelain was $16.1kgf/mm^2$ for Ni-13Cr alloy, $17.8kgf/mm^2$ for Ni-13Cr-5Ti alloy, and $8.2kgf/mm^2$ for Ni-13Cr-10Ti alloy, respectively.
