The purpose of this paper is to present a procedure for feasibility analysis of new hospitals. The major steps of the procedure proposed consists of determination of location for a new hospital, analysis of the community served, facilities planning, estimation of capital requirements and financial analysis. Technical details of the necessary analyses are covered by providing relevant information most of which is readily available in Korea. The procedure proposed in this paper can be applied not only for the case of the general hospital but also for the case of the clinic.

This study aims to explore the new paradigm of regional development strategy with the theory of Resilience. Resilience can be defined in terms of a set of interacted capacities to absorb and adapted to different kinds of shocks and disturbance at the regional level. This study focuses particularly on the interaction of component of resilience with the context of regional development strategy. As a result of the Systems thinking approach about dynamic interactions between resilience components and regional problems, this study find that there are many feedback structures which is need for a better understanding of the complex regional resilient development system. This study suggests that the Archytypes of resilience-focused strategy of regional development, which could help achieve an evolution for regional community and people to adapt and bounce back from crisis.

Purpose: The remarkable progress in information and communication technology has had a great effect on the healthcare delivery system. The development of smart phone applications is a new field. The aim of our research was to provide assistance in developing smart phone applications for community health nursing. Methods: Based on an informative approach, this study developed persona and site maps, followed by a storyboard as a way of analyzing users' requirements and designing responses in the context of smart phone application development methodology. Results: We developed persona, user interface and database design successfully, and then seven nurses selected four nursing problems (income, residence, pain, and digestion hydration). The search time in seconds for the 2005 English OMAHA guidelines to find three nursing interventions for these problems was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the smart phone application. The results showed that smart phone applications' search was 21 times faster on the average than book guidelines. Conclusion: An English version of the OMAHA system application was developed for the Android smart phone market. It is hoped that smart phone applications such as this will be used internationally for nursing education.

Ecomuseums come into close relationship with resident and community. Progress of heritage concept brings on the change of valuation standard in heritage, that life style of residents become most important element of cultural heritage. The change of display method has caused the generation of various experience programs in ecomuseum which are display and education based on participation of visitors and residents. Ecomuseums in Europe during progress have conceptual peculiarities by themes to keep the cultural identity and protect folk culture in regional community. 'Europe Ecomuseum Network' seriously affected by social change and development is new alternative to promote regional identity and cultural exchange among Europe countries. People participation with all residents is decisive factor to promote identity and attachment in native place, as well as collaboration with residents, experts, administrators and NGO is one factor for sustainable development and the realization of ecomuseum, activation of regional economy, and also is the root of efforts to protect and activate regional community.

In South Korea, a few kinds of social farming practice are identified: care farming, labour integration, and training in farming sector. Although social farming is not a prevailing activity in rural communities, it attracts much attention from a range of actors in society. In Hongseong-gun, from a few years ago, two farms began to care and employ the mentally disabled and to train young new comers who want to grow crops in the way of organic farming. Both of them are cooperatives, which were established by the residents want to participate in. These movement has made some changes in the community. And now, it became the well-known cases of social farming as well as multi-functional agriculture. Social farming can be described as a praxis to deterritorialize the units of agricultural production and the rural community, where food empires imposed their ordering principle upon units of agricultural production in order to appropriate the value added by farming.

Along with the development of overall internet service, online fashion communities appeared and have started to thrive. The growth of mobile service has led to an even bigger expansion of these communities, and will wield a strong influence for the foreseeable future. The purpose of our study is to investigate the relationship between the behavior of these fashion communities and personality characteristics of the community features. For our data analysis, our study used 302 men and women, aged from their 20's and their 40's. The study results are as follows: First, some features, such as interaction, entertainment, promotion, information, and system technique, were drawn as the factors of the online fashion communities. Second, we could divide the community behavioral types into three different groups: buyer, maven, and onlooker groups. Third, all three groups showed different community characteristics. The primary concern for the buyer group was promotion while the mavens and the on-lookers were most interested in information. Fourth, they also showed different demographic characteristics in terms of gender, age, duration of membership, on-line time per visit and number of visits per week. These results show that a new strategy is necessary for online fashion communities to differentiate themselves and their marketing to consumers and their community behavioral types.

The rapid development of Information technology and the Internet has brought about a new phase like building cyber communities in Apartment residential space. This study empirically considers the possibility and limit of cyber communities based on apartment residential space through analysing apartment Internet home pages. The analysing results show us the fact that apartment cyber communities are less satisfied than theoretical expectation. However, they have some possibilities as on-line communities. First of all, the most important factor is off-line community activities in realizing the possibility of cyber community at least in apartment residential space.

Purpose: The study aims to identify the key factors that influence consumers' propensity to utilize community group buying platforms, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework. Research design, data and methodology: The research design involved selecting 192 consumers with experience in community group buying and analyzing the data statistically using SPSS 23.0. Hypotheses were tested utilizing the structural equation modeling software AMOS. Results: Key findings indicate that the attributes of products offered on community group buying platforms significantly enhance consumers' perceptions of usefulness and ease of use. Furthermore, these perceptions directly correlate with consumers' intentionsto use the platform. Conclusions: Thisresearch, grounded in the TAM, delves into how external factors of the community group buying platform impact perceived usefulness and ease of use, and subsequently, how these perceptions affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Based on these insights, several recommendations can be proposed for the platform's development: The platform should strive to enhance product quality and cultivate a positive reputation. Strategic promotional initiatives should be designed to attract new users while retaining existing customers. Continuous optimization of platform functionalities is necessary to augment users' perception of usefulness. These measures are anticipated to foster user engagement, increase adoption rates, and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the community group buying platform.

As Internet and World Wide Web become more popular in our society, the interests in effective application to the field of rural development and agricultural extension service are increasing. The potential in Web-based agricultural extension service is expressed in many areas, such as agriculture information, Web-based training and education, and virtual rural community for rural development and agricultural extension service. The research on the Web and its related issues has been conducted in many ways, but the interests in the competencies and skills of staff who are in charge of Web developing and managing have not been exposed yet. The purpose of this study was to investigate the important competencies and skills for Web developing and managing for enhancing the effectiveness of rural development and agricultural extension service. Twelve extension service staff and on staff in the extension service support center were interviewed. The results of study showed that there were eight essential competencies; competencies to understand rural community and agricultural extension service, to understand the farmers as Web users, to design and develop effective Web sites, to understand the nature of hypertext, to utilize instruction theories, to absorb new technology, to manage projects, and to utilize external sources. The results of study also showed that there was lack of support systems for Web development and information. Overall, the findings of this study suggest that establishing long-term education and training system for technology, electronic performance support systems, and cooperation with universities and colleges for technology are of particular importance for promoting Web-based extension services.

The purpose of this study was to suggest an extensive and evolved conceptual model of community dance reflecting new tendencies, practice, and various values. For the purpose, efforts were made to categorize common properties based on various cases using qualitative data collection about 10 community dance specialists. The Practice of Community theory of Wenger(1991) has contributed to conceptualization including the new perspective on community dance, which has been the theoretical framework. Firstly, 'a community' as a basic premise is self-organizing, interactive, regional and creative. Secondly, 'practice' in community dance means openness, focused on participants, improvisation and nmind-body centering, value-oriented processes and connectivity with daily lives. Thirdly, 'social learning' can be interpreted within the framework of joint enterprise and domain, quality and status of dacne, and dance literacy embodied as a shared repertoire. Lastly, identity of community dance has been expanding the concept area as 'dance for all' reflecting ongoing properties and future-oriented values in that it pursues healing arts and relationship, amateurism collaborating with dance artists, combination of democratic citizenship and civic creativity, cultural diversity and social integration, and types of sustainable development.
