New technology development capability plays a key role in making small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increase their innovation performance, such as in product or process innovation. To examine the influencing factors of SMEs' new technology development capability, this study empirically analyzes the mediating effects of SMEs' process design capability and product interior design capability on the positive association between their external information network diversity and new technology development capability. This study performs the ordinary least squares regression on a sample of 2,000 South Korean SMEs. Results reveal that SMEs' process design capability fully mediates, and product interior design capability partially mediates the positive association between the external information network diversity and new technology development capability.

Web2.0 refers to a new service models based by a community oriented philosophy. This creates new opportunities for technology providers and service. The agricultural technology information service in the base of open source technology provide opportunities for increased distribution and visibility to farmer and general user. We would like to find out vest service models and platform that will find new ways of agriculture technology information service. This study suggests that these new agriculture information service strategy in new paradigm of web 2.0. should be revised and adapted to Open API and new applied strategy in agriculture should be developed considering the impact of web 2.0.

Recent Construction and Transportation R&D projects are larger in size, investment scale has been increasing rapidly. However, the results of Construction and Transportation in R & D are papers, patents and other results. So, the application record of R&D in the construction field is very lacking. In particular, Construction New Technology's ratio in the midst of R&D's results are about 2.29%. Therefore, this study suggested program that R&D's results has been connected Construction New Technology. The introduction of the new system has greatly increased Construction New Technology and the results of excellent &D will be applied in construction field. So, Cost-reduction and technology's improvement are expected.

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been a basis model for testing technology use. Post researches of TAM have been conducted with the updating the TAM by adding new independent variables in order to increase the explanatory power of the model. However, the problem is that different independent variables have to be required to keep the explanatory power whenever adopting particular technology. This might reduce the generality of the research model. Thus in order to increase the generality of the model, this study reviewed the previous researches and collected the independent variables used, and regrouped them into three basic independent constructs. New research model was designed with three basic independent constructs with three constructs selected for the involuntary information technology usage environment. Finally, this study concluded that new technology acceptance model could be used to explain the use of new technology without any adding new particular independent variables.

Due to the advancement of technology and rapidly changing environment of the market, the life cycle of high-tech products is becoming shorter. The enterprise must constantly innovate and select correct development strategy of new product in order to respond to customers' demands for upgrading operational performance of industry. Development of new product is the critical activity for enterprise's survival and growth. This research focuses on the effects of Taiwan high-tech companies' introduction of innovative activity and development strategy of new product on development performance of new product for analysis and exploration. The result findings reveal that: (1) High execution degree of innovative activity has positive effect on the implementation of development strategy of new product; (2) The companies with better implementation of development strategy of new product reveal better development performance; (3) The companies with higher degree of execution of innovative activity and better execution of development strategy of new product reveal better development performance of new product.

With changes in insulated defects, the environment, and so on, new partial discharge (PD) data are highly different from the original samples. It leads to a decrease in on-line recognition rate. The UHF signal and pulse current signal of four kinds of typical artificial defect models in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) are obtained simultaneously by experiment. The relationship map of ultra-high frequency (UHF) cumulative energy and its corresponding apparent discharge of four kinds of typical artificial defect models are plotted. UHF cumulative energy and its corresponding apparent discharge are used as inputs. The support vector machine (SVM) incremental method is constructed. Examples show that the PD SVM incremental method based on simulated annealing (SA) effectively speeds up the data update rate and improves the adaptability of the classifier compared with the original method, in that the total sample is constituted by the old and new data. The PD SVM incremental method is a better pattern recognition technology for PD on-line monitoring.

The Seoul Housing Corporation pronounced an alternative design competition and a bidding for Eunpyeong New Town in December of 2004. At first many construction companies were interested in the first New Town Project. But at last a few companies had proposed the alternative design and construction cost. This project needed a conjunction of design ideas and technology know-hows. And the client wanted the brand power of construction company. Ultimately the Corporation hoped that the first New Town Project will end up with high quality successfully. This competition had started with the original construction drawings. Then it needed some alternative ideas and the lowest cost. There were two drawings of non changeable part and changeable part. Non changeable parts are structure like housing unit plan, underground parking lots. Changeable parts are outdoor layout, interior design and building facade. So we tried all ideas of landscape technology and design principles within limited guidelines. The author applied new technology like tilted rooftop greening and sustained container greening on high-rise apartment house. This green technology will be the first trial in Seoul and in the world as well. Daewoo Corporation have accumulated greening technology through the researches by national funding since 2002. Through this New Town Project the green technology will go forward step by step.

New research model was designed with three basic independent constructs with four constructs selected for the mandatory IT environment and voluntary IT environment, and the structured equations analysis(AMOS) was applied to find the significant causal effect relationships between constructs in addition to the explanation power of the model. Finally, this study concluded that new TAM could be used to explain the users' adopting new technology without any adding new particular independent variables.

Systemetic classification of a technology is critical to the development of technology strategy. This paper suggests a new technology classification scheme for computer and communication : a two-level scheme. Technology is first classified by its role and function in the upper level which forms a 2 * 2 matrix. The technology is then further classified into the lower level of 3 classes by associations among technology elements. Thus, a new classification scheme of 2 * 2 * 3 matrix is proposed for the computer and communication technology.
