Objectives : The purpose of this report is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: We treated 1 patient who has dyspnea due to congestive heart failure with acupotomy. To check the effect and satisfaction of acupotomy we used New York Heart Association class(NYHA class), Modified Borg Scalw Dyspnea Index(Borg Index), Baseline Dyspnea Index(BDI), Five-point Likert scale. Results : After 1 month of treatment, the patient felt much better in breathing, and had better score in NYHA class, Borg Index, BDI. Conclusions : This report demonstrates that acupotomy therapy has useful effect on congestive heart failure, but the more cases and researches are needed.

Ferro-cement is a composite material made of portland cement mortar and wire(or chicken wire) reinforcement. In most cases, as a shipbuilding material, reinforcing steel rods and steel pipes are also used. This report will review the technique of ferro-cement boat building and will guide the working details. Beyond these, this report will present some test results of the ferro-cement test pannels and will compare those with the other well known shipbuilding material. As a matter of fact ferro-cement application to the shipbuilding material is quite not a new theory. There were already lots of case studies and actual ship building applications. But the technique to do this is not easily available to the interested persons and amateur shipbuilders. Therefore this report will stress most its "state-of-the-art review" and give kind guidance in using ferro-cement as a shipbuilding material. For the more interested research worker, technical references as much as listable are printed in the bibliography section on this report.

Purpose: Panoramic radiographs taken using conventional chin-support devices have often presented problems with positioning accuracy and reproducibility. The aim of this report was to propose a new bite block for panoramic radiographs of anterior edentulous patients that better addresses these two issues. Materials and Methods: A new panoramic radiography bite block similar to the bite block for dentulous patients was developed to enable proper positioning stability for edentulous patients. The new bite block was designed and implemented in light of previous studies. The height of the new bite block was 18 mm and to compensate for the horizontal edentulous space, its horizontal width was 7 mm. The panoramic radiographs using the new bite block were compared with those using the conventional chin-support device. Results: Panoramic radiographs taken with the new bite block showed better stability and bilateral symmetry than those taken with the conventional chin-support device. Patients also showed less movement and more stable positioning during panoramic radiography with the new bite block. Conclusion: Conventional errors in panoramic radiographs of edentulous patients could be caused by unreliability of the chin-support device. The newly proposed bite block for panoramic radiographs of edentulous patients showed better reliability. Further study is required to evaluate the image quality and reproducibility of images with the new bite block.

This article reviews some recent decisions of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on the recognition and enforcement of several South Korean arbitral awards. It explains the implementation of the New York Convention in the PRC and in particular the so-called Report System under the current Mainland Chinese law and judicial practice. It identifies some deficiencies in the People's Courts' approaches to the application and interpretation of the New York Convention and argues that the Mainland Chinese courts should adopt the pro-enforcement principle in the determination of the relevant issues under the New York Convention. It proposes further enhancement of the Report System and that the current categorization of 'domestic, foreign-related and foreign' in the context of arbitration agreements and arbitral awards needs to be further reviewed and clarified by the SPC. Last but not the least, it recommends some steps that South Korean parties should take to enhance the enforceability of South Korean Arbitral Awards in Mainland China.

Although the accounting system is a very useful information system for manager, that of the National University Hospitals is not settled until now. Specially, when it will adapt the responsibility management system itself, it will more important tools for them. The purpose of this research is to make the standard accounting system for National University Hospital. It was surveyed the 7 National University Hospital's accounting system, and compared to that of Private University Hospital. The results are fellows; First, it must be match financial report with budgeting system. By comparing to each other, it can make to evaluate the performance of hospital. Second, it must make same format and contents in financial report among 7 hospitals. Specially, the cost information is needed to be made more details. This research suggest the new direction to make the basic information form. It was confirmed with financial manager in private university hospital. We hope it will contribute to make the new accounting system for National University Hospital.

Recently, software has increased in complexity and been applied in various industrial fields. As a result, the presence of software bugs cannot be avoided. Various bug severity prediction methodologies have been proposed, but their performance needs to be further improved. In this study, we propose a novel technique for bug severity prediction in cross projects such as Eclipse, Mozilla, WireShark, and Xamarin by using topic modeling and similarity (i.e., KL-divergence). First, we construct topic models from bug repositories in cross projects using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Then, we find topics in each project that contain the most numerous similar bug reports by using a new bug report. Next, we extract the bug reports belonging to the selected topics and input them to a Naïve Bayes Multinomial (NBM) algorithm. Finally, we predict the bug severity in the new bug report. In order to evaluate the performance of our approach and to verify the difference between cross projects and single project, we compare it with the Naïve Bayes Multinomial approach; the Lamkanfi methodology, which is a well-known bug severity prediction approach; and an emotional similarity-based bug severity prediction approach. Our approach exhibits a better performance than the compared methods.

The specimens of Turbo (Callopoma) excellens were collected from Jejudo Island by scuba diving, and diagnostic characters were analysed. This is the first occurrence report the Turbo (Callopoma) excellens Sowerby III, 1914 from Korea.

We report several difluoro isothiocyanato tolane-based liquid crystal (LC) singles having a high optical birefringence. Several eutectic mixtures are formulatd using these LC singles exhibiting a wide nematic phase range and high birefringence. We will report the physical properties of and photochemical stability of these new eutectic mixtures.

Four species of opisthobranch molluscs collected from Jeju Island were identified as Pleurobranchus peronii Cuvier, 1804, Pleurobranchus weberi (Bergh, 1905), Aplysiopsis nigra (Baba, 1949) and Stiliger aureomarginatus Jensen, 1993. All of the species and genera examined here are new to Korea. Pleurobranchus peronii and P. weberi were easily distinguished to each species by dorsal tubercles and markings. In this report, we provided descriptions and photographs of these species for identification.
