Sasang constitution medicine is to do different treatment accordining to sasang constitution. Therefore, the constitution diagnosis in the Sasang constitution medicine is very important thing. The Process of Sasang constitution diagnosis Is difficult thing, because of consuming much time, making every effort. It is apt to be subjective tendency. So it need to make objective method. The QSCC II (Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II ) have several problems- can't do diagnosis of Taeyangin, the accuracy rate of Sasang constitution diagnosis is not high (probably 60%), and so on. So, we need the new methods for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. We will modify the problems of QSCC II. The First is the problems of the study execution process, not-multicenter study, a low data, the absent of Taeyangin cases. So, we have to do the multicenter study. The Second is the problems of a query and the method of statistics analysis. We will modify the problems of self-report Questionnaire. That is the problems of self-report Questionnaire, the lack of objective estimation( body type, personal appearance, etc), the absent of the estimation on typical or non-typical type constitution. We modified the problems of QSCC II. Therefore we made the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. We modified the problems of self-report Questionnaire. Therefore we made the new Constituion diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We develop the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. The one is the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. The other is the new Constitution diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We have to melt down the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis.

Adult chironomids were collected by various methods, such as light traps, sweeping on grasses, aspiration of light-attracted adults, and sweeping of swarming males with insect nets at various localities. All collected specimens were slide-mounted and identified. I report eight species new to science: Chironomus jangchungensis n. sp., Demicryptochironomus paracamptolabis n. sp., Demicryptochironomus wontongensis n. sp., Microtendipes paratamagouti n. sp., Polypedilum macrohemisphere n. sp., Eukiefferiella busanensis n. sp., Psectrocladius paratogaminimus n. sp., and Pseudosmittia seosania n. sp. I also report four species for the first time in Korea: Chironomus fujiprimus Sasa, Pentapedilum convexum Johannsen, Tanytarsus smolandicus Brundin, and Tanytarsus oyamai Sasa. All species are fully described with illustrations. This is the first report of the genera Eukiefferiella and Pseudosmittia in Korea.

정보시스템을 통해 제공되는 서비스와 사용자 만족간의 관계는 정보시스템의 신규 서비스 개발에 있어서 중요한 사항으로 고려되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 IT기술변화에 따른 웹 환경변화를 고려하여 국가R&D보고서 서비스에 적용 가능한 12개 핵심 서비스를 도출하였다. 도출된 12개 신규 서비스는 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, topic-map service, open API 서비스, 개인화 서비스, 집단지성 서비스, SNS 서비스, 비정형데이터 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스 등이다. 국가R&D 보고서 서비스에서 도출한 12개 신규 서비스의 품질속성을 파악하기 위하여 KANO모형을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과와 서비스별 만족계수 및 서비스 분류결과를 바탕으로 단계별 서비스전략을 제시하였다. 1단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 비정형데이터 서비스, 개인화서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, topic-map 서비스, open API 서비스, 집단지성 서비스 등이고, 2단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, SNS 서비스 등이다.

According to the report prepared by Legl Committee of IMO, 1978, since the disaster of motor tanker Amoco Cadiz carrying approximate 220, 000 tons of crude oil was wrecked on the coast of France and damaged the largest oil pollution accident in shipping history, Legal Committee of IMO has studied and discussed a new Salvage Convention with assistance of CMI. CMI has prepared a new draft convention under the chairmanship of professor Erling Chr. Selvig and adopted it as a report of CMI to IMO in the 32 Internaltional Conference of CMI, Montreal, May, 1981. This paper has been written to study comparatively andinterprete the questions and/or considerations of the new draft convention by the delegates participated in the Legal Committee of IMO in particular on the private legal view of it. This Salvage Convention Draft has not yet been deliberated thoroughly to agreed the revisiion of the 1910 Convention in accordance with CMI Report 1981 until session 54, March 1985. Therefore this paper has been prepared in the light of the comments made at the Legal Committee in order to interpret the legal questions and contents of the new draft.

Zamolgus cavenularius n. sp. is described from the pennatulacean cnidarian Cavernularia obesa Milne Edwards and Hailme in the Yellow Sea. The new species is readily distinguished from its congeners by the genital doublesomite, mandible, female maxilliped, and other structures. This is the first report on association of a member of Zamolgus with the pennatulacean and the second report on a copepod from the Korean pennatulacean.

The development of environment-friendly Energy Resources (New Renewable Energy Resources) is one of the global topics these days, considering CO2 Reduction Agreement by Kyoto Protect and the limit of Conventional Energy Resources in near future. Among the New Renewable Energy, Wind Energy is the most feasible Renewable Energy in view of economical and technical aspect at this moment. Last 10 years the Wind Energy Development was really dramatical in Europe. especially in Germany, Denmark and Spain. In this circumstance World Wind Energy Conference was held in Berlin Germany, in order to review the present status and future development of the Wind Energy. This report is a brief report of the Conference .

As a result of continuous taxonomic study on crabs, Clistocoeloma villosum (A. Milne-Edwards, 1869) is newly reported from Korean waters. C. villosum has no epibranchial tooth on the carapace, while C. merguiense De Man, 1888, only recorded species of this genus in Korean fauna, has two epibranchial teeth. The description and illustrations of C. villosum are provided herein. Korean Sesarmid crabs now consist of 10 species belonging to six genera.

A New Method of Extracting the Filter Characteristics of the Nasal Cavity Using Homorganic Nasal-Stop Sequences: A Preliminary R eportHansang ParkThis study provides a new method of extracting the filter characteristics of the nasal cavity. Korean lenis stops are realized as voiced in the homorganic nasal-lenis stop sequences between vowels. Since the only difference between the two members of the homorganic nasal- lenis stop sequences, such as [mb], [nd], and [ g], is whether the passage to the nasal cavity is open or not, the subtraction of the LPC spectrum of the voiced stop from that of the preceding nasal leads to the filter characteristics of the nasal cavity of an individual speaker regardless of place of articulation. The results suggest that various attempts should be made to extract a robust filter characteristics of the nasal cavity by giving variation to LPC coefficients and by paying particular attention to speech samples. This study is significant in that it provides a preliminary report about a new method of extracting the filter characteristics of the nasal cavity.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) changed our everyday business drastically. Business routines have been transformed to online activities. New theories and models were developed for the brand new online environment. For online negotiations, however, the research on new mechanisms is not enough, especially for bilateral distributive negotiations. A reserve price reporting mechanism (RPR) together with its extended version (ERPR) is proposed in this paper. The key improvement of reserve price reporting mechanisms is to let the negotiators report their reserve price to a third-party system before they actually start the negotiation. A prototype of this RPR system is developed and a lab experiment is conducted to test the performance of the two mechanisms compared with traditional direct bargaining (TDB) mechanism. The results of the experiment support that the reserve price report mechanisms proposed are more efficient than the traditional one in several dimensions including social welfare.

Surgical release of elbow contracture is associated with injury to structures traversing the elbow. To date, only one other case report has been published describing anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) palsy that developed immediately after open elbow contracture release and debridement. Here we describe the unique case of a patient that developed AIN palsy 1 week after operation, including magnetic resonance imaging and electrodiagnostic studies, to shed some light on the etiology of this rare complication.
