Gaston Bachelard had a revolutionary progress in the field of human understanding by proposing his theory of image and imagination. His theory of the new image was so powerful, almost all areas of human science, particularly that of literary criticism, were strongly influenced and this influence continues until today. Today almost everyone accepts his theory of the image without much objection, but not rarely asked where began his transfer from the philosophy of science to the images. We propose a hypothesis that the beginning of the new concept of Bachelard's image was inspired by studies of contemporary science, especially quantum mechanics. The Heisenberg's uncertainty principle was the core of quantum mechanics, and opens new perspectives on the material world. We could summarize the message of the uncertainty principle : the material world is made up of various layers, and the material can not be measured by the location and movement at the same time. So we must have a new point of view of another dimension to know this material world. Bachelard had accepted this view of Heisenberg and developed his own theory of epistemological rupture. What is revolutionary in the theory of Bachelard's image is the fact that he looked at the images with the new perspective. The human psyche is another world compared to the rational world that dominates our daily lives. Bachelard insists that the image can not be explained by the concept. The fantasy world is a totally different world to that of rationality. That is why it can not be explained by the language of rationality as the concept. The imaginary world exists independently of the real world, but it is superimposed on the real world. These two worlds are influencing each other, and it is between these two world where our daily lives continues. The declaration of Bachelard 'image is a specific reality' is never a metaphor or rhetorical expression. This is an ontological expression that must truthfully. The imaginary world is a world built on the image and it works according to its own law. It is not a representation or copy of the real world. But the world of imagination are not alone. It exists in the same time and space with the world of science. It is superimposed with the world of science. Both two world influence each other. Bachelard has made a revolutionary change by studying the images. He gave them their own place. It has changed the views on the images that were treated as mere representations of reality. Thanks to him, the image can have its own value, that of a factor that creates reality. Bachelard shows how we can go deep into the source of being and the universe if we look at the pictures with the eyes of other dimensions.

High-speed railway is important transportation in the world because it is very comfortable, environmental benefits, energy savings, etc. The increase of demand for high-speed railway influence to develop of new hish-speed trains. Many countries introduced new high-speed train in the market. It meets to the market's needs. They adopt new technology and systems like that active suspension, synchronous permanent magnetic motor, distributed drive system, aero acoustics, etc. In Korea, the project for R&D of new high-speed train is launched last year. We need analysis of technical trend of new high-speed trains in the world. This paper presents a overview of technical trend of new high speed trains and what is key issues in development of high-speed train. It is very useful to develop a next generation high-speed train in Korea.

Each country uses its own datum which well represent its topography. The uses of the space technology such as GPS and the effort of establishing the consistent data over the world, Korea changed the survey act to use a world geodetic system from January 1, 2007. In this study, spatial analysis carried out to transform the GIS DB of electric power distribution system based on the old Tokyo datum the new world geodetic system, KGD 2002. Based on the study, problems on the transformation had been identified and efficient solutions are suggested. The data used for the 7 parameter similarity transformation in this study is the blueprints of the electric equipment and base maps. It is expected that this study provide general scheme and procedure for efficient GIS DB transformation to the new world geodetic system.

ARM TrustZone을 이용한 기술은 새로운 임베디드 시스템의 가상화 연구로 관심을 끌고 있다. ARM TrustZone은 secure world와 normal world라는 두 개의 가상 실행 환경을 정의한다. 소프트웨어의 기능을 확장하기 위한 방법으로 ARM TrustZone 환경에서 world 간 통신은 중요하다. 그러나 현재의 모니터 모드의 소프트웨어는 world 간 통신을 충분히 지원하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ARM TrustZone을 이용한 각 world에서 구동되는 게스트 운영체제 간의 새로운 통신 메커니즘을 제시한다. 제안한 통신 메카니즘은 싱글코어와 멀티코어에서 양방향 world 간 통신을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore 기반의 NVIDIA Tegra3 processor를 사용하였고, 30MB/s이상의 통신 성능을 보여주었다.

동학교는 김주희가 세운 동학계 신종교단이다. 동학교가사에 나타난 사상의 요체는 용어의 빈도수와 읊어진 구절의 내용을 고려하여 '도로 선천(先天)'사상이라고 볼 수 있다. 동학의 시운관(時運觀)이 '다시 개벽(開闢)'사상이라면, 동학교의 시운관은 '도로 선천(先天)'사상이다. 동학교에서는 선천이라는 용어를 특히 강조했고, 역학(易學)을 활용하여 노래했으며, '음양의 마주 봄'으로 개벽의 상황을 읊었다. 동학교에서는 후천의 운수마저 다한 다음에야 비로소 '도로 선천'이 이루어지리라고 강조한다. 이 '도로 선천'의 운수가 회복되면 목덕(木德)으로 상징되는 '봄<춘(春)>'이 다시 돌아올 것이라고 노래한다. 동학교에서는 새로운 운수(運數)의 전개를 '역(易)의 회복'으로 설명한다. 새로운 질서와 규범이 전개될 새 세상을 '도로 선천'으로 부르는데, 이때가 되면 '도덕세계'가 이루어져 도덕 문명이 전개될 것이라고 주장한다. '도로 선천'을 회복하는 운수가 바로 천도(天道)가 회복되는 일과 같다고도 노래한다. '도로 선천'사상의 특성은 첫째, 복고적 체계를 지향한다. 둘째, 과거지향적 사상이다. 셋째, '도로'는 '근원으로 돌아가자.', '근본을 회복하자.'라는 실제의 행동을 유발하고 권유하는 생각이다. 동학교의 '도로 선천'사상은 당대의 여러 신종교와는 다르게 선천(先天)에 대해 독창적인 관념과 인식을 부여했으며, 새로운 해석의 틀을 제시했다. 선천을 폐기해야만 할 낡은 시대로 규정했던 일에서 벗어나 지향해야 할 새 시대로 이해했다. 따라서 동학교의 '도로 선천'사상은 동양 전통의 과거로의 회귀와 복귀를 추구하던 일을 계승한 사상의 하나로 재평가되어야 하겠다. 하지만 '도로 선천'사상에 구체적 방법론이 매우 부족하다는 점은 단점으로 지적될 수 있다. 그리고 동학교의 '도로 선천'사상에는 윤리의식이나 도덕적 덕목이 부족하며, 정작 선천(先天)에 대한 설명이 부족하다. 따라서 동학교의 '도로 선천'사상은 선언적 구호에 그친 감이 있다.

The aim of this article is to describe direction of Sino-Russian relations toward a new epoch - as the decision-making centers of both countries define them - indicating the commitment to building the future international order. It includes the synthesis of evolution of relations, descriptions of cooperation building of mutual confidence by both sides in variety of institutions; analyses of geo-economic relations emphasizing their geostrategic dimension and finally dynamics showing how two great powers want to achieve new areas of cooperation focused on building multipolar world order which is the essence of "new epoch". The argument goes towards recognizing the relationship as a "hhybrid alliance". This hybridity is a structural factor that can constrain the use of new dimensions of asymmetric interdependence as political leverage especially by United States against the two non-western powers but also facilitate to use it against West.

Today, the world is facing overflowing digital technology, floating digital contents in the air, and various perspectives on the contents, and these are called new media waves. The waves show diverse features applied in arts and interior designs. In the new media world, a process that shows what artists and designers are dreaming of, planning, and presenting is becoming important., Therefore, a purpose of this research is to understand and refine the concept of new media world, and is to study on presentations of new media art in commercial spaces. Up to present times, New media art is a metaphor in the air, which connects digital art and design. Like the modifier "NEW" contains meaning of frequent changing, new media art has various characteristics in the commercial areas. First, new media art shows lighter and various space-designs with numerous lights and colors through the evolution of interface between substances and non-substances. Second, new media art has liquidity of spaces that come with diverse communication and change though infinite possibilities of digital technology. Finally, new media arts has amusement itself based on virtual images through interactive reality extension from human experience.

The paper is oriented towards a reflection on the epistemological extension of world history. This discipline is currently opening up for new subjects and new foci of interest, with environmental history being one of them. The paper debates the interaction between the global and the local as one of the main issues of world history. It analyses the impacts of the interconnectivity of diverse regions as well as different geographical and cultural complexes, during the period between 1500 and 1800. Assuming that the sea in its economic, cultural and environmental dimensions contributed actively to world history, and is, in itself, a major factor of globalization, the paper intends to highlight interdependencies which fostered connections between the local and the global. It further submits to discussion which was the impact of an on-going globalization process, based on maritime dynamics, on the environment. Through an analysis centered on the impact of European overseas expansion, some environmental impacts will be analyzed. The paper aims at questioning environmental history as an emergent theme of world history, based on the historical experience of connecting worlds developed in the First Global Age (1500-1800).
