본 연구의 목적은 LP 산업의 구조를 분석하여 해당 산업의 매력도를 이해하고 시사점을 도출하는 것에 있다. 선행연구는 급증한 LP 수요에 주목하며 소비자 관점에서 해당 소비와 LP 산업을 이해하였으나, 본 연구는 LP의 생산 및 유통의 주체에 초점을 맞추어 진행하였다. 본 논문은 LP 산업 내 현업종사자들과 심층면접 및 다양한 이차자료를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 이를 포터(1980/2008)의 5요인 이론(Five Forces model)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, LP 산업의 매력도는 산업 내 경쟁 강도가 적정하고 구매자의 교섭력이 약하다는 측면에서는 긍정적이지만, 신규 진입자와 대체재의 위협 및 공급자의 교섭력이 강하다는 측면에서 부정적이다. 이는 LP 산업에 신규 진입하려는 기업들의 전략적 판단을 위한 기초자료로서의 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 국내 동시대 미술작가들을 대상으로 개인기록의 생산 및 관리 현황을 조사하고 이를 토대로 교육 등 작가들의 작품활동 기록화에 필요한 지원 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 동시대 미술에서 작품활동 기록화의 중요성과 이를 위한 지원 동향을 문헌 연구를 통해 정리하였다. 둘째, 다양한 형식과 매체를 활용하는 동시대 미술작가 6명에 대한 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰를 통해 작품활동 과정별로 기록 생산 현황을 조사하였고, 기록유형별로 관리실태를 조사하였다. 셋째, 조사 내용에 대한 분석을 토대로 작가, 미술관, 아키비스트 등이 작품 기록화를 위하여 협력, 지원해야 할 사항을 제안하였다. 지원 영역은 교육프로그램의 제공, 미술관의 작품활동 기록화, 기록화를 위한 도구 개발 및 지원으로 구분하였다.

남태평양에 있는 뉴칼레도니아의 무척추동물에 공생하는 요각류를 기록하였다. 3신속 (Ruhtra, Pterioidicola, Pachysericola), 30신종이 포함되어 있으며, 이들은 천장입요각목 및 대롱입요각목 내의 다음과 같은 속에 해당된다: Anchimolgus속 (5신종), Jamescookina속 (2신종), Odontomologus속 (2신종), Schedomolgus속 (3신종), Scyphuliger속 (5신종), Critomolgus속 (3신종), Doridicola속 (1신종), Paramolgus속 (2신종), 신속 Pterioidicola (1신종), 과의 위치가 불분명한 신속 Ruhtra (1신종), Asteropontius속 (5신종). 뉴칼레도니아의 미기록종과 새로운 숙주에 대해서도 기록하였다. 지금까지 기록된 뉴칼레도니아산 공생성 요각류 251종과 이들의 무척추동물 숙주 163종의 목록도 제시하였다.

자율과 분권, 연대를 기반으로 한 민주적 가치를 지닌 국가기록관리 체제를 지향하는 것은 기록관리가 민주주의의 진전에 기여할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 이명박 정부 출범 이후 국가기록관리 정책은 대통령기록 '유출 논란'으로부터 파생된 기록관리의 과잉 '정치화', 국가기록관리위원회의 위상 격하, 국가기록원의 중간관리자를 행정직으로 배치, 민주적 가치가 축소되는 가운데 '성장주의' 중심의 '국가기록관리 선진화 전략' 채택 등 개혁적 성격의 퇴조 현상이 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있다. 특히 2009년 채택된 '국가기록관리 선진화 전략'은 새 정부 출범 이후 국가기록관리의 개혁성 후퇴 현상을 함께 시야에 넣고 고찰해야 올바르게 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 국가기록관리 체제 개혁의 방향을 살펴보는 것은 현재의 시점에서 유의미하다. 첫째, 자율적 분권적 기록관리를 실현하기 위해 공공부문에서 '더 많은 아카이브' 설립 정책을 추진할 필요가 있다. 이는 모든 지방자치단체에 아카이브 설립을 의무화하는 것이며, 그것은 자치의 원칙과 부합한다. 아카이브 설립 초기 단계에서는 국가기록원의 기능과 조직을 기록관리 현장 중심으로 개편하여 아카이브 설립과 운영을 지원토록 하는 방안이 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 지방자치단체는 자율적 분권적 기록관리 원칙에 따라 공동 또는 단독으로 아카이브 설립을 적극적으로 고려해야 한다. 아울러 이미 오래전부터 제기되어 왔던 국가기록관리 기구의 정치적 중립성과 독립성 확보 문제는 대통령기록 '유출 논란', 기록학계의 요구 등을 통해 재차 쟁점화 되고 있다. 이러한 과제를 실현하는 과정은 기록관리 주체의 문제의식 공유와 실천을 통해 가능할 것이다. 둘째, 민간부문에서는 '다양한 아카이브, 더 작은 아카이브'를 설립하는 기록문화 운동을 전개할 필요가 있다. 즉 정당 시민사회단체, 대학, 기업은 물론이고 연극 영화 미술 등 예술분야, 신문 방송 출판 분야 등 다양한 문화기관의 아카이브 설립이 요구된다. 또한 '마을 아카이브'와 같은 지역 공동체, 사회적 약자와 소수자의 기록을 수집하여 관리하는 '작은 아카이브 만들기' 운동을 통해 기록관리의 민주적 가치를 전사회적으로 공유하고, 확산시키는 작업이 필요하다. 다양하고 작은 아카이브들 사이의 기록관리를 통한 연대의 경험은 또한 자율적 기록관리 전통을 만들어 가는 계기가 될 것이다. 한국의 국가기록관리 체제는 기록관리 '혁신' 이전의 단계로 회귀하고 있다. 민주적 가치 지향의 기록관리에 대한 문제의식과 실천이 담보되지 않는다면, 한국의 국가기록관리는 다시 '민주주의 없는 기록관리'의 시대가 될 가능성이 매우 크다. 이를 극복하기 위한 기록학 연구자의 문제의식과 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

Graphis upretii is a new lichen species discovered in Vietnam. The species is characterized by a loosely corticate, rough, whitish grey to greyish green thallus, elongate and irregularly branched lirellae with an apically thin complete thalline margin (negrosina morph), laterally carbonized, entire proper exciple, clear hymenium, hyaline, 16~20 transversely locular ascospores, and about $50{\sim}95{\times}10{\sim}15{\mu}m$ in size. In addition, members of the taxon produce norstictic and stictic acids. Currently, the lichen flora of Vietnam include Arthonia radiata, Brigantiaea tricolor, Coenogonium implexum, Dirina paradoxa, Herpothallon sipmanii, Pertusaria pertusa, and Sarcographina cyclospora.

Fifteen species of poecilostome copepods associated with marine invertebrates, including ten new species, are recorded from intertidal zone in Thailand. New species are Hemicyclops cornutus n. sp. and Hemicyclops parapiculus n. sp. in the family Clausidiidae, Presynaptiphilus trifurcatus n. sp. in the Synaptiphilidae, Anchimolgus kantariensis n. sp. and Anchimolgus palmatus n. sp. in the Anchimolgidae, Kelleria vasfera n. sp. in the Kelleridae, Pseudanthessius stenosus n. sp. and Pseudanthessius phuketensis n. sp. in the Pseudanthessiidae, Doricidola pattayensis n. sp., and Lambanetes mollis n. sp. in the Rhynchomolgidae. Five species are new records of Thailand: Critomolgus gemmatus (Humes, 1964), Doridicola cuspis (Humes, 1964), Doridicola inaequalis (Humes and Ho, 1966), Indomolgus brevisetosus (Humes and Ho, 1966), and Lambanetes stichodactylae Humes, 1982. The female of Lambanetes stichodectylae is described for the first time in the world.

Graphis yunnanensis is described here as a new species. It is taxonomically well characterized by entire labia, slit-like disc, lateral thalline margin, completely carbonized proper exciple, inspersed hymenium, 8-spored asci, muriform $25{\sim}45{\times}8{\sim}12{\mu}m$ ascospores, and the presence of norstictic and stictic acids. The separation of the new species from other somewhat similar Graphis species is discussed. In addition, the study includes Graphis tenoriensis and Phlyctis karnatakana reported for the first time from China.

Twelve species of siphonostomatoid copepods mainly associated with marine invertebrates are recorded from Korean waters. Nine species are new to science: Arctopontius minutus n. sp., A. adelphus n. sp, and Dyspontius alatus n. sp. in the family Artotrogidae; Asterocheres horridus n. sp., A. cuspis n. sp., A. quadridens n. sp., Scottocheres mipoensis n. sp., Asteropontoides acutirostris n. sp. and Callomyzon macrocephalus n. gen. n. sp. in the family Asterocheridae. The new genus Callomyzon is distinguished from other genera in the family by having six setae on the third endopodal segment of leg 3, four spines and three setae on the third exopodal segment of leg 4 and three setae on the third endopodal segment of leg 4. Three new records of Korea, Asterocheres lilljeborgi Boeck, 1859 and A. simulans (T. Scott, 1898) in the Asterocheridae, and Parartotrogus arcticus T. and A. Scott, 1901 in the Cancerillidae are redescribed as the circum-Arctic species.

This study describes a new species of cytheroid ostracod, Paradoxostoma koreana sp. nov., collected in Korea. In addition, three other cytheroid ostracods, P. setoense Schornikov, 1975, Loxoconcha pulchra Ishizaki, 1968, and Ishizakiella miurensis (Hanai, 1957), are reported with brief descriptions and images. Paradoxostoma setoense and L. pulchra were previously only known from Japan, while I. miurensis was previously reported from Korea. Here, we describe variability in hemipenis morphology observed in the Korean population. The new species is closely related to several East Asian species, but its sister species is P. rhomboideum Okubo, 1977. The primary difference between the new species and P. rhomboideum is morphology of the distal projections of the hemipenis, but minor differences exist in the details of the cheatotaxy of other appendages. This report also provides a list of all East Asian Paradoxostomatidae.

Seven species are new to Korea: Hylyphantes nigritus (Simon, 1881), Hypselistes australis Saito and Ono, 2001, Diplostyla concolor (Wider, 1834), Agyneta insulana Tanasevitch, 2000, Phoroncidia altiventris Yoshida, 1985, Theridula iriomotensis Yoshida, 2001, and Xysticus audax (Schrank, 1803).
