Web 3.0 is a new web paradigm that aims to overcome the excessive commercialism and influence of big tech companies. Web 3.0 can be defined as a user-centered decentralized Internet environment, and Web 3.0 is a mixture of various terms and technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT, artificial intelligence, and metaverse. When new technology fields emerge, it is common to have positive and negative evaluations. As a result, rather than deciding which position is correct, it is necessary to investigate the causes and directions of change and prepare to seize the opportunity. In light of this, the present study examines the change in the web paradigm and the context of the emergence of Web 3.0, investigates the characteristics and major cases of Web 3.0, and discusses future issues and prospects.

The advent of the "un-tact 2.0 era," described as a "new normal non-face-to-face social relationship," accelerates the transformation of the living paradigm as a fully digital mediated social relationship. The emergence of these new forms of digital behaviors and mediated relationships significantly influences the industry prospect and consumers' individual lives. Advertising has played a decisive role in moving the formation forces of society, creating a dynamic flow of the capitalist system across races and geographical boundaries. Its role will become more fundamental in the physical contactless environment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, advertising has changed and modified its shape and meaning throughout history to adapt to the dynamic external environment. In this article, we illustrated four primary stages of the evolution in the advertising industry from simple advertising to convergence of advertising. Finally, we also identified the challenges of the present advertising industry and the paradigm transformation of "un-tact 2.0" with various related examples.

ISO 14649 is a new interface (or language) standard for the CAD-CAM -CNC chain, currently under establishment by ISO TC184 SCI and SC4 . Upon completion, it will replace ISO 6983, so called M amp; G codes used for CNC since 1950' s. As the new language is being established, a new CNC controller called STEP-CNC (STEP­compliant CNC), capable of carrying out various intelligent tasks using the new language as an input, receives worldwide attention. In this paper, we present a distributed architecture for STEP-NC system based on the generic paradigm of STEP-NC. The STEP-NC system is consisted of 3 sub-systems: 1) CGS (Code Generation System), 2) CES (Code Edit System), and 3) ACS (Autonomous Control System). Also presented in this paper is algorithm for delta volume decomposition, a crucial algorithm for developing CGS. First method is based on the cutting tool and the second method is based on the turning features commonly used in the shop floor. An illustrative example is given to compare the two methods, and to illustrate usage scenario of the delta volume in the turning STEP- NC system under development.

The purpose of this study is to research new paradigms of environmental ethics and environmental ethics education to overcome ecological crisis and to develop an alternative model of systematic environmental ethics education for establishing eco-centred life values. According to deep ecologists, they assert the necessity of basic reorientation of crucial components of present political, economic and social orders to overcome ecological crisis today. This means the movement from the mechanistic worldview to the ecological worldview and the shift from Dominant Social Paradigm(DSP) to New Ecological Paradigm(NEP). Environmental ethics education should be 'eco-centred environmental ethics education'which makes some contribution to overcome ecological crisis and to create new alternatives. Also it should be not a simple behavior change but 'eco-centred environmental ethics education', what is called, as 'ecological literacy education'which changes the views of values, thoughts and attitudes etc. In this, as a new social curriculum, 'ecological literacy education'means to cultivate the ability which can recognize environmental problems correctly and to overcome ecological crisis wisely we face with today. To perform this ecological environmental ethics education, we suggested 'eco-centred life values', we place a criterion of moral value judgment according to 'ecological conscience'on 'life', and we presented 'an alternative model of environmental ethics education' giving consideration to human being, nature and environment at the same time.

The purpose of this study is to propose a new design concept and properties within new paradigm. Contemporary students of architectural design seem to redefine the mechanic and reductive approach to design method based upon Euclidean geometry. In this study, the organic space-time and holistic view-point that constitutes the background for all this is radically different from the modern design. It consists of three sections as follow: First, it presents a concept of complex system and properties of complexity that we find in new natural science and tries to combine that news geometry with architectural design to provide a methodological basis for morphogenesis and transformation. Second, the complexity in architecture is defined as a fractal shape, folded space, and irreducible organic system that cannot be fully understood by modernist idea of architecture. Third, the complexity in architecture is strategy based on the electronic paradigm that would enable the emergence of creative possibility. The complexity theory offer new insights to explain not only natural laws but also define dynamic architecture. In fine, this study places a great emphasis on the organic world-view to the spatial organization, which I hope will contribute to generating a greater number of creative possibilities for design.

Recently, there are getting popular form generation-related design methodologies and scientific discourses about the nature of nature in the environmental design. The necessity of visual perception and cognitive research is growing in this respect. Accordingly, this study was designed to discuss environmental design and cognition in the ecological perspective. This study was intended to study the structural factors of cognitive ecological space. This study focused on the systematic principle of new environmental design based on cognitive ecological approaches and what kinds of design effects this design principle has on the human being in the long nm. The results are as follows. First, the results suggests that fractal pattern should be an alternative to design cognitive ecological space and new paradigm of architecture is based on the nature of nature and human sensibility. Accordingly, they have proposed that fractal design is more empirical and environment-friendly than rational linear design. Second, this study classified the variables of cognitive ecological space into nature, tradition, preference judgement, aesthetic value, and schema. Accordingly, such features as symbol, tradition, and nature restricted by modernistic ideology should be added to new paradigm-based environmental design. Third, accordingly, this study stresses that cognitive ecological environmental design doesn't include buildings of modernism and deconstruction and is based on new science of complexity.
