게욱 첨가 설기떡의 품질특성 및 관능적 특성 연구 (Study on Quality and Sensory Characteristics of Seolgi Ttueok Added with Geuk)

  • In this study, Seolgi Tteok was made in order to increase consumption of Geuk, which possesses numerous nutritional advantages, and its optimum content as a new food coloring for rice cake was determined. Quality characteristics and quantitative description analysis (QDA) of Seolgi Tteok, in which Geuk was added at 0, 4, 8, and 12%, was conducted. Consumer acceptability test was also conducted. As the amount of added Geuk increased, moisture content of Seolgi Tteok increased as well. Brightness (L-value) was the highest in the control group, and more Geuk resulted in higher values of red index (a-value) and yellow index (b-value), which corresponded to the results of the sensory evaluation. As result of the mechanical texture measurement, only adhesiveness and resilience show a significant difference. As a result of the QDA, 17 sensory characteristic terms were assessed. Among them, only 13 showed a significant difference. Among the different sensory characteristics, almost all of them except for taste characteristics were significantly influenced by the amount of Geuk. The aroma and taste of Geuk were not largely influenced. It can be suggested that Geuk is not a factor that strongly influences flavor. In conclusion, Geuk does not have a strong influence on the taste or aroma of Seolgi Tteok but does on color characteristics. It can be suggested that Geuk is qualified as a coloring material for food, and the reasonable addition amount is 8%. As a result of this research, Geuk can be considered as a coloring material for other types of rice cake, traditional Korean sweets, and even confectioneries as well as for Seolgi Tteok. This implies that Geuk can be utilized to develop various new products as a coloring material with abundant nutritional content, which will contribute to the promotion of Geuk consumption.

외식프랜차이즈 기업의 온라인 정보특성이 즐거움, 불안, 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Online Information Characteristics of Food Service Franchise on Enjoyment, Anxiety, and Visit Intention)

  • Purpose - Generally, the consumer's decision-making process for restaurant selection is simple and familiar. However, online information becomes important because the decision-making process of consumers becomes complicated in new restaurants and special situations. Because consumers can search for information online, information retrieval is now possible in selecting new restaurants. In particular, consumers often make decisions based on online information when making restaurant reservations. Research design, data, and methodology - All items were measured based on previous studies. The data were collected from customers who had visited the store by visiting the web page of the food service franchise within the last 3 months for the panel of the online survey institute. The questionnaires were surveyed from July 2 to July 11, 2018 for about 10 days. A mail and a message were sent to 2,000 people, and 310 people were asked to complete the questionnaire. Total of 303 data were used in the questionnaire, excluding 7 insufficient data. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Consensus, vividness, and neutrality have positive effects on enjoyment. Consensus have positive effect on anxiety, but vividness and neutrality did not have significant effect on anxiety. Also, enjoyment has a positive influence on intention to visit, and anxiety has a negative influence on visit intention. Conclusions - First, franchise companies online advertising in a variety of ways, but they are mixed with other customers' WOM and offered to consumers. In this case, the information provided by the company may be distorted. Therefore, a restaurant franchise company needs to operate an official online channel to provide accurate information to its customers. Second, it is necessary to make contents so that other customers can participate in online channels of food service franchise companies. Third, food service franchise company should produce enough online contents to experience indirectly even if the customer does not visit the store directly. Fourth, food service franchise company needs to prepare a way for many customers to participate in many official contents.

Z세대 소비자를 움직이는 힘, 한정판 (Motivation for Z generation to consume limited edition products)

  • 과거, 희소성 있는 제품을 구매하는 것은 고가의 명품을 구매하는 것에 지나지 않았다. 그러나, 현재 한정판 제품을 구매하기 위해서는 지불 능력보다 해당 제품을 구매하기 위한 정보력과 부지런함이 중요 요인이 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Z 세대의 새로운 소비문화의 형태로 자리 잡고 있는 1) 한정판 제품 구매 동기를 심층적으로 알아보고, 더 나아가 2) 한정판 제품 구매 동기가 소비자의 경험(가격, 향후 구매의향)에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 알아보았다. 그 결과, 5가지 주요 구매 동기(유행동조, 관심사 충족, 희소성 추구, 재테크, 인정 욕구)를 추출하였고, 이 중 관심사 충족은 제품 구매 가격에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 유행 동조는 제품 구매 가격에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다음으로, 관심사 충족과 희소성 추구 동기는 향후 구매 의향에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구를 통해, 현재 새로운 소비문화의 주 연령층으로 떠오르는 20대들의 구매 경험에 영향을 미치는 동기를 밝힐 수 있었으며, 이러한 구매 동기들이 구매 물건을 되파는 리셀(resell)마켓과 같은 새로운 소비 시장에 적극적으로 활용될 것이라 기대한다.

Worksite Marketing 상품과 언더라이팅 기법 (Underwriting Method of Worksite Marketing Product)

  • Internally Korean insurance market is that whole life products' growth are becoming slowdown that's why new insurance products have appeared on the market in consideration of consumer's needs recently. Externally domestic insurance market competitions has drifted from insurance industry to whole financial industry since bankasurance started. Life insurance companies should open up a new market to survive from severe competitions. Worksite marketing can be an alternative. An insurer make arrangements with an employer about an insurance terms which an insurer offers in Worksite marketing. Then eligible individuals enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage through payroll deductions. An employer doesn't need to pay extra money for additional benefit but can raise employee's loyalty and satisfaction of company through worksite marketing. An employee can be covered at discounted premium rate and less strict underwriting guidelines to an insurer compared to individual insurance. In developed countries specially U.S insurance market, Worksite marketing is getting very popular and growing rapidly due to the advantages. Worksite marketing has both individual insurance characters and group insurance characters. Individual insurance characters are that employees enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage. Group insurance characters are that actively at work and participation etc. An insurer have to reflect these two characters on Worksite marketing when an insurance company work out a plan for developing products and underwriting guidelines. When an insurer devise worksite products, one should consider participation level which means percentage of eligible employees participating. Participation is related to anti-selection. As we know underwriting is essential for every kind of insurance, especially underwriting plays major role in worksite marketing. We can see that in the below. Firstly, it has a function in calculation of premium rate. When calculate premium rate for worksite products underwriters have to estimate expected participation level and risk factors. So underwriters and acturies keep in close contact with each other. Secondly, underwriting methods are important. When an insurer underwrite worksite products, there are three kinds of underwriting methods. These are Simplified issue underwriting, Full underwriting and Guaranteed issue underwriting. Simplified issue underwriting typically requires no medical examination, but usually requires supplying satisfactory answers to one or several health and/or lifestyle questions. Full underwriting requires a complete medical history questionnaire that may further require an exam. Guaranteed issue underwriting means that coverage is issued without the employee having to provide evidence of insurability. When insurer set the GI limit are usually based on the type of industry, number of eligible employees, the average amount of coverage and participation level. In addition to insurer should have a clear definition of eligible employee on the insurance provision and application form. It will minimize possibility of trouble claims and anti-selection. An insurer also establish preexisting condition exclusion and special guidelines for late entrants. When an insurer introduce Worksite marketing to Korean insurance market, an insurer has to examine market research to analyze potential market and strategy of sales most of all. Also an insurer should review real situation of the U.S, England and Japanese market etc. There are a lot of new technologies about worksite marketing process that an insurer should learn. When an insurer consider many things which we explained it can be a real alternative.

망상대구점(网上代购店): 소비자감지풍험화산품평개대원산국형상적영향(消费者感知风险和产品评价对原产国形象的影响) (Surrogate Internet Shopping Malls: The Effects of Consumers' Perceived Risk and Product Evaluations on Country-of-Buying-Origin Image)

  • 互联网快速增长, 已经成为一个重要的零售渠道, 并出现了各种互联网零售商, 又称电子零售商. 一种网上代购店蓬勃发展起来, 吸引了国内市场的消费者. 这是一种独特的电子零售商, 他们从全球购买国内市场尚未进口的名牌产品, 寄给个人购买者, 并收取服务费. 有些消费者喜欢高端独特但无进口资格的品牌, 却因付款问题或国内的寄送问题很难直接从海外零售商处购买. 在韩国, 网上代购店的数量和销售量快速增长-2008年韩国有超过430个活跃商店和5000亿销售额, 需要这种代购服务的消费者数量也在急剧增加. 这种电子零售的概念源于 "代理中介采购" -种存在已久的形式和内容多样化的代购. 通常市场经营者面对的是购买者的代表人而非本人, 由消费者决定的代理购买者影响越来越大. 很多市场营销和心理学领域的学者都研究过代理对消费者购买决定的影响范围. 然而, 在互联网商务方面却没有深入的研究. 此外, 网上代购店作为代理购买者, 将海外品牌或零售商同国内消费者连接起来. 它有一个特点, 代理购买国, 即代购商品所在国的形象对消费者的态度和购买倾向有重要影响, 还会影响消费者在进行信息处理时所感知的风险维度. 然而, 尽管对原产国不同维度的影响已有很多研究, 对网络内容的相关研究却很少. 已有研究证明, 原产国信息作为产品制造情况的线索对消费者的评价有正面影响, 但对这种形式下网络代理购买国的形象和产品评价之间的关系进行的研究却很少. 因此, 作者们发这种具体的零售渠道很值得研究, 重点结构间的系统关系以及各自不同的路径很值得探索. 已有研究证明代购原产国, 也就是代购店购买商品所在地的形象, 不仅对消费者的产品评价(包括态度和购买意向)有正面影响, 还对感知风险的三个维度有负面影响: 产品相关, 行员相关, 以及购买后的风险. 在所有的感知风险中, 由于对产品性能的高度不确定性, 产品相关的风险受负面形象的影响最大(${\beta}$= -.30), 其次是航运相关风险(${\beta}$= -.18)和购买后的风险(${\beta}$= -.15). 对产品态度(${\beta}$= .10)和购买倾向(${\beta}$= .14)也有一定影响. 此外, 经证明, 感知风险的三个维度通过对产品的态度作为中介, 对购买倾向有负面的的影响(${\beta}$= -.57: 产品相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.24: 航运相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.44: 购买后风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度). 从更多的分析可以看出, 消费者处理信息的路径会因其对产品知识的等级不同而改变. 新手购买者知识等级较低, 只会考虑感知风险, 而知识等级较高的专家购买者则会考虑到代理购买国的形象和感知风险两个方面, 对产品形成更准确更系统的态度和决定. 这同之前的研究相一致. 本研究提出一些理论和实际的建议. 代理购买国的形象会影响消费者的风险感知和行为结果, 因此应谨慎选择代购国家, 如果这种新型的零售业务快速发展起来, 应控制好消费者的风险, 无论是新手或专家. 另外, 由于消费者各自知识等级不同, 处理信息的路径也不尽相同, 针对不同消费者应形成成熟的市场营销手段. 新手购买者需要风险消减方面的建议, 以帮助他们形成更好的态度, 而专家购买者应选择更好更发达的国家进行代购. 消费者可以使用担保策略来促使在线购物的顺利进行. 本研究没有拘于概括性等限制. 在今后的研究中, 应进一步测试比较有相关结构的不同电子零售商.

순위기반 컨조인트분석과 선택기반 컨조인트분석의 예측력에 대한 실증적 비교 (An Empirical Comparison of Predictability of Ranking-based and Choice-based Conjoint Analysis)

  • 마케팅조사 등 다양한 분야에서 순위기반 컨조인트분석과 선택기반 컨조인트분석이 많이 활용되고 있다. 컨조인트 분석가들은 각 분석 기법의 상대적인 강점과 약점들을 고려하여 상황에 적합하다고 판단되는 기법을 선택하여 사용한다. 본 연구는 컨조인트분석 기법을 선택할 때 참고할 수 있는 준거를 제공하기 위하여 두가지 기법의 예측력을 실증적으로 비교하고자 한다. 순위집합과 선택집합을 통합한 측정집합 개념을 새롭게 도입함으로써 동일한 소비자 집단에 두 가지 분석기법을 동시에 적용할 수 있는 조사를 설계하였다. 실제로 측정집합을 설계하여 RTD커피에 대한 선호도를 측정하고 순위기반과 선택기반 컨조인트분석을 적용하여 소비자 선호도를 분석하고 두 기법에 의한 시장점유율 예측치와 적중률을 비교하였다. 비교결과 두 기법의 예측력에 유의적인 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 응답자의 응답결과를 사전에 점검하여 부실한 자료를 제외시킴으로써 자료의 품질을 향상시키려 하거나 컨조인트분석 결과를 바탕으로 시장세분화 작업을 하기 원하는 경우에는 순위기반 컨조인트분석을 채택하고, 선호도 측정과정에서 응답자의 부담을 덜어주고 실제 시장과 가장 유사한 상황에서 선호도를 측정하고자 하는 경우에는 선택기반 조인트분석을 채택할 것을 제안한다.

  • 在过去的10年里,奢侈品销售已经有了显著的增长. 在2007年, 奢侈品消费额已经超过1300亿美元. 在奢侈品产业中, 有超过一半的利润来自平均收入显著增长, 对奢侈品的需求快速增加的亚洲. 在这个区域购买奢侈品牌已经成为一个有趣的社会现象并为这些公司带来利润. 作为新兴的发达国家, 韩国是亚洲最有吸引力的奢侈品市场之一. 如今, 共有120个奢侈时装品牌进入了韩国市场. 这些品牌主要集中在首尔的奢侈区域, 因此竞争也十分激烈. 本文的目的是: (1) 识别奢侈品牌态度的要素. (2) 测试奢侈品牌态度对顾客资产的影响. (3) 测定奢侈品牌态度对顾客终身价值的影响 (4) 深入研究顾客资产对顾客终身价值的影响. 以前的研究已经测定物质主义, 社会需要, 经验需要, 独特需要, 适应性和时尚卷入是对奢侈品牌态度的组成要素. Richins and Dowson (1992) 认为物质主义对与产品质量相关的购买行为有影响. Nueno and Quelch (1998) 写到对奢侈品牌的拥有传递着和所有者社会地位相关的信息. 表达着一种成功和声望的形象, 是购买行为的一个要素. 经验需要被认为是消费的一个重要方面. 尤其是发展满足消费者需求的新产品. 由于奢侈品被定义为相对稀少的产品, 对这些类型产品的拥有满足消费者对独特性的需要. 本研究中, 价值资产, 关系资产和品牌资产被测试为顾客资产的驱动因素. 样本 (n=114) 是在韩国首尔的两所私立女子大学的本科生和研究生. 我们在2009年3月进行了自填式问卷调查来收集数据. 我们运用SPSS15.0来分析数据, 包括叙述性统计, 因子分析, 信赖度分析和回归分析. 通过数据分析我们得出一些结论, 首先, 经验需要和时尚卷入对参与者对奢侈品牌的态度有积极的影响. 第二, 对奢侈品牌的态度对品牌资产有积极影响. 紧随其后的是价值资产和关系资产. 但是我们没有发现奢侈品牌态度和顾客终身价值之间的显著关系. 最后, 关系资产积极影响顾客终身价值. 总而言之, 年轻消费者是重要的潜在消费群. 他们尝试不同的品牌到最终发现哪种品牌最适合自己. 奢侈品营销者使用有效的行销策略来吸引这些可获利的潜在消费者并使他们产生忠诚度并增加顾客资产和顾客终身价值.

닭고기와 계란의 소비에 대한 조사 연구 (The Study on Consummer Behaviour of Poultry meat and Egg)

  • 닭고기 및 계란에 대한 소비자의 일반적인 행태조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 닭고기(1) 조사자의 88%이상이 월 1회 이상 닭고기를 구입하고 있으며 과반수가 1∼2마리를 구입하고 있다. (2) 가정소비는 대닭, 중닭이 주를 이루고 있다. (3) 조사자 67.1%가 무게를 달아서 닭고기를 구매하고 있으며 점차 공정한 거래가 이루어지고 있다. (4) 주로 닭집에서 구입하고 있으며 유통의 냉장화 (cold chain)가 이루어지고 있다. 열 가까운 곳. 단골, 위생적인 곳에서 주로 구입하고 있다. (6) 포장, 냉장화, 부위별 판매 등의 요구가 높아지고 있다. (7) 값이 싸서 보다는 좋아하거나 식성이 맞아서 잘먹는 것으로 나타나고 있어 소비확대 가능성은 크다. (8) 닭고기를 안 먹는 이유로 냄새, 영리불편을 꼽을 수 있는데 간편한 새로운 요리법개발(fast food 등)이 요구된다. (9) 부위별 선호도는 다리살, 날개, 가슴살의 순서이며 월등하게 다리살을 좋아한다. (10) 여름철 편중된 닭고기 소비는 계절소비성향이 크므로 산업발전에 저해요인으로 나타났다. (11) 집에서, 튀김집, 야외소풍 등의 순서로 많이 소비되고 있으며 가정소비는 점차 줄고있는 추세이다. (12) 영리방법은 튀김, 삼계탕이 주이고 자라나는 세대에서 닭고기 튀김요리에 대한 기호도가 높다(여고생 61, 1%). 2 계란 (1) 1인당 월간소비는_대다수가 10∼20개이다. (2) 계란구입액은 판떼기 (30개) 66.2%로 현저히 높으며 20개 단위 14.6%. 10개 단위 9.8%로 나타났다. (3) 소비자들은 앞으로 포장난 유통을 희망하며 유통단위는 소포장의 10개 단위를 바라고 있다. (4) 계란크기의 선호도는 중란, 대란, 특란, 왕란의 순으로 소비자의 선호도가 바뀌고 있다. (5) 거래시 계란등급은 거래상점을 믿고 있다. (6) 계란은 주로 계란 도ㆍ소매상에서 구입하고 계란 값이 싼곳 보다는 가깝고 편리한 곳에서 구입한다. (7) 계란품질에 대하여 대체로 믿고 구입하고 있으나 일부(24.8%)는 불결하거나 신선치 못하다는 느낌을 갖고 있다. (8) 난각색에 따라 영양적 차이가 없는데도 불구하고 갈색난을 선호하고 있으며 영양적 가치에 차이가 없다는 인식률이 높다. (9) 계란은 어린이들이 가장 좋아하고 중ㆍ고생, 청년, 미부, 노인의 순으로 선호하고 있다. (10) 소비는 대체로 일정하며 계절에 관계없이 소비되고 있다. (11) 계란기피 이유 중 Cholesterol 때문에 22.0%, 요리방법을 몰라서 12.1%,특이체질 등 몸에 맞지 않아 8.6%, 맛이 없어서 7.5%의 순으로 나타났다. (12) 가정에서는 55.4%가 식사반찬으로 다음이 도시락반찬으로 38.3%를 소비한다. (13) 후라이, 카스테라빵, 오무라이스덮밥, 샌드위치, 토스트, 반숙의 순으로 요리해 먹고있다. (14) 현행 가격이 대체로 적당하다 54.1 %, 싸다 25.6%, 비싸다 9.3%의 순으로 영양에 비해 싼 식품으로 인식되고 있다. (15) 가계소득이 더 증가해도 현재대로 구입하겠다 61.6 %, 더 많이 구입하겠다 29.9%로 나타났다.

상표이미지 일치가 상표확장 태도에 미치는 영향 연구 -인지도가 높은 여성의류상표를 중심으로- (A Study on the Influence of 8rand Image Consistency towards Brand Extension)

  • This research is intended to help the development of new products and marketing strategies studying consumers' knowledge level and attitude towards original brand and the extension attitude related to the brand image. The detailed purposes of this study are as follow: First, it is to measure consumers' knowledge and attitude towards original brand. Second, it is to clarify the dimensions of the image about the original brand and extended brand product which is perceived by the consumer. Third, it is to meassure image consistency and product similarity between the original brand and extended product. The sample group consisted of female college students 393 in Seoul. Stratified sampling, based on major and grade of sturients and the structure of the college they were attending was used as sampling method. Questionnaires, which were selected from literature and proceeding researches published in Korea and abroad, were modified for this study, SAS Package was used for data analysis. The results observed in this study were as follow: 1. Consumers' knowledge level about original brand showed high among students majoring in clothing-related subjects and their general attitude proved to be positive. 2. Image factors of original brand were classified to dignity factor, personality/modernity factor, femininity factor, and ornamentation factor. Lipstick is considered to have high image consistency and product similarity. 3. Comparing the attitude before and after extension, extension to lipstick which showed high image consistency and product similarity received more positive reactions than one to bed cover sheet. 4. It was founded that although knowledge and attitude towards original brand with image consistency had no influence on the extension attitude, knowledge and attitude without image consistency influence the extension attitude.

패션뷰티 산업분야의 시니어 시프트 현황분석 (The case study of the current senior shift in fashion and beauty brand)

  • In recent years, there has been increasing interest in the senior people in our aging society. This paper will give an account of the current cases of senior shift. The first section of this paper will examine a conceptual approach based on a literature review and analyze case studies of senior shifts by national fashion and beauty brands. It will be helpful for the 'New Senior' consumer group, which in emerging in an aging society. The research methods applied were a literature review and a case study, and a database search was conducted to determine the current situation of global brands. The results of the literature review showed that seniors can be classified into four types based on their physical aging condition and emotional tendency: Prime Senior, Smart Senior, Rational Senior, and Slump Senior. The first thing that needs to be said is that the Prime Senior type is found commonly in as a way to appoint a senior model in order to switch brand image. Cases of the Smart Senior type appeared only in the beauty field, which attempted multilateral approaches such as launching products exclusively for seniors and offering make-up services after improving the usability and functionality in response to senior consumers'needs. However, as no cases of senior shift were found for the Rational Senior and Slump Senior types in either the fashion or beauty field, future studies should explore the market approaches used in those categories.
