민간투자사업 혼합방식(BTO+BTL)의 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficiency of Mixed Model (BTO+BTL) for Public-Private Partnership Projects)

  • 우리나라의 SOC 민간투자사업은 수익형(BTO) 및 임대형(BTL) 방식을 주축으로 사회기반시설을 조기에 효율적으로 공급함으로써 국민의 편익증대 및 정부의 탄력적인 재정운용에 기여하였다. 하지만, 최소운영수입보장(MRG) 제도의 폐지와 최근 국제적인 금융위기 등 사업 환경의 변화로 민간투자사업의 위험이 증가되어 민간투자자들이 수익형 민간투자사업에 적극적인 관심을 보이지 않음으로써 수익형 민간투자사업은 상당히 위축되어 있는 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 민간투자사업을 추진할 경우 정부와 민간사업자가 위험을 분담하는 방식, 즉 기존의 수익형 방식과 임대형 방식의 중간적인 성격을 갖는 위험분담 방식의 혼합형 민간투자 방식을 검토하였고, 우리나라 민간투자사업에 활용될 수 있도록 사례적용 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 민간투자사업의 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

스테레오 비전 센서의 깊이 및 색상 정보를 이용한 환경 모델링 기반의 이동로봇 주행기술 (Direct Depth and Color-based Environment Modeling and Mobile Robot Navigation)

  • This paper describes a new method for indoor environment mapping and localization with stereo camera. For environmental modeling, we directly use the depth and color information in image pixels as visual features. Furthermore, only the depth and color information at horizontal centerline in image is used, where optical axis passes through. The usefulness of this method is that we can easily build a measure between modeling and sensing data only on the horizontal centerline. That is because vertical working volume between model and sensing data can be changed according to robot motion. Therefore, we can build a map about indoor environment as compact and efficient representation. Also, based on such nodes and sensing data, we suggest a method for estimating mobile robot positioning with random sampling stochastic algorithm. With basic real experiments, we show that the proposed method can be an effective visual navigation algorithm.

  • This paper proposes high speed SRM drive system for blower with a new 4-level inverter and precise excitation position generator. For the high speed blower, a proper inverter and control method are proposed and the output characteristics are analyzed. In order to get a fast build-up and demagnetization of excitation a current, 4-level inverter system is proposed. The proposed 4-level inverter has additional charge capacitor, power switch and diode in the conventional asymmetric converter. The charged high voltage is supplied to the phase winding for fast current build-up, and demagnetization current is charged to additional capacitor of 4-level inverter. In addition, a precise excitation position generator can reduce turn-on and turn-off angle error according to sampling period of digital control system. The proposed high speed SRM drive system is verified by computer simulation and experimental result.

  • Business environment goes through an unprecedented massive shift that has never happened before. For that reason, business models have to be designed to considering the changed environments. This study develops a business model for independent business to build an ontology system. The system has potentials to improve existing independent business models and to provide more detailed and precise information for users as relevant data accumulates. The ontology system helps independent business meet market demands, generate income for founders, and increase society-wide income levels. The results of the study provides insights to build ontology systems for new starting enterprises running their business.

Web 인지도를 반영한 전자상거래 마케팅 채널 경쟁에 관한 연구 (Analysis of marketing Channel competition in Electronic Commerce Incorporating Web Awareness)

  • The proliferation of electronic commerce(EC) has led manufactureres to consider Internet based marketing as a salient candidate for strategic diversification of marketing channel. In this case, each manufacturer can build its own Web store or rent an existing special EC store. Such decision making of ‘build’ or ‘rent’ can be analyzed by a game model which derives the Nash solutions for price and profit considering degree of competition with other competitive manufacturers. In this paper, to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional linear demand function, we first propose a new linear demand function which incorporates not only the price difference between competitive products but the awareness of Web stores perceived by the consumers, then design the game models to analyze the characteristics of three typical types of marketing channel in duopoly market. Based on the Nash solutions of the game models, we analyzed the effect of the degree of competition and Web awareness in selecting the optimal marketing channel.

  • One major limitation of the efficiency of parallel computer designs has been the prohibitively high cost of parallel communication between processors and memories. Linear order concentrators can be used to build theoretically optimal interconnection schemes. Current designs call for building superconcentrators from concentrators, then using these to recursively partition the connection streams O(log2N) times to achieve point-to-point routing. Since the superconcentrators each have O(N) hardware complexity but O(log2N) depth, the resulting networks are optimal in hardware, but they are of O(log2N) depth. This pepth is not better than the O(log2N) depth Bitonic sorting networks, which can be implemented on the O(N) shuffle-exchange network with message passing. This paper introduces a new method of constructing networks using linear order concentrators and expanders, which can be used to build interconnection networks with O(log2N) depth as well as O(Nlog2N) hardware cost.   • A mobile robot in FMS environment should be able to nevigate itself. Therefore, path planning is necessary for the mobile robot to perform its tasks without being lost. Path planning using a network model gives oprimal paths to every pair of nodes but building this model demands accurate information of environments. In this paper, a method to build a network model using sonar sensors is presented. The main idea is to build a quad tree model by using sonar sensors and convert the model to a network model for path planning. The new method has been implemented on a mobile robot. Experimental results show that the mobile robot constructs an accurate network model using inaccurate sonar data.

  • Rapid Prototyping (RP) techniques have their unique characteristics according to the working principles: stair-stepped surface of parts due to layer-by-layer stacking, low build speed caused by line-by-line solidification to build one layer, and additional post processing to improve surface roughness, so it is required very high cost to introduce and to maintain RP apparatus. The objective of this study is to develop and design a new RP process, Variable Lamination Manufacturing using expandable polystyrene foam sheet as part material (VLM-S), which can make up for the disadvantage of existing techniques, and to develop an apparatus to implement the process. In order to examine the possibility of practical utilization of the proposed VLM-S process for prototyping of a general three-dimensional shape, an auto-shift lever knob and a pyramid shape were fabricated.

The objective of this study is to develop software for automatic generation of unit shape part (USP) for a new RP process, Variable Lamination Manufacturing using linear hotwire cutting technique and expandable polystyrene foam sheet as part material (VLM-S). In order to examine the applicability of the developed software to VLM-S, USP's of general three-dimensional shapes, such as an auto-shift lever knob and a pyramid shape were generated.

쾌속조형 공정 비교실험 및 공정 선정에 관한 연구 (Benchmark Study of Rapid Prototyping Processes and the Development of Decision-support System to Select Appropriate RP Process and Machine)

  • In this paper, benchmark tests of Rapid Prototyping(RP) are presented to evaluate characteristics of various RP Systems and Processes, and several decision-support systems are developed to select RP Machine/Process suitable to user's requirements. Results of the RP benchmark tests are applied to the recently developed RP machines for the purpose of analyzing attributes such as dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, build cost, build time, and etc. Decision-making support systems are also developed, which contain not only new LCE (Linear Confidence Equation) algorithm but also modified PRES and MDS algorithm. Those algorithms are proved to be effective in that reasonably acceptable results are obtained on several cases of different inputs.
