최근 외국항만들은 그 특성에 따라 다양한 유형의 워터프론트를 조성하여 도시민의 생활향상과 항만배후단지의 또 다른 부가가치를 창출하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 높은 무역의존도에 따라 항만은 단순한 화물처리공간으로써 기능에 중점을 두어 개발되었으며 현재 개발중인 신항의 경우도 외국항만들이 다양한 유형의 워터프론트를 조성하고 있는데도 불구하고 단순 공원조성외 에는 별다른 워터프론트에 대한 계획이 없다. 따라서 본 논문은 신항을 물류기능과 시민들의 휴식하고 즐길 수 있는 친수공간(water front) 그리고 동시에 제반업무를 수행할 수 있는 생활공간이 함께 갖추어진 종합적인 항만공간으로 개발하기 위한 외국항만사례를 중심으로 몇 가지 워터프론트 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류 주거단지의 인접지역에 광장 조경시설 등 어항의 환경정화를 위한 시설설치 둘째, 이용자의 편익향상을 위한 워터프론트 개발 셋째, 외국 관광객을 위한 위락시설내 워터랜드 건설 넷째, 항만배후단지내 상징물 건설 다섯째, 항만배후물류단지의 미관지구지정 등을 들 수 있다.

The main purpose of this research is to introduce PsyCap(Positive Psychological Capital) and new leadership helping ordinary people to create positive thinking and leading to social integration in South Korea. Additionally, by looking at conventional leadership theories and by applying the PsyCap to leadership based on causal loop analysis, this study is to seek new approach which political leader is able to communicate with the people and can help the people to build positive mine. Throughout this study, there are several important implications how political leader can lead to social integration and stable political development in South Korea. In particular, when political leader encourage the people to have confidence to take on and put in the necessary effort to succeed at challenging tasks, when political leader make the people a positive attribution (optimism) about succeeding now and in the future, when political leader help the people to persevere toward goals and redirection paths to goals (hope) in order to succeed, and when political leader make the people beset by problems and adversity environment to overcome these concerns, it can be expected political leader to build social integration and the people to create positive thinking which has been emphasized by political leader in South Korea. Finally, 21st century has required new political leadership that the people are able to make positive psychological capital composed by optimism, hope, confidence, and resilience.

Conducting face-to-face surveys is difficult and cost prohibitive, necessitating a new attempt to build a probability-based panel in South Korea. Since 99.9% of adult Koreans own a mobile phone, mobile phone numbers provide a viable sampling frame. Random digit dialing (RDD) surveys were conducted August-December 2021. Of the 288,056 valid phone numbers dialed, 13,655 respondents between the ages of 19 and 69 completed a phone survey. These respondents were later invited by text message to join a panel; 3,202 of these (23.4% or 1.2% based on the number initially contacted) joined the panel. When compared to official government statistics like resident registration data, the census, or the Social Survey, this new probability-based panel can be said to be representative of the Korean population on the basis of age, gender, location, marital status, and household size after weighting is applied. However, even after weighting, panel members are more educated than the general population, white-collar workers and self-employed people are overrepresented, and blue-collar workers are underrepresented. As of February 2023, this panel has grown to 10,471 participants with plans to continue to invite more panel members in the same way. Based on the comparisons in this paper, we can regard this panel as a cost-effective, probability-based panel that may be used for various kinds of public opinion research, by researchers both within and outside of Korea. As we continue to refine and grow this panel, we hope it will become more widely used by researchers as well as provide a model for those building similar panels in other countries.

영국이 오늘날과 같은 완벽한 공공도서관 인프라를 구축할 수 있었던 이유 중의 하나는, 1940~90년대 초에 전국에 30여개의 신도시를 건설할 때 많은 공공도서관을 함께 건립하였기 때문이다. 현재 우리나라에서도 많은 신도시를 건설하고 있는데, 이는 공공도서관을 효과적으로 건립할 수 있는 절호의 기회라고 생각한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영국의 대표적인 신도시인 밀턴킨즈를 연구 대상으로 삼아 이 신도시 건설과정에서 공공도서관이 어떻게, 어떤 모습으로 건립되었는지를 조사 분석하였다. 조사 결과 신도시에 건설된 공공도서관들은 그 입지를 통해 봤을 때 애초에 신도시 계획에 포함되었고, 그 계획에 의하여 건립되었음이 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 경기도 고양시에 속한 I 신도시를 대상으로 이 신도시 건설과정에서의 공공도서관 건립의 문제점과 개선점을 밝히고, 이 결과를 새로운 신도시 건설에 적용하여 바람직한 공공도서관 건립이 되도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. I 신도시는 계획대로 4개 도서관을 모두 건립하였고, 이들 도서관의 입지는 매우 양호했다. 그러나 도서관의 건립은 상당히 지체되어 심지어 한 도서관은 신도시 계획 수립 후 18년 후에 건립되었다. 4개 도서관의 규모는 현재의 우리나라 평균 보다 매우 크다. 도서관 운영조직은 이상적인 형태라기 보기 어렵다.

본 연구는 앞으로 새로운 신도시 건설과정에서 최상의 이용과 서비스 제공이 가능한 공공도서관이 건립되도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 P신도시를 대상으로 신도시 건설과정에서 공공도서관 건립과 관련해서 어떤 문제점이 있었는지 밝히고자 하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 문헌조사, 현장조사 그리고 인터뷰 방법을 사용하였다. 조사결과 다음과 같은 문제점들이 나타났다. 첫째, P신도시 개발계획 수립 초기 단계에는 도서관 건립계획이 없었다. 둘째, 공공도서관 건립에서 P신도시에 차등이 있었다. 셋째, 공공도서관 수가 부족하다. 넷째, 공공도서관의 규모가 충분하지 않다. 다섯째, 공공도서관의 입지가 미흡하다.

강원도 지역의 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간의 활성화는 새로운 전기를 맞이하여야 하며 이는 대내외적 변화에 상응하는 새로운 전략적 접근을 필요로 하고 있음을 말한다. 기존의 천혜의 환경적 속성을 바탕으로 하여 전략과 더불어 지속 가능 모델로 자리매김을 하여야만 한다. 그러나 작금의 경제적 불황과 기후 변화의 영향은 성공적인 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간을 구축함에 있어서 더 이상의 선택적 요소가 아니다. 또한 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간의 활성화를 통하여 지역 경제와 사회문화적 파급력을 집성하려면 공간의 다양성과 구체적인 교육 프로그램도 절대적으로 병행하여야만 한다. 지리적 불리함에도 불구하고 영월은 많은 문화예술콘텐츠 공간들을 이미 갖추었고 다른 지역과 다르게 발전적 전략구성을 집행하고 있다. 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간의 중요성을 산업적으로 활용하는 점에서 고무적으로 판단되어지며 본인은 연구의 범위를 영월로 한정하였다. 따라서 영월 지역의 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간을 진단하고 발전을 위한 모델을 연구하고자 한다. 이는 구체적으로 영월지역 뿐만 아니라 기타 지역의 경제적 고용창출과 소득증대, 사회 문화적 영향력을 창출할 것이며 나아가 지역 문화의 현대화와 이미지 개선, 전반적인 삶의 질 향상 등을 형성할 수 있다고 판단되어진다. 방법적으로 세계화를 지향함과 동시에 지역의 문화 예술적 토대를 근거로 하여 영월의 '지붕없는 박물관도시, 영월' 프로젝트 방향을 세방화 패러다임으로 전환해야 한다. 즉 거시적인 세계화 지향의 발전 모델을 수립하기 이전에 지역의 문화예술 콘텐츠 수요를 파악하고 이를 특화한 시스템과 프로그램을 구축하여야 한다. 왜냐하면 영월지역의 문화예술 콘텐츠 공간은 도 시민에게 삶의 장소로서 직결되기 때문이다.

Many aspects of the way we work and live in the twenty-first century will be determined by the vast web of Internet. Virtual environments open the door to new identity experiences. Having the possibility to enter in a new community, where any personal information is directly shown to others, is a possibility to experiencing different self and thus to show and build new identities. This paper aims to identify how to relate the perception of cyber identity, loyalty and purchase intention. First, we classified cyber identity into two types, personal and social, and analyzed perception of each identity type. Then we conducted a survey using pre-designed questionnaire and found out factors consisting personal and social identity. Finally we analyzed the effects of these factors on loyalty and purchase intention using Structural Equation Model.

Le Corbusier planned and began to build space of new architecture expression around 1920s by connecting his theory of architecture of a great influence upon his creation of works with the puristic plincipes. The objective of this study consists in enguiring into the interior space of Le Corbusier's villa in 1920s and 1930s , especially into villa La Roche-Jeanneret , villa Terrasses, and villa Savoye. The constituents of the villas introduced new architectural concepts, including geometry, economics , and his new five architectural factors, and there appeared such phenomena as were shown in the paintings of the purist period, such as transparency, contrast , etc. We can see through this study, that Le Corbusider's architectural purpose is the realisation of his architectural and puristic. concepts.

본 연구의 목적은 국가과학기술전자도서관(NDSL)의 고객만족지수를 측정하는데 있다. NDSL 정보시스템에 맞는 이용자만족지수 모형을 제안하고 개발된 모형의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형 분석도구인 LISREL을 통해 인과적 경로분석을 실시하였다. 또한 차원별로 서로 다른 이용자 만족지수 산출 방법을 수립하고 수립된 산출 방법에 따라 다양한 이용자만족지수를 측정하고 분석하였다.
