In order to conform to the needs of effective program production in multimedia era, we are studying Desk Top Program Production system. With the DTPP, users can easily produce multimedia program including video, sound, and ancillary data, and freely handle video images synthesizing video components retrieved from video database. This paper describes the new program production system, DTPP and its key technologies such as cooperative program production via multimedia network, indexing and utilization of attribute information of images, and image segmentation and spatio-temporal editing.

The efficient conduct of the win-win strategic alignment in leisure industry is the one of the best way to cope with current situation. The purposes of this study are to identify the change of theme park consumers' visit intention when theme park joins with the membership program(reduced price) & Reward program of Network marketing system. From this study, it was found as follows : First, Membership progeam(reduced price) affects the change of consumer's preference to theme park.($before\;12.6\%,\;arter\;49.1\%$) Second, Network Marketing(reduced price + win-win rewards program) affects the change of consumer's preference to theme park.($before\;12.6\%,\;arter\;77\%$)

This paper presents the various application programs for the Distribution Automation System (DAS) of the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO)'s distribution system. These programs are developed to allow for optimal operation in the areas of feeder automation, relay coordination, loss minimization and so on. They are single line diagram auto creation programs for the feeder, service restoration program, protection coordination program, data error detection program, and optimal network reconfiguration program. The details of these programs are presented for validity and effectiveness.

A Korean VLBI Network Key Science Program, the Interferometric Monitoring of Gamma-ray Bright AGNs (iMOGABA) program continues to aim at revealing the origins of the gamma-ray flares that are often detected in active galactic nuclei (AGNs). Here in this presentation, we would like to present what we have learned about the Gamma-ray bright AGNs based on the recent results of the Korean VLBI Network Key Science Program: the iMGOABA. The results will include a) the source properties of the whole samples obtained from a single-epoch observation, and b) some of scientific highlights for the iMOGAGBA on specific sources. From those highlighted works, we find that the Gamma-ray bright AGNs become fainter at higher frequencies, yielding optically thin spectra at mm wavelengths. Based on the studies on specific sources, taking into account the synchrotron self-absorption model of the relativistic jet, we estimated the magnetic field strength in the mas emission region during the observing period.

The calculation of short-circuit currents is important for power systems operation and restoration, and for determining the means to protect human lives and properties. In this paper, a part of a power system network, around the D$\breve{e}$tmarovice power station in Czech Republic, was simulated by the well known program EMTP-ATPDraw (Electromagnetic Transients Program-Alternative Transient Program), and short-circuit currents and voltages were calculated at different points in the electric network and presented as a time function by the PlotXY program. Calculations were done just for phase-to-ground, and for the three-phase short-circuit at the Kun$\check{c}$ice substation. The results were important for determining the characteristics of the equipment required to withstand or break the short-circuit current; for this reason, the calculations were repeated using earth-fault resistances only for the case of busbar KUN shown in Figs. 5 and 6.

The information research system continues to be developed and directed at leading research National Institute of Technology (ITN) Malang in accordance with the Research Strategic Plan of ITN Malang. One of them is a computer system in a complete integrated facility management activity, such as this research scheme. The purpose of this research is to combine and integrate people, places, product, processes and technology. All of them are integrate existing organizational factors into a more effective, simplifying of complex processes, identifying and scheduling, notes, decision makers and more. This research was conducted in stages by design with a structured model stage for 3 (three) years (focus on humans, products and processes), research on Integration Facility Management: Interface Coordination in human resources and product management have been completed on 2019 and 2020. While the focus of research this year is to obtain an integrated facility management Interface Coordination in Process Management.

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on digital stories to develop writing skills for students with learning difficulties. The research sample consisted of (12) students with learning difficulties in the fifth and sixth grades, who were chosen intentionally. The results showed the effectiveness of the program and the maintenance of this improvement over time as results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the two measurements, before and after, in favor of the post-measurement. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the post and follow-up measurements on the writing skills scale. This indicates the long-term impact of the program. The researchers recommend the need to expand educational programs' adoption of digital stories to develop the skills of students with learning difficulties.

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) offers several advantages in dynamic routing, flexible programmable control and custom application-driven network management. However, the programmability of the data plane in traditional SDN is limited. A network operator cannot change the ability of the data plane and perform complex packet processing on the data plane, which limits the flexibility and extendibility of SDN. In the paper, AP-SDN (Action Program enabled Software-Defined Networking) architecture is proposed, which extends the action set of SDN data plane. In the proposed architecture, a modified Open vSwitch is utilized in the data plane allowing the execution of action programs at runtime, thus enabling complex packet processing. An example action program is also implemented which transparently encrypts traffic for terminals. At last, a prototype system of AP-SDN is developed and experiments show its effectiveness and performance.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has evolved rapidly in recent years and is used in everything from banking to email management to surgery, but without the help of the visible, most of the fun features of the Internet include visual impairment. It benefits people with disabilities. The main purpose of this study is to find ways to help people with visual impairments using AI technology. A visually impaired request is made for the visually impaired. For example, when a message arrives that the program will notify you by voice (reads the sender's name, read the message, and replies to it if necessary), this is a special program installed on your mobile phone. This program uses a customized algorithm developed in Python to convert written text to voice, read text, and convert voice to written text on a message when a visually impaired person wants to respond. Then it sends the response in the form of a text message. Therefore, the research should lead to programs for people with visual impairments. This program makes mobile phones easier and more comfortable to use and makes the daily life easier for visual impairments.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of the activities of loosely connected network organization through the platform(Ba) of knowledge sharing. Loosely connected network organizations have been tried to promote new work and complement the scarce resources through collaborations. NPO(Non-Profit Organization) is essential to establish cooperation networks in order to achieve the public interest on the basis of scarce resources. This study interpreted the Ba on the 'Change-On' program and analyzed the social networks of regional organizations through the activation of the Ba. The 'Change-On' program is conducted for several years to promote the efficiency of the NPO network by Daum Generation Foundation. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design to organize the Ba concept of Nonaka & Konno and presented a case of the Ba activated based on the NPO network of regional order. According to the social network analysis of regional cooperation within the network of participating organizations was extended, it was found that the principal plays a significant role as a central hub made. Findings According to the empirical analysis, this study illustrated that various types of network were formed among NPOs based on the 'Change-On'. Furthermore, the networks surrounding NPOs are extended to the other people connected to them. This means that the network of NPOs had been diversified via the facilitation of the Ba. This study throws new highlights on the new role for the Ba as a network promoter in addition to the partner as a technology-provider in the NPO ecosystem. Moreover, the network analysis between before-and-after can be used for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various Ba programs.
