As the community antenna television (CATV) networks becomes ubiquitous, instead of constructing an entirely new broadband network infrastructure, it has emerged as one of the rapid and economic technologies to interconnecting heterogeneous network to provide broadband access to subscribers. How to support ubiquitous real-time multimedia applications, especially in a heavy traffic environment, becomes a critical issue in modern CATV networks. In this paper, we propose a time guaranteed and efficient upstream minislots allocation algorithm for supporting quality-of-service (QoS) traffic over data over cable service interface specification (DOCSIS) CATV networks to fulfill the needs of realtime interactive services, such as video telephony, video on demand (VOD), distance learning, and so on. The proposed adaptive fast expansion algorithm and the loading statistics with dynamic swapping algorithm have been shown to perform better than that of the multimedia cable network system (MCNS) DOCSIS.

'맞다(right)', which is inversely related to 'teullida', has a synonymic relationship with '같다(same)' depending on the sense. Naturally, the '같다' is usually inversely related to '다르다(be different)' as symmetry verb. The meaning of '다르다' is 'teullida' and there is a close meaning relationship network in the network of words. In other words, the process acting as a driver of the expansion of meanings based on the antonym-relation of (1)'틀리다${\leftrightarrow}$맞다', and the s?ynonym-relation of (2)'맞다 = 같다' forms a network, and the relation between them and the opposite semantics is (3)'같다=맞다${\leftrightarrow}$다르다'. And many of today's speakers speak (4)'teullida' of [difference]. Therefore, after the application of the synonymic analogy, eventually, the antonymic analogy is formed, and the word formed is 'teullida' of [difference]. This, of course, forms another type of enlargement of the meaning.

최근 네트워크 확장 및 클라우드 인프라 확장, 재택근무로 인한 원격접속의 증가로 외부의 접근뿐만이 아니라 내부에서의 접근을 경계해야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 제로 트러스트라는 새로운 네트워크 보안 모델이 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제로 트러스트의 개념을 간단히 소개하고 다양한 기업환경에 따른 제로 트러스트 적용 전략에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

EPA(Electric Power Automation IT Infra) is a System for Protective Information Transmitter & Receiver and network service. KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) is building up a high-speed communication network to accept Smart Grid Infra expansion and various terminal communication media characteristic. Recently, MSPP(Multi Service Provisioning Platform) System is establishted to network service. But there are many considerations for optimal design of network service for the Electric Power Automation IT Infra.

Recently, social network service is developing rapidly as technology changes with new mobile dimensions and features creating positive opportunities and benefits to all users and companies. This study explores the issue of campus expansion of an urban university using an in-depth case study of New York University in New York City, USA. It investigates the physical pattern and development mechanism of the campus expansion process on a city grid structure. The three elements that characterize NYU's recent campus expansion, are (1) the university's commitment to building a student community around a public open space on a subway network, (2) four types of property acquisition and building development practiced by the university with private developers for space leasing, building renovation and development under changing local development circumstances, and (3) the city's initiative for attracting the private sector whose development activities influence the university's development dynamics. These findings suggest that the expansion planning of an urban university, due to its location in a city, should be placed on a local planning agenda, which can positively contribute to public goals through the collaborative engagement of the private and public sectors.

시장 상황의 변화에 따라 상품의 효율적인 공급을 위해 기업은 한정된 예산 내에서 공급 사슬을 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 또한, 경쟁의 심화로 공급 사슬 내에서의 비용 절감뿐만 아니라 적절한 공급 사슬의 구성을 통해 상품의 정시 배송 등 고객 만족도를 높이는 것은 점점 더 중요한 요소로 고려되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 공급 사슬 확장에 따른 네트워크 재설계 문제를 다루고 있으며 이에 따른 수리 모형을 제안한다. 또한 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 예산 제한의 변화에 따른 총 가중 거리의 변화를 계산하여 경영진의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 방법을 모색한다.

계획지원체계는 도시성장관리수단으로 간선시설 시설확장을 이용하는 우리의 능력을 증진시킨다. 이연구는 그러한 계획지원체계 (PEGASUS: 공간도시체계의 생성 및 분석을 위한 계획환경)의 개발계획의 일환으로서 상수도 시설확장모델의 개발에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구는 토지이용과 개발은 간선시설의 수요를 유발하고 간선시설은 토지가 이용되고 개발되는 방향에 영향을 미친다는 전제하에서 시작된다. 상수도 시설 확장은 2 방법으로 해결될 수 있다: 1) 최적통제이론, 2) MINLP 방법. 이 방법들은 각각장단점을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 동적 시설 확장 크기 및 시기를 동시에 결정할 수 있는 MINLP방법이 채택이 되었다. 상수도 관망해석모델과 동적 상수도 시설 최적화 모델이 상수도계획과 토지이용계획의 동적 연관관계를 해결할 수 있다. 상수도 관망해석모델은 생성된 관경의 적정성을 분석하며 동적 상수도 시설 최적화모델은 변화하는 상수도 수요량을 충족할 수 있는 대안을 작성한다. 표준화기법에 의한 비용편익분석은 가장 경제적인 대안을 선정한다. GIS는 필요 상수도 수요량을 산정하고 시설확장모델의 결과를 이용자에게 보여주는데 훌륭한 역활을 할 수 있다.

본 논문은 해외동반진출의 관점에서 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 해외진출과정을 유발한 요인과 생산네트워크의 변화에 대한 분석을 목적으로 한다. 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 해외동반진출을 살펴보기 위하여 심층인터뷰가 진행되었다. 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 경우 초국적기업의 공급자로 역할하며 최근 이들과 베트남 북부지역으로 동반진출이 나타나고 있다. 1990년대부터 시작한 한국 기업의 베트남 투자는 초기 섬유·의복 산업을 중심으로 베트남 남부지역에 투자가 집중되었으나, 2000년대 말 한국 전자산업 초국적기업의 베트남 진출 이후 전자산업의 베트남 북부 진출이 가속화되고 있다. 한국 전자산업의 해외동반진출은 물리적 근접성, 비대칭적 기업간 관계, 네트워크 착근성 세 가지 측면에서 나타나게 되었다. 해외동반진출과정을 겪으며, 베트남에는 기존 한국 전자산업 생산네트워크가 베트남 현지에 이식되어 부분적으로 수정되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 해외동반진출과정에서 기존 기업의 위계성과 거래관계 변화의 어려움에 영향을 받았기 때문이다. 한국 초국적기업은 하청기업과의 해외동반진출을 통해 현지의 안정적인 공급자를 구축하고자 하였고, 해외동반진출 하청기업에게 재무적·비재무적 지원을 제공하고 있다.

A channel allocation algorithm of multi-user OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) system is presented. The proposed algorithm is to reduce the complexity of the system, using the GNN(gradual neural network) with gradual expansion scheme and the algorithm attempts to allocate channel with good channel gain to each user. The method has lower computational complexity and less iteration than other algorithms.
