International law provides for fundamental navigational rights called the right of transit passage in international straits as defined by UNCLOS. However, the Australian government published Marine Notice 8/2006 and the associated Part 54 of Australian Marine Orders which requires ships transiting the Torres Strait to engage the services of a pilot and imposes significant penalties for non-compliance on the basis of the IMO MEPC 133(53) which is just a resolution as a recommendation. This paper aims to study legal aspects in UNCLOS on the pilotage in the Torres Strait following the extension of the Great Barrier Reef PSSA neighbouring Australia.

We had experienced a case of traumatic myositis ossificans arising in right masseter muscle, inferior to zygomatic arch occurred on 25 year old male. He had some trauma on the site one year ago and visited with complaint of mouth opening limitation and swelling. Palpable mass with facial disfigurement was noted. and several ovoid radiopaque masses were revealed on C.T. examination. On histopathologic examination, multiple bone trabeculae with osteoblasts in its periphery was noted in connective tissues and invaded to neighbouring muscles, but any chondroid components were not revealed.

In this paper, a new stereo matching algorithm is proposed which uses th econstrainted optimization technique and the matching measures between the segments extracted from zero-crossing edges. The initial matching measures and average disparities are calculated by the features of segments on the searching window of the left and right images. The matching measure is calculated by applying an exponential function using the differences of slope, overlapped length and intensity. The coherency constraint is that neighbouring image points corresponding to the same object should have nearly the same disparities. The matching measures are iteratively updated by applying the coherency constraint. Simulation results on various images show that the proposed algorithm more acculately extracts the segment disparity.

The Goseong abandoned mine accident was a typical case of long-term sequela resulting from environmental disruption during the rapid economic development of Korea. While the final conclusion of epidemiologic investigation was that residents surrounding the abandoned mine were simply exposed to cadmium from the abandoned mine without any patient contracting 'itai-itai' disease, not only did residents around the abandoned mine suffer enormous psychological and economic damage, but people in neighbouring communities did as well when the entire area was stigmatized as an contaminated area. Environmental civic groups and the government worked together to solve the problem by forming a joint committee which held the right of decision in any matter to be determined. By inviting all the stakeholders to participate in the joint committee, a transparent investigation was guaranteed and the results of investigation and recommendations to solve the problem were accepted by all involved. Even though the environmental health division in Ministry of Environment has developed considerably and built up a capacity to deal with environmental accidents, the process which was adopted to solving the Goseong abandoned mine accident can be useful to settle environmental health issues with severe conflicts among stakeholders.

This paper investigates the copyright problems faced in the process of collecting Performing Arts Records by the Performing Arts Institutions and the Performing Arts Archives. For this, first, the collected records at the scene of performing arts were classified. Secondly, the copyright problems were judicially analyzed based on the classification drawn. As a result, first, the copyright itself constitutes very complicated copyright systems since performing arts are thought to have characteristics of comprehensive arts, reborn with an artistic work from various fields such as music, stage and costumes. Secondly, the documentaries produced in the theater scene subsequently leads to another copyright problem which are different from one the copyright of the concert itself. Thirdly and lastly, this paper revealed that the copyright issues can be variously constituted according to record type and the substantial production body.

Myanmar had fallen behind other southeast asian nations since Burmese way to Socialism settled down. However, historically second election in Myanmar hold in 2011 and dramatic changes in areas such as Special Economic Zone announcement, the very huge inflows of foreign direct investment in a year of 2009, the infrastructure building projects, a permit of the right to strike for Labour Organization in Myanmar etc. Particularly, Foreign investments and trade with neighbouring countries are actively growing and also with Korea. But investments of Korea in Myanmar relatively are not diversity, with limited sectors such as mining and sewing manufacturing. In this point of view, this paper is trying to make implications for strategies of entry and investments of Korea in Myanmar by using previous papers related to Myanmar economies, trade and foreign investments with updated statistical data. The implications for Korea is that recently Myanmar economy is in its early stages of development. Although it can occur huge demand of railway, road, communications and constructions related to social infrastructures essentially needed for development of a country, these sectors relatively need huge investments. On the other hands, textile and sewing industry relatively need smaller investments in which investors can utilize low labour cost and a position for export to third countries. But those firms which set up for those purpose in Myanmar might have trouble creating domestic markets in future. Moreover, due to demand which occur in the early stage of growth in Myanmar, trade volume tend to increase and trading is also possible to invest but Myanmar still have lots of problems with infrastructure such as road and logistics and we need to make pre-survey for the costs and benefits of our products Finally, Myanmar government is trying to promote and encourage some of industries such as export-oriented industry, import substitution industry and labour-intensive industry. It can also means they will accumulate capital which can be sources for Myanmar economic growth.
