It is urgent to introduce home visiting physical therapy in order to prevent the unnecessary increase of demand and extravagance for the nation-wide execution of medical insurance and for the medical demand and supply of medical delivery system. We think that it is very important for us, as a physical therapist preparing 21 centry, to clearly undersand the necessity of home visiting physical therapy, which will be needed as the new therapeutic field in the future. When the terms for a new health and medical system, that is, useful trained-manpower, well-equipped facilities, financial and legal support, well-prepared design for this project, positive cooperation between people involved in this project and rational development of the project is held and this project is settled by sieving tile expected problems, this project will give a contribution to the promotion of national health and social welfare

Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

This paper presents research analyzed contents in center of awareness of research ethics and learning ethics of B university students. The presented data get from cognition level questions of research ethics and learning ethics in the purpose of establishing educational directions of research-learning ethics for B university students, and recognize ethics awareness level of students, necessity of ethics education from cognition level analysis. The research results will be useful guideline for ethics educations of B university.

This paper aims to emphasize the necessity of beginning and developing judicial politics in Korea. Law is constitutive of politics, and judicial politics is vital in understanding how politics is influenced by law. Disappointingly, social science in Korea has not recognized the importance of judicial politics. Judicial branch in Korea does not have the capacity to constrain the executive or other government agencies governed by elected officials. The rule of law does not work. Judicial politics has not yet been introduced in Korea, despite its enormous importance in shaping political economy. The rule of law and courts are believed to be the institutional foundation for economic growth. Law embodied in "no one is above the law" is recognized to provide fairness and stability with a democracy. Little attention to judicial politics results in leaving behind a missing link in a polity. The fortification of the rule of law is necessary to make democracy consolidated in Korea, as shown in impeachment of former president Park Geunhae. A new scholarship in Korea on judicial politics is in need to discuss what conditions under which the rule of law is possible and how to make it sustainable.

Having age of ubiquitous ahead, existing IPv4's address space insufficiency phenomenon appears because of increasing network usage as well as multimedia data transmission becomes much, necessity of new IP address system that guarantee QoS are needed. IPv6 was made to solve these problem. IPv6 solves address space insufficiency phenomenon offering by 128bit address space, and also offers hierarchical address layer that support improved QoS. IPv6 defines relation between surrounding node using Neighbor Discovery protocol. Used Neighbor Discovery messages, grasp surrounding node, include important informations about network. These network information outcrops can give rise in network attack and also service that use network will paralysis. Various kinds of security limitation was found in Present Neighbor Discovery protocol therefore security function to supplement tris problem was required. In this thesis, Secure Neighbor Discovery protocol that add with security function was design and embody by CGA module and SEND module.

We report the preparation and properties of polymer paste solutions with CNTs using conventional paste forming process. Electrospinning has been used for the fabrication of nano-fiber composite. In this process, dispersion of CNTs is very important matter. So, we emphasize the necessity of dispersion of CNTs in the solution and investigate effects of process parameters of electrospinning. The advantage of simple electrospinning process will be discussed..

Recently, people aim for a healthy environment which enhances quality of life, and also there are communication in green space like therapy garden and weekend farm growing. Meanwhile, in Korea, administrative organizations have leaded to plan and proceed in reference to physical regeneration in local areas, and this had caused social and maintenance problems. The purpose of this study was to introduce a concept of community garden which is regarded as green and community space and to insist on a way of residents participation on plan for community garden and its necessity. For that, there were five ways of residents participation on plan for community garden based on literatured and theoretical contemplation and case studies, and these were subject to construction project of community garden in deteriorated area in Jeonju city. This study can provide improvement guidelines for the initial stage of plan for residents participation community garden.

Hydrogen is considered to be the most important future energy carrier in many applications reducing greenhouse gas emissions significantly. To be applicable as energy carrier the safety issues associated with hydrogen applications needs to be investigated and fully understood. In order to analyze the risks associated with hydrogen applications, accidents associated with hydrogen in Korea from 1963 to 2002 have been analysed in this work. From analysis of accidents, we propose the necessity of research on hydrogen releases, dispersion in air, and explosion due to high hazardous of hydrogen.

A flat plate-column connection is susceptible to brittle punching shear failure, which may result in the necessity of shear reinforcement. In present study, experimental tests were performed to study the capacity of slab-column connections strengthened with lattice, stud rail, shear band and stirrup under gravity and cyclic lateral load. Among them, the capacity of the specimens with lattice are superior to the others due to the truss action of the lattice bars and dowel action of the longitudinal bars as well as the shear resistance of the web re-bar. On the other hand, the strengths of the specimens with stud rail, shear band and stirrup are lower than the estimated strength by the ACI, therefore design formulas of the ACI are needed to revise.

Bearing capacity of soil can be improved by several conventional ground improvement techniques like stabilization and compaction. Recently, the necessity on the reseaches for the bearing capacity of footing reinforced by Geotextile is being significantly increased. In this paper, a series of model tests on sandy ground reinforced by a layer of Geotextile were performed under plane strain condition, and the effects of bearing capacity improvement and behaviour of sandy ground were observed through tests for position and horizontal length, material strength of reinforcement.
