We study in this paper the right Rényi mean for a quantum divergence induced from the α - z Rényi relative entropy. Many properties including homogeneity, invariance under permutation, repetition and unitary congruence transformation, and determinantal inequality have been presented. Moreover, we give the identity of two right Rényi means with respect to tensor product.

The Law has intervened to define rare circumstances in which a person should choose continuing life in United States. On the one hand, the law has traditionally acted to preservelife and to respect the sanctity of life. On the other hand, one's control over one's own body, and the right to determine what kind of medical care one will receive, is equally well respected and historically grounded. The competent patients have the right to forgo life-sustaining treatment, courts in United States have left many unanswered questions about the nature of that right. The right to choose to forgo life-sustaining treatment is a manifestation of a patient's autonomy interest. In United States, The Karen Quilan case gave rise to legislative activity in the host of state capitals, and several states had adopted statutes that formally recognized some forms of written directives describing some circumstances in which certain kinds of medical care could be terminated. These statues were sometimes dominated 'living will' acts, sometimes 'right to die' acts and ocasionally 'natural death' acts. Today virtually every state has produced a living will statue. In Korea, courts do not permit a terminally ill person to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining treatment. Living wills apply in case of terminal illness owing to a defect in legislation. Now In Korea, these lively dispute of legal policy on the preconditions and concrete procedure of living will act and natural death act. Through the legislation of living will act and natural death act, we should prepare some circumstances to respect patient's autonomy on the right to die. We should frame the cultural standard to make a decision of forgoing life-sustainin1g treatment under the discreet procedure.

We aimed to analyze the muscle activity of adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis during gait and develop the wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment by applying the principle of sports taping based on the result of the analysis. We selected 20 male students between the ages of 13 and 18 and divided them into 2 groups: one group consisted of 10 patients with idiopathic scoliosis <20 degrees of Cobb's Angle: the other group had 10 normal students. Using, we measured and analyzed the muscle activity of 8 different regions: left and right latissimus dorsi, left and right thoracolumbar fascia, left and right gluteus medius, and left and right biceps femoris during gait. Our results can be summarized as follows: Firstly, in patients with idiopathic scoliosis, the gait showed a significantly low activity of the right latissimus dorsi muscle when the left foot was supported on the ground(p<.05). Secondly, in the overall gait cycle, the patients showed a higher activity of the right thoracolumbar fascia and right gluteus medius than that seen in the normal students: however, this difference was not statistically significant. Thirdly, by applying sports taping on the bisis of the results, this study developed the wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment that could maximize the stimuli of the right latissimus dorsi and alleviate muscle contraction of the right thoracolumbar fascia and right gluteus medius, while expanding the spinal line upward and downward, by focusing on the difference between left and right muscular strength of the muscle activity of the bright latissimus dorsi. Overall, we expect that by wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment, the muscular functions in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis.

의존 구문 분석은 문장 구성 성분 간의 의존 관계를 분석하는 태스크로, 자연어 이해의 대표적인 과제 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 의존 구문 분석의 성능 향상을 위해 Deep Bi-Affine Network와 Left to Right Dependency Parser를 적용하고, 새롭게 한국어의 언어적 특징을 반영한 Right to Left Dependency Parser 모델을 제안한다. 3개의 의존 구문 분석 모델에 단어 표현을 생성하는 방법으로 ELMo, BERT 임베딩 방법을 적용하고 여러 종류의 모델을 앙상블하여 세종 의존 구문 분석 데이터에 대해 UAS 94.50, LAS 92.46 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.

A numerical study on natural convection induced by free surface heat flux and cold left and hot right walls in glass melting furnaces has been performed. A function of heat flux derived from the combustion environments of actual glass melting furnace is applied to thermal boundary condition at free surface. Fundamentally there exist two flow cells in cavity (left counterclockwise one and right clockwise one). The effects of heat flux and Rayleigh number are investigated through two-dimensional steady-state assumption. The convection strength of two flow cell located in left region continuously increases. In the mean time the strength of flow cell in right region increases and then decreases. Critical Rayleigh number in which two flow cells take place above and below show linear dependence on the free surface heat flux. To maintain the traditional flow pattern (left and right flow cells) in glass melting furnace, Rayleigh number is recommended to be below 10$^{5}$ .

This thesis discussed the nature of freedom of speech with emphasis on Locke's theory of social contract. First, I examined the nature of freedom of speech induced from Locke's social contract, and argued that the nature of Locke's freedom of speech exists on the self-ownership of humans. Secondly, I studied how Locke's right of self-ownership was related to the right of freedom of speech and how it is realized in civil society. I could analyze how freedom of speech was actualized with un-equality in the social relations. Thirdly, I investigated how locke's possessive freedom of speech was materialized in the market society. I tried to find out the nature of freedom of speech actualization in the capitalist market society. Finally, 1 studied to what extent the state of Locke could intervene the freedom of speech and reconsidered the meaning of locke's limit of natural risht in modern society. Conclusively, Locke's notion of Natural Right and Law of Nature have greatly influenced contemporary idea of free speech. His idea helps understand the position of liberal democratic speech. It also shows well the relation of freedom of speech and Natural Right and has helped us understand freedom of speech in terms of the position of the right of property.

We introduce in this paper the concept of idempotent reflexive right ideals and concern with rings containing an injective maximal right ideal. Some known results for reflexive rings and right HI-rings can be extended to idempotent reflexive rings. As applications, we are able to give a new characterization of regular right self-injective rings with nonzero socle and extend a known result for right weakly regular rings.

Three ciliate species of genus Cyrtohymena, C. australis Foissner, 1995, C. citrina (Berger & Foissner, 1987) and C. muscorum (Kahl, 1932) new to Korea, were collected from semi-terrestrial habitats. The description was based on the observation of live and silver stained specimens. Diagnostic characteristics of these species are as follows. C. autralis: size about $275{\times}100{\mu}m$ in live specimens. Cortical granules yellowish. 18-31 right and 31-40 left marginal cirri in number. Dorsal kineties eight rows. C. citrina: size about $180{\times}50{\mu}m$ in live specimens. Cortical granules yellowish. 26-32 right and 23-27 left marginal cirri in number. Dorsal kineties five to six rows. C. muscorum: size about $180{\times}60{\mu}m$ in live specimens. Cortical granules reddish. 31-34 right and 33-36 left marginal cirri in number. Dorsal kineties six rows. Three species of Cyrtohymena have been added to Korean ciliate fauna from this study. Including previous one species of C. quadrinucleata, four species of this genus in total have been recorded so far in this country.

The Pythagorean theorem and Pythagorean triple are well known. We know some Pythagorean triples, however we don't Cow well that every natural number can belong to some Pythagorean triple. In this paper, we show that every natural number, which is not less than 2, can be a length of a leg(a side opposite the acute angle in a right triangle) in some right triangle, and list some Pythagorean triples.

In recent years, the intellectual property rights (IPR) are increasingly becoming trade goods and the subject of international trade negotiations. During the past decades, intellectual properties earned critical importance for economic development in both developed and developing countries. Developed countries, headed by the United States, that recognize the economic value of the IPR in the world market are aggressively seeking for universal protection of IPR throughout the world. Intellectual properties have unique qualities that distinguish them from other tangible goods. Most importantly, they are public goods created on the basis of knowledge and information accumulated throughout human history and shared by different cultures. However, there is a growing tendency that the quality of public goods are being etched away as the property concept in IPR expands. In this paper, I discuss how copyright and patent laws incorporated the concept of property right as natural right to one's intellectual creations in early formation of the laws in Europe. I argue that copyright law and patent law are the historical products resulting from political, economic, and ideological factors interacting in a certain society. A history of copyright and patent points to that the intellectual property rights as natural lights of authors and inventors as argued by developed countries in international disputes, are not universal, but unique historical products. Copyright and patent laws have been shaped and developed as regulatory measures by governments to promote and control industries by providing authors and inventors with monopoly incentives. Since property right was used as a regulatory device it was restricted. This is to enhance the distribution of knowledge and information rather than to ensure the property right as an absolute right.
