본 연구는 의학사서자격제도의 현황과 문제점을 조사하고, 의학사서의 자기효능감 및 자아존중감을 측정하였다. 의학사서 자격증을 취득한 응답자는 49.4%였고, 이들의 82.9%가 향후 재취득 의사가 있었다. 의학사서 자격증을 취득하지 않은 응답자는 대부분 자격점수를 충족하지 못한 상태였으며, 평가 항목 중에서, 출판활동 점수를 획득하는 것이 가장 어렵다고 하였다. 응답자의 자기효능감은 3.42점, 자아존중감은 3.89점이며, 여성이 남성보다 자기효능감과 자아존중감 모두 높고, 의학사서자격증을 취득한 응답자가 미취득 응답자보다 자신감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의학사서자격제도는 현재까지 비교적 안정적으로 운영되어 왔으나, 앞으로 더욱 발전적으로 정비하고 국가자격제도로 발전시켜 의학사서의 전문성 제고에 실질적으로 기여해야 함을 제언하였다.

이 연구는 기술 기능분야 인적자원을 선도할 수 있는 기술 기능계 자격에 대한 질 관리 현황을 파악해보고 개선 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기술 기능계 자격의 질관리 방법을 탐색하였으며, 기술계 자격의 질관리 현황과 문제점, 기술 기능계 자격의 질관리에 대한 요구 분석, 외국의 질관리 방법 등을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기술 기능계 자격내용에 대한 질관리 방법과 자격운영 조직 및 제도에 대한 질관리 방법, 기술 기능계 자격종목에 대한 사후관리 프로그램을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 자격취득자 및 산업체 인사담당자(관리자)를 대상으로 한 설문조사, 기술 기능분야 전문가 협의회 개최, 기술 기능분야 산업현장 전문가 및 자격취득자의 의견수렴을 위한 면담조사 등이 적용되었다.

본 연구는 선진국의 이원화 제도에 대하여 탐색하고 자격제도에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 다양한 사회 구성원의 추체들이 신뢰하고 인정할 수 있는 한국형 일 학습병행제 자격직종을 개발하여 학벌이 아닌 능력중심사회로 진입을 위한 평가도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 유형별 자격제도의 관리운영 현황을 분석했으며, 주요 선진국(독일, 영국, 미국, 호주)에서 관리 운영되고 있는 다양한 유형별 관련법, 관련부서, 자격수여 주체, 검정기관, 응시요건, 검정방법, 검정위원회, 검정과목, 합격기준 자격검정 현황을 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 기계(금형)분야의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 기계(금형)분야의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 출제 예시도 제시하였다. 국가차원의 일 학습 병행 자격제도에 관한 기본 틀을 마련하고 방향을 정립하는 초석을 마련하였다.

현재 화재조사 및 감식을 하는 기관은 소방, 경찰을 비롯하여 화재안전관련 기관 등으로 다양하며 이에 종사하는 인력들도 상당수에 이르고 있으나 이들의 전문성에 대한 어떠한 객관적인 지표가 없는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 직무분석을 통하여 검정기준을 마련, 시험제도의 시행방안을 제시하였고, 화재감식 평가 자격에 적합한 검정과목과 출제기준을 개발하여 화재현장에서 발화원인, 연소상황, 피난상황, 소방시설 등의 상황을 조사하고, 화재피해조사, 화재 분석 및 평가 등의 업무를 수행할 수 있는 공신력 있는 화재감식평가기사 국가기술자격 종목을 개발하고자 한다.

PURPOSE: This study examined the level of awareness of the guidelines of the physical therapist specialization system. METHODS: This study was a cross-sectional survey of 364 clinical physical therapists working in hospitals. A structured questionnaire consisting of 17 questions was used. The questionnaire consisted of standards and management for the institutionalization of physical therapist specialization, intentions to acquire specialized physical therapist qualifications, specialized fields, and general information of the research subjects. RESULTS: At least five years of clinical experience and a bachelor's degree or higher were required to obtain a specialized physical therapist qualification. Many physical therapists said they would accept the qualification of a specialized physical therapist. Training and examination were appropriate for acquiring specialized physical therapist qualifications, and it was desirable to manage qualifications at the national level or the association of physical therapists. As for the specialized fields of physical therapy, musculoskeletal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, and nervous system physical therapy were prioritized, and electrotherapy was not recognized as a specialized field. CONCLUSION: A detailed discussion is needed on the system and cost for acquiring a specialized physical therapist qualification and economic benefits after acquiring the qualification.

The study conducted questionnaire analysis to 413 industrial safety field employees in order to examine the necessity and validity of industrial safety field's 17th neo-job classification based on National Competency standards(NCS). As a result, 50.1% of industrial safety management field and 43.3% of industrial health management field answered that classification details of occupational safety and health management field are classified by job(duty) performance. Industrial safety management field recognizes that management and engineering section play a significant role in their work, while industrial health management field recognizes worker's health care and work environment management and overall control of work environment assessment to be significant in their work. Furthermore, industrial safety management field recognizes that separating qualification and foundation of 'construction safety manager', 'chemicals(safety and health) manager', '(toxic)risk assessment evaluator or risk factor manager' to be highly significant. The study is meaningful in that it suggests industrial safety field's qualification items practical in industrial sites.

This study suggests a solution of an incentive system from the viewpoint of the external effect on the renting of firefighting qualifications and on rental agencies. Currently, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea does not have a penalty for neglecting to perform a search into qualification lending and rental agencies. In the short term, the penal clause should be strengthened so that companies and qualification holders cannot borrow or lend their qualifications. In addition, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea will increase the number of personnel dedicated to investigating the loaning of qualifications. It is necessary for the government to establish a penalty for neglecting to investigate the lending of qualifications for the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In the long term, the state needs to make only minimal regulations. Also, the state needs to make companies and qualification holders feel like they benefit more when they are not borrowing or lending qualifications. The anticipated effect of this study is that the government will intervene appropriately by applying firefighting qualifications according to market principles. It can also be used as a basis for the revision of related laws on the renting of national technical qualification certificates and the investigation of rental agencies.

The purposes of this study were to review current status and problems of national qualification sys tem in the field of industrial hygiene, focusing on the deficiencies in the regulatory system and the quality of individual professionals including the Industrial Hygiene Management Professional Engineer and the Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer, and to suggest new directions for the industrial hygiene qualification system. In addition, comparable systems adopted in other countires were reviewed.

The damage of important equipments for the nuclear power plant by the earthquake brings the loss of human lives and economic losses. Therefore safety-related equipment of nuclear power plant must be proved that function must be designed and structural integrity so that it can be maintained also from accident condition of various kinds. In this study, the computer room air conditioner to be delivered at the nuclear power plant applied to this qualification, try to develop an optimum model. This model ended up with good results which were under suitably allowable conditions about structurally safe earthquake.

The construction industry in Korea after the Korean-war has evolved until these days. But the construction industry accident severity rate and frequency is over then the All industry rate. This study analyzed the 'Disaster Statistical Yearbook' of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, based on the factors that affect construction accidents that is selected and fined the some factors the construction Disaster Prevention Factors. This study will develop the methodology for analyzes that the national qualification is effected to the construction industrial machine disaster prevention status. It suggest two ways to the establishment of disaster trends. First way is the disaster quantitative analysis and second way is comparing the statistical data and the analysis of expert opinion.
