The Railroad that is representative transportation of Low Coal and Green Growth is industry that meet and serve unspecificness many customer unexpensive price as industry doing against as social overhead capital. Present our country railroad achievement is real condition that is not coming out in eternal in the red management. Accordingly, In this research, analyze success factor of management black-ink balance of railroad advanced nation such as Japan, France and Compare with our country and grasps problem of present city railroad fare system. Finally, alleviate fare burden of customer through diversification of fare system service such as establishing point uniformly for railroad fare that introduce first in Japan JR Kyushu railroad and propose the improvement of management of railway operation organization through demand enlargement.

Korea's healthcare is in great danger of sustainability. In 2020, the baby boomer will begin to be older, and there is no promise that the total fertility rate of 1.0 or less will rebound, and Korea's economic growth rate is predicted to be less than 2%. Together with these phenomena, Plan for Benefit Expansion in Nation Health Insurance (Moon Jae-in Care) will seriously threaten the sustainability of health insurance finance. In addition, health care in Korea has many problems: excessive medical utilization, rapidly increasing elderly medical costs, concentrating patients into big hospitals, low healthcare personnel but many healthcare facilities and equipment, bad quality of primary and mental care, and fast-growing health expenditure. For sustainability, healthcare of Korea should be reformed. The direction of the reform is people-centered and integrated healthcare in the community which is composed of empowering and engaging people, strengthening governance and accountability, reorienting the model of care, coordinating services, and creating an enabling environment.

National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) has put a great effort on extending life expectancy, for last 40 years. The system has also made remarkable outcomes in achieving universal health coverage. However, it is facing challenges of low health insurance benefits and sustainability risk due to low birth rate and aging society at the same time. To overcome the difficulties and build a lifelong health security system for the nation, it is required for NHIS to make multilateral changes in its roles. Based on the quantitative growth achieved so far, NHIS needs to strive for the growth in quality by not only increasing coverage and reforming contribution imposition system, but also reorganizing the relevant systems such as lifelong health management support, rational adjustment to the medical fee, and benefit costs monitoring. In addition, it's important for NHIS to restructure the organizational culture by having specialty and communicating with people for high quality of administration and health insurance sustainability.

National curriculum is very important for the future of nation. So, continuous efforts are needed to improve the national curriculum. This study examined the issues and the problems related with the 7th optional mathematics curriculum, and gave the message about th: methods of implementation. For this, we analyzed the result of the questionnaire survey which consisted in the question about the 7th optional mathematics curriculum. 264 high school mathematics teachers are participated in this survey. We found the result that the 7th optional mathematics curriculum has the problem in contents and management. So, this study gave not only the problem but also the various concrete methods for management of the 7th optional mathematics curriculum. We hope that mathematics education members research and argue about the optional mathematics curriculum for next curriculum.

Need to make efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to slow global warming is globally recognized and also appealing to the United Nations. The main cause of greenhouse gases is carbon dioxide, and the nation has 23.9 percent of its total emissions in the transportation sector. It was also reported that 61.56 percent of living waste is being recycled, suggesting that environmentally friendly logistics activities should proceed with efforts on goods and services at each stage of distribution. In this study, we conducted a survey of green logistics activities that were environmentally friendly by businesses, divided into management, water/delivery and packaging waste, and identified the status and level of each business sector. As a result, data was collected from 36 manufacturing companies, 28 distribution businesses, and 40 logistics businesses, all of which were 104 companies, and based on the analysis results, a measure for environmentally friendly logistics activities was proposed.

A venture business plays important roles in the economy of a developing nation. It makes highly value-added product, increases employment and improves the industry structure. The objective of this study is to derive the financial and non-financial characteristics from venture businesses, which determine a highly successful business group or a less successful business group. The firm characteristics are composed of 21 financial(liquidity, leverage, cash flow, activity, productivity, and etc) and 34 non-financial characteristics(manager, technology, marketability and credibility variables), which have been considered as the key characteristics for venture business by the existing literature. All financial ratios and non-financial characters play a role of making discriminations between a highly successful and a less successful group. Because there are not generally accepted definitions, classifying a highly successful and a less successful venture business is a very difficult problem. Operational definitions have many problems but we have no choice in current stage.

Although the variety and quantities of chemicals used have been increasing, no management strategies have been developed for these chemicals in our country. Therefore, it is important to identify the hazardous characteristics of chemicals and establish reasonable and effective management plans for them. However, because insufficient resources are available to evaluate all aspects of many varieties of chemicals, studies on suitable chemical ranking and scoring (CRS) system should be performed to ensure effective screening of priority chemicals.. In addition, because most CRS systems have their own goals, it is impossible for only one generic system to be consistent with all the uses that have been developed. Therefore, priority systems should be developed with specific and clearly defined purposes in our nation. In this study, we investigated and discussed exist-ing CRS systems, and proposed several elements and principles when designing CRS systems. First of all, the system should have clearly defined goals, keep neutral, and employ simple methods. In addition, researchers need to perform sensitivity analysis to find the main variables responsible for uncertainties and use the tiered approach to compose the effective management strategies for chemicals.

Domestic city gas is supplying in an about 10 million household on present 34 city gas companies because is begun to supply regularly after two 1980 years middle. But, result that focus on city gas supply spread and stable supply for supply area and neglects about safety problem, hundreds casualties such as Ahyun explosion accident and Deagu city gas explosion accident were reached in situation that occurred large size calamity occurs it is dizzliness. In the case of advanced nation, can see that accomplish system and progress that in technology after experience major accident. Therefore, grasp problem investigating safety actual conditions for city gas institution and study about solvable plan is required this. Also, must guide reform and level elevation of a domestic company safety technology through induction and development of safety technology that is suitable in supply, domestic real condition etc. Must help in power positivity that is full text executing high-quality safety education about step High firing mechanism safety technology than present safety education.

The article reviewed the elderly health care management problems in policy development issue of the nation. Policy of Korean government on elderly health care has still not yet developed. The main stream of policy which is effective on elderly welfare policy is 'Elderly care are responsible by their families'. Now only those aged whose family members are not able to take care of their parents are receive custodial care at the non-profit nursing homes. This article examined the main stream policy in pro and cons aspects in relation to social changes such as: demographic changes. family structure changes. attitude changes. health care delivery system. and political settlement view points in connection with medical insurance program. Finally. a model for the elderly health care management was proposed which will provide chronic care services at the community level. such as nursing homes. day care centers. day hospitals, respite care units, and special care institute for dementia.

1980년대 후반부터 시설물관리기관과 지방도시들이 시설물관리차원의 도형 정보시스템을 구축하면서 전국토에 대한 정밀하고 통일된 도형기초에 대한 수요가 발생하였다. 1990년대가 되면서 부터는 국토관리와 이용 및 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 국토정보시스템 구촉의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 현행도면중 최대축척인 지적도를 도형기초로 하고 지적도의 지번정보를 이용하여 행정, 체신, 통계 등과 연계할 수 있는 종합토지정보시스템(Parcel-Based Land Information System) 구축을 위한 연구가 진행중에 있다.
