In order to confirm the biological function of ORF10 in cephabacin biosynthesis gene cluster of Lysobacter lactamgenus as an ATP-binding-cassette (ABC) transporter, the gene for ORF10 was amplified and subcloned into pET-28a(+) expression vector. After gene induction with 0.5 mM IPTG at 30~! and further cultivation at $30^~$ !. for 8 hr, a lot of the recombinant ORF10 protein was produced as soluble form in cytoplasmic fraction as well as a membrane protein in the membrane fraction as likely as other ABC transporters. In this paper, we proposed and developed a new portable skin elasticity measuring device based on the indentation method using piezoelectric effect. The proposed device is designed to minimize the uncertainty caused by the layer structure of the skin when measuring the elasticity of the skin. And, we developed a piezoelectric-based thin-film pressure sensor that can measure quantitatively and quickly during repeated measurement as a device sensor. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed measuring device, it was compared with the experimental results of the conventional measuring devices under the same experimental conditions, and statistical correlation analysis was performed between the experimental data of the proposed measuring device and the experimental data of the conventional measuring devices. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was confirmed that the proposed measuring device had a high correlation with the conventional measuring devices. Therefore, it was confirmed that the proposed skin elasticity measuring device was effective.

최근 네트워크를 구성하는 기반 시설의 성능이 향상됨에 따라 대량의 트래픽에 대한 네트워크 침입탐지 시스템의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 대규모 네트워크에서는 단일 시스템으로 네트워크 내의 모든 트래픽을 분석하는 것이 불가능하므로 병렬 구조 NIDS를 도입하여야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 병렬 구조를 이루는 각 NIDS 노드로의 부하 분산이 필요하다. 플로우 기반 부하 분산 기법은 이러한 부하 분산 기법 중 하나로, TCP 세그먼트의 재조합으로 인해 발생하는 통신 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있어 효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 트래픽의 특성과 각 노드의 성능을 고려하여 플로우 기반 부하 분산이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

본 논문은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템의 필수적인 보안 요구사항에 대해 분석한다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 수 많은 자료와 방대한 자원을 다루는 시스템이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 이와 같은 특징으로 인해 쉽게 해커의 공격 대상이 된다. 따라서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업에서는 무엇보다도 보안이 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 잠재적인 위협으로부터 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 보유한 자료와 자원을 보호하기 위한 필수적인 보안 요구사항에 대해 분석한다.

근래 인터넷을 통해 IT 자원을 제공하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 신뢰성 있는 서비스로 자리잡기 위해서는 보안 문제가 가장 먼저 해결되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 먼저 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 암호화의 기본 개념에 대해 알아본 뒤에 신뢰성 향상을 위해 주파수 도약을 응용한 보안 시스템을 제안하였다. 주파수 도약을 응용한 암호화 방법으로 서버의 부담을 줄이고 확장성을 제공하여 클라우드 서비스에 적합한 데이터 베이스 암호화 모델을 제안하였다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템은 방대한 정보와 자료를 가진 컴퓨팅 시스템으로 해커의 공격 대상이 되기쉽다. 또한 복잡한 구조를 가지기 때문에 취약점이 발생하기 쉬워 체계적인 보안 분석이 필요하다. 현재 클라우드 컴퓨팅 보안 요구사항 분석이나 권고 사항 연구를 위해 많은 국제 협의기구가 활발히 활동 중이다. 하지만 협의기구들의 연구 활동은 서비스 유형에 따라 사업자 기준에서 보안 분석이 이루어지고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 보다 활발히 발달하기 위해서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들을 세분화하고 그들에 맞는 보안 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 보안 분석들과 다르게 사용자 기준에서 분석한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 보안 분류를 제시한다.

IPv6 is newly introduced to solve limitations and problems of IPv4 and in IPv6 network, nodes use Neighbor Discovery protocol to discover the subnet prefix and configure its own address. However, Neighbor Discovery is vulnerable to various attacks as it does not have secure mechanism to protect itself. Thus, the Secure Neighbor Discovery has introduced and the main mechanism used in Secure Neighbor Discovery is Cryptographically Generated Address. In this paper, we provide a brief of Cryptographically Generated Address and its limitation in a case where a mobile node moves from one network to another frequently. The proposed scheme resolves this limitation by using the fixed interface identifier.

오늘날 전산 시스템 환경에서 보안 문제 해결을 위한 보안 메커니즘이 전 세계적으로 오랜 시간 다양하게 연구 개발되어 왔다. 하지만 이를 문서 보안에 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 기술 개발은 미흡한 실정이며 현재는 DRM 기술을 통해 문서 보안을 실현하고 있으나 효율성 및 안정성, 보안성에 있어서 여타 보안 서비스에 비해 크게 신뢰를 받지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PC 내 문서에 대한 보안 서비스를 제공하는 PC-DRM 시스템에서 사용자간 문서 전달 기능에 초점을 맞추어 효율성과 보안성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 이를 적용하여 설계한 시스템을 소개한다. 제안 시스템은 기존 PC-DRM 의 서버 의존도를 낮춤과 동시에 사외 사용자에게 문서 전달 시에도 문서 기밀성 유지 및 우회적인 문서 내용 유출 방지가 가능하여 PC-DRM 에 대한 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure) 네트워크의 성능 시뮬레이터를 구현하기 위해 필요한 설계 모듈들을 제안한다. AMI 네트워크는 스마트 그리드의 핵심시스템으로 네트워크를 구성하는 장치들이 스스로 통신하여 서로 간에 필요한 정보를 수집 분석하고 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공하기 위한 환경이다. 이러한 AMI 네트워크를 실제로 전국에 구현 할 시 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 최소화하기 위해 성능, 위험요소 등을 사전 시뮬레이션 해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 AMI 네트워크를 시뮬레이션하고 적정 성능을 분석하기 위한 성능 시뮬레이터의 모듈을 제안한다.

Tordylium maximum L. (Apiaceae), native to south, south-central Europe and southwest Asia and a rare alien plant in northern Europe, was newly found in Jeollabuk-do in Korea. Tordylium is clearly distinguished from other genera by having radiating petals, filiform bracts, linear bractlets, stalked mericarps with minutely vesicular dorsal face or strigose hairs, and an annual habit. Tordylium maximum is different from other species of the genus by its mericarps with smooth margins and 10-16 rays not contracted in fruit. T. maximum grows on dry and sunny grasslands. Here, we report the first occurrence of the genus Tordylium represented by T. maximum in Korea and provide a precise description, illustration, photographs of the species, and a taxonomic key to allied taxa in Korea.
