The metabolic profile of doxylamine, N,N-dimethyl-2-[1-phenyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)ethoxy] ethanamine, was determined in the human urine. The free fractions of extracts were obtained without hydrolysis, and the conjugated fractions of extracts were obtained with enzyme hydrolysis using ${\beta}-glucuronidase/arylsulfatase$ from Helix pomatia. The mixture of acetic anhydride/pyridine (10 : 1, v : v) was used to derivatize the urinary extracts and then analyzed by gas chromatography and mass selective detector. N-desmethyldoxylamine, doxylamine carboxylic acid, desaminohydroxydoxylamine, N, N-didesmethyldoxylamine, N-acetyl conjugates of N-desmethyl and N, N-didesmethyldoxylamine, quarternary ammonium N-glucuronide of doxylamine, N-desmethyldoxylamine N-glucuronide and unchanged doxylamine were detected in the human urine obtained after oral treatment with doxylamine succinate. $N-methyl-{\alpha}-hydroxy-2-[1-phenyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)$ ethoxy] ethanamine, which can be a key intermediate of this metabolism, was tentatively identified by the interpretation of its mass spectrum. In this study, we proposed the metabolic pathway of doxylamine in the human on the basis of our data of the identified metabolites of doxylamine.

We made attempts to improve photocatalytic activity of $TiO_2$ nanoparticles under visible light exposure by combining two additional treatments. N-doping of $TiO_2$ by ammonia gas treatment at $600^{\circ}C$ increased absorbance of visible light. By coating thin film of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), and subsequent vacuum-annealing at $800^{\circ}C$, $TiO_2$, became more hydrophilic, thereby enhancing photocatalytic activity of $TiO_2$. Four types of $TiO_2$ samples were prepared, bare-$TiO_2$, hydrophilic-modified $TiO_2$ ($h-PDMS/TiO_2$), N-doped $TiO_2$ ($N/TiO_2$) and hydrophilic-modified and N-doped $TiO_2$ ($h-PDMS/N/TiO_2$). Adsorption capability was evaluated under dark condition and photocatalytic activity of $TiO_2$ was evaluated by photodegradation of MB under blue LED (400 nm< ${\lambda}$) irradiation. N-doping on $TiO_2$ was characterized using XPS and hydrophilic modification of $TiO_2$ surface was analyzed by FT-IR spectrometer. It was found that N-doping and hydrophilic modification both had positive effect on enhancing adsorption capability and photocatalytic activity of $TiO_2$ at the same time. Particularly, N-doping enhanced visible light absorption of $TiO_2$, whereas hydrophilic surface modification increased MB adsorption capacity. By combining these two strategies, photocatalytic acitivity under visible light irradiation became the sum of individual effects of N-doping and hydrophilic modification.

In this study we have investigated the Li-ion coordination, thermal behavior and electrochemical stability of N-butyl-N-methyl-pyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide ($Py_{14}TFSI$) with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfony)imide (LiTFSI) doping intended for use as electrolytes for lithium batteries. The ionic conductivity is reduced and glass transition temperature ($T_g$) increases with LiTFSI doping concentration. Also, the electrochemical stability increases with LiTFSI doping. A high LiTFSI doping could enhance the electrochemical stability of electrolytes for lithium batteries, whereas the decrease in the ionic conductivity limits the capacity of the battery.
We report microbolometer characteristic with n-type and p-type amorphous silicon thin film. The n-type and p-type amorphous silicon thin films were made by PECVD. The electrical properties of n-type and p-type a-Si:H thin films were investigated as a function of doping gas flow rate. The doping gas used $B_2H_6/Ar$ (1:9) and $PH_3/Ar$ (1:9). In general, the conductivity of doping a-Si:H thin films increased as doping gas increase but the conductivity of a-Si:H thin films decreased as the doping gas increase because doping gas concentration increase led to dilution gas (Ar) increase as the same time. We fabricated an amorphous silicon microbolometer using surface micromachining technology. The fabricated microbolometer had a negative TCR of 2.3%. The p-type microbolometer had responsivity of $5{\times}10^4V/W$ and high detectivity of $3{\times}10^8cm(Hz)^{1/2}/W$. The p-type microbolometer had more detectivity than n-type for less noise value.
In this paper, nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide(rGO) is obtained by thermal annealing of nitrogen-containing compounds and graphene oxide (GO) manufactured by modified Hummers' method. We use melamine as a nitrogen-containing compound and treat GO thermally with melamine at over $800{\sim}1,000^{\circ}C$ and 1 ~ 3 hr under Ar atmosphere. The electrical conductivity of doped rGO is measured by 4-point probe method. As a result, nitrogen contents on rGO are found to be in the range of 2.5 to 12.5 at% depending on the doping conditions after thermal annealing. The main doping site on graphene oxide is changed from pyridinic-N and pyrrolinic N to the graphitic site as the heat treatment temperature increases. The electrical conductivity of doped rGO increases as the N doping content increases. As the thermal treatment time increases, the change of both total doping contents and doping sites is slight and the surface resistance is remarkably reduced, which is caused by healing effects of doped graphene oxide at high temperature.
This paper describes the mechanical properties of poly(polycrystalline) 3C-SiC thin films with various doping concentration, in which poly 3C-SiC thin fil's mechanical properties according to the n-doping concentration 1($9.2{\times}10^{15}cm^{-3}$), 3($5.2{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$), and 5%($6.8{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$) respectively were measured by nano indentation. In the case of $9.2{\times}10^{15}cm^{-3}n$-doping concentration, Young's modulus and hardness were obtained as 270 and 30 GPa, respectively. When the surface roughness according to n-doping concentrations was investigated by AFM(atomic force microscope), the roughness of poly 3C-SiC thin films doped by 5% concentration was 15 nm, which is also the best of them.
The methabolism and phamacokinetics of a mixed disulfide S-(N, N-diethyldithiocarbamoyl)-N-acetyl-L-cysteine (AC-DDTC) were studied in rats. Two metabolites of AC-DDTC following iv and po administration were indentified in plasma and liver by HPLC and GC, namely N, N-diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) and the methyl ester of DDTC (Me-DDTC). AC-DDTC was very unstable in vivo and could not be detected neither in plasma nor in urine. Pharmacokinetic parameters of DDTC following intravenous administration of AC-DDTC (20 mg/kg) were calculated. DDTC has a low affinity to rat tissue and the body clearance was $9.0{\pm}3.4mkl/mim/kg$. The mean residence time (MRT) was $11.5{\pm}16.3 min$. After oral administration of 20 mg/kg AC-DDTC, maximal plasma concenttion ($C_{max}$) was $3.8{\pm}0.2 nmol/ml$ and the bioavailability was 7.04%. $C_{max}$ for DDTC at a dose of 120 mg/kg. AC-DDTC was $40.1{\pm}2.2 nmol/ml$. ART was $47.1{\pm}2.8min$.at a dose of 20 mg/kg and $110.5{\pm}6.0 min$ at 120 mg/kg.

Recently, ZnO has received attentionbecause of its applications in optoelectronics and spintronics. In order to investigate deep level defects in ZnO, we used N-doped ZnO with various of the N-doping concentration. which are reference samples (undoped ZnO), 27%, 49%, and 88%-doped ZnO. Photoinduced current transient spectroscopy (PICTS) measurement was carried out to find deep level traps in high resistive ZnO:N. In reference ZnO sample, a deep trap was found to located at 0.31 (as denoted as the CO trap) eV below conduction band edge. And the CN1 and CN2 traps were located at 0.09, at 0.17 eV below conduction band edge, respectively. In the case of both annealed samples at 200 and $300^{\circ}C$, the defect density of the CO trap increases and then decreases with an increase of N-doping concentration. On the other hands, the density of CN traps has little change according to an increase of N-doping concentration in the annealed sample at $300^{\circ}C$. According to the result of PICTS measurement for different N-doping concentration, we suggest that the CO trap could be controled by N-doping and the CN traps be stabilized by thermal annealing at $300^{\circ}C$.

Amorphous silicon Solar cell has n-i-p structure in general, and each layer's thickness and doping concentration are very important factors which are as influential on efficiency of salar cell. Using AFORS HET simulation to get the high efficiency, by adjusting n layer's thickness and doping concentration, p layer's doping concentration. The optimized values are a-Si:H(n)'s thickness of 1nm, a-Si:H(n)r's doping concentration of $2\times10^{20}cm^{-3}$, a-Si:H(p+)r's doping concentration of $1\times10^{19}cm^{-3}$. After optimization, the solar cell shows $V_{oc}$=679.5mV, $J_{sc}$=39.02mA/$cm^2$, FF=83.71%, and a high Efficiency=22.21%. Though this study, we can use this study for planning or manufacturing solar cell which has high efficiency.

we have studied the possibility of n-type doping in diamond and DLC films. After ion doping of either p-type or n-type, the electrical conductivities were remarkably increased and conductivity activation energies were decreased. The Raman intensity at 1330 cm-1 decreases slightly by ion doping of $7.2\times 10^{16}\; \textrm{cm}^{-2}$. The increase in conductivity by ion doping appears to be arised from the combined effects by substitutional doping and graphitization by ion damage.
