A study on the $ALU^+$ crystalline solar cell characteristics affected by counts of rear side screen printings ($ALU^+$를 이용한 결정질 태양전지 후면 전극 Screen Printing 횟수에 따른 특성)

  • 기존의 p-type 태양전지 공정과 유사한 공정으로 제작되는 n-type $ALU^+$태양전지는 후면에 Al을 screen printing하여 emitter층을 형성한 구조이다. screen printing은 공정의 단순화와 제조 단가의 저비용으로 인해, metalization 공정에서 많이 쓰이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 양산 가능한 n-type $ALU^+$태양전지 제작을 위해, 후면 Al emitter 층을 single, dobule, triple로 변경하며 Al의 양을 가변하였고, 그에 따른 특성의 변화를 연구하였다. screen printing 횟수가 변경된 후면 Al emitter 층의 특성은 DIV와 LIV 측정을 통해 분석하였다. 실험 결과 Al을 single printing 하였을 때보다, double, triple printing을 통하여 Al의 양을 증가하였을 때, DIV 데이터에서 직렬저항(Rs)가 $24.44{\Omega}/cm^2$에서 $0.31{\Omega}/cm^2$으로 감소하였고, 단락전류(Jsc)는 1.26mA/$cm^2$에서 37.7mA/$cm^2$으로 약 300% 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 프린팅 횟수에 따른 LIV 데이터의 Fill Factor를 분석하게 되면, double printing이 64.35%로 54.75%의 triple printing보다 약 1.17배 더 향상된 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 후면 Al emitter 형성시에 Al의 양이 적절하지 못한 이유로, Al emitter가 제대로 형성되지 못하거나 과하게 형성되면, 태양전지 내부에 누설 저항의 변화와 누설 전류의 증가로 인해, 단락전류(Jsc)와 Fill Factor 감소의 주요 원인이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we propose proposed mobile wagering platform technology, where the buying lottery contents registered in secure storage through lottery technology can be used as a common experience in smartphones, smart pads, and PCs, etc. Currently, many people are producing and consuming various types of contents in bulk, and it is expected that real-time contents and old contents coexist as IoT(Internet of Things) technology is commonly deployed in the future. Therefore, we need to develop a differentiated service that can compete with global services in lottery contents authoring and collaboration systems to create new markets. Accordingly, we implemented an wagering service platform to occupy cloud markets with high quality lottery contents produced through collaboration.

  • In this paper, content management system (CMS) is introduced to serve IPTV, WEB, Mobile, Smart Devices and others using a single content management system's transcoding engine to overcome the limitations of traditional content management systems. Developed CMS reduced the burden of content management by automatically recognizing one content into several content simultaneously to provide the best content to each device, thereby reducing the burden of CMS additional adoption. The focus is on utilizing automated system for studio content and automatic management of mobile filmed images, and it is planned to develop the One-Stop Service for contents by adding functions for contents production later.

  • Recently the research convenient for the user interface for the user interface technology that can be applied to the UI according to user's choice being made. To this end, the W3C is underway in a variety of devices from N-Screen service, consistent service delivery and the user's preferences according to UI to support adaptive services for a variety of research environments. In this paper, we studied the basic model-based user interface technology to develop a UI for the user's convenience. Web application applications apply measures will be used to apply the technology acquisition, and next-generation Web applications.

  • In this paper, we have selected physical computing as the focused learning elements with the PBL-based programming instruction method. Students experienced physical computing by using Arduino. Development of robot using Arduino can create an effective educational environment and also provide solutions for lack of environmental conditions, such as time or spatial factor restrictions and excessive expense issues; these are major obstacles to developing robot programming education. Finally, we analyzed the effects on growth of student's logical thinking and problem solving abilities by demonstrating the Arduino application courseware to the field of education.

  • Recently, there is study about interface for user convince. this users interface technology can apply to UI depend on user choice. For that, W3C study various technology which is N-screen service on different device, provide consistent service, and UI adjust service depends on user preference. Therefore, we need UI study based on this model and standard technology. In this paper, study UI technology based on basic model to develop UI for user's convenience. So it can be useful to apply next-generation Web applications and secure web-application measure plans.

  • 네트워크 기술과 멀티미디어 압축 기술이 발달함에 따라 사용자들은 고화질의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 무선 환경에서도 끊김 없이 제공 받기를 원하고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰과 스마트패드와 같은 다양한 멀티미디어 장치가 일상생활에서 보편적으로 사용되면서 디바이스 간에 끊김 없는 미디어의 연동을 가능케 하는 N-스크린 서비스가 점차 확산되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 흐름에 발맞춰 JCT-VC (Joint Collaborative Team on Video Coding)는 차세대 동영상 압축 표준 기술인 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding)를 바탕으로 공간적 (Spatial), 화질적 (Temporal) 스케일러빌리티 (Scalability)를 제공하는 확장 표준인 SHVC (Scalable HEVC)를 표준화 중에 있다. JCT-VC는 SHVC 부호화 기술들을 평가하기 위하여 SCE (Scalable Core Experiment)를 진행하고 있으며, SHVC 표준은 2014년 6월에 표준화가 완료 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 고에서는 비디오 스케일 러빌리티의 기본 개념 및 SHVC 표준화 과정에서 제안된 주요부호화 기술들과 이슈들을 소개한다.

Characterization of Screen Printed phosphorous Diffusion Paste for Silicon Solar Cells (스크린 프린팅을 이용한 태양전지 에미터 형성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper shows that you can achieve high quality N+ emitter layers using a screen printable phosphorous diffusion paste and firing in an infrared belt furnace. Spreading resistance measurement from a beveled sample is used to measure carrier concentration as a function of depth for different phosphorous concentrations. Contours of estimated sheet resistance are shown for different processing conditions. This paper describes newly developed low cost phosphorous pastes. It shows the characterization of the newly developed phosphorous paste (DP99-038). This low cost pastes can easily be printed and make 16% efficiency.
