  • 1990년대 후반 이후 등장한 N세대 N generation라는 신조어는 넓게는 '10대 후반과 20대 초반의 새로운 세대'라는 'new'의 개념에서의 N세대 new generation를, 좁게는 '네트워크 network를 자유자재로 다루는 세대' 또는 '네트워크 속에서 생활하는 세대' 라는 '디지털 유저 digital user'의 개념에서의 N세대 network generation를 의미한다. 다시 말해, N세대는 디지털 디바이스의 정보와 지식을 바탕으로 자유롭게 디지털 세상을 넘나드는 젊은 디지털 유저 층이다. 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 디바이스 프로덕트 광고의 한 사례를 기호학적으로 분석하여 '"디지털 디바이스+ N세대=디지털 코드"라는 광고공식'과 '외연과 내연이 합해져 "기술적 시니피앙과 감성적 시니피에"의 상호작용적 조합 interaction'을 찾아보는 것에 있다. 여기서는 광고 분석의 사례로써 삼성 KENOX V4 광고를 이용한다. KENOX V4 는 N세대를 겨냥한 디지털 디바이스 프로덕트이며, 이 광고는 '외국 브랜드를 제압하는 의미의 V'라는 코드를 사용하고 있다. 자기만의 주장을 당당하게 할 줄 아는 N세대가 소년기에 가졌던 한국이라는 자부심이 그가 성인기에 들어선 이후에도 V라는 승리의 표상으로 나타나고 있는 것이다. V4 광고의 이미지는 N세대를 상징하는 강력한 '디지털 코드digital code'를 담아내고 있으며, 그 V4의 메시지는 '4백만 화소'라는 '기술적 시니피앙 technological significant'과 '4가지 승리'라는 '감성적 시니피에 emotional signifie'의 상호작용적 조합을 구성하고 있다.

  • Linear cellular automata(CA) which generate maximum-length cycles, have wide applications in generation of pseudo-random patterns, signature analysis, cryptography and error correcting codes etc. Linear CA whose characteristic polynomial is primitive has been studied. In this paper Ive propose a effective method for generation of a variety of maximum-length CA(MLCA). And we show that the complemented CA's derived from a linear MLCA are all MLCA. Also we analyze the Properties of complemented MLCA. And we prove that the number of n-cell MLCA is ${\phi}(2^{n}-1)2^{n+1}$/n.

  • The relation between output SNR and mth harmonic generation is determined for nonlinear system of zero memory type, half wave and the nth power law devices with narrow band form of the unmodulated sinusoidal wave plus zero mean and stationary gaussian noise input. It is found that the optimum generation condition for harmonic component at a small input of SNR is m and n equal 2, while for large input SNR is always n equals 2.

Effects of Lime Compounds on the Reduction of Ammonia Gas Formation and Nitrogen Loss During the Formation of Poultry Manure-Sawdust (가축분에 몇가지 석회 화합물 처리에 의한 질소손실 경감과 $NH_3$ 가스 발생 감소에 미치는 영향)

  • To reduce loss of nitrogen and generation of ammonia gas during composting, poultry manure and sawdust were mixed at the equivalent ratio and calcium chloride, fused superphosphate and vermiculite were added. Ammonia and sulfurous gas during composting, and NH4-N and NO3-N contents of composts were periodically measured. With the treatments of 0.5∼3% calcium chloride and 3% fused superphosphate, ammonia and sulfurous gas during composting significantly decreased, and especially generation of gases sharply reduced and a increase of calcium chlorde. Extractable NH4-N content in composts treasted with calcium chloride and fused superphosphate were high but extractable NO3-N markedly decreased. In conclusion, the results suggest that it is necessary the additon of 1∼3% calcium chloride or 3% fused superphosphate to reduce loss of nirogen and generation of offensive odor during composting of poultry manure mixed with sawdust.

  • The BcN is applying from public networks to local networks and each terminal step by step under supporting MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication Repoblic of Korea) until 2007. The architecture of network sorority should considers BcN environment and evolves to manage Ipv6 traffics. The next generation network security architecture can manage not only Ipv6 environment but also wire and wireless integrated network. We suggest the next generation network security architecture for Ipv6 environment and wire-wireless integrated network environment and verify the performance of the suggested architecture using network security scenario.

  • Reactivity and reaction mechanism for the photosensitized generation of hydroxyl radical by various coumarin derivatives are investigated by means of ESR and laser flash photolysis methods. The nine kinds of coumarin derivatives show to be proceeded through the OH·radical generation mechanism, however 1-ethyl-3-nitro-1-nitrosoguanidine decomposes and produces the carbene intermediate before OH·radical generation reaction occurs. The nine coumarin derivatives show the signals, which are corresponded to DMPO-OH spin adducts. NaN3, EtOH and HCOONa act as a strong photosensitizer to quench OH·radical. The decay rate constants of the hydrated electrons in the case of added N2O show higher than added K3Fe(CN)6.

  • A defective RNA3 (D3Yα) of strain Y of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-Y) was examined on host-specific maintenance, experimental conditions, and a viral factor required for its generation in plants. D3Yα was stably maintained in cucumber but not in tomato plants for 28 days post inoculation (dpi). D3Yα was generated in Nicotiana tabacum or N. benthamiana after prolonged infection in the second and the third passages, but not in plants of N. benthamiana grown at low temperature at 28 dpi or infected with CMV-Y mutant that had the 2b gene deleted. Collectively, we suggest that generation and retention of D3Yα depends on potential host plants and experimental conditions, and that the 2b protein has a role for facilitation of generation of D3Yα.

  • For given g ${\geq}$ 3, this paper provides an O(1) time and O(n) space complexity algorithm for generation of biconnected rooted colored outerplanar graphs with face size bound g, where the graphs generated contain at most n vertices. The vertices are colored in such a way that each color has a corresponding degree bound. There is also a face size bound for each inner face of the graph. No duplications or isomorphic copies of a same graph are generated.

  • The general n/m job-shop problem is easy to state what is required, but it is extremely difficult to make any progress whatever toward a solution. This paper was first to examine a heuristic procedure of general n/m scheduling generation focused on the procedure of MWRK (Most Work Remaining) presented by Giffler and Thompson (1960) among others. Then modified procedure was proposed to obtain better solution in light of the key measure of performance compared with that of the literature presented by Baker (1974). The modified procedure then has been extended to other example problem to test the better results and to assure the properness of application.

BcN/NGN에서의 세션제어 기술

  • BcN (Broadband Convergence Network) / NGN (Next Generation Network)은 통신 방송 인터넷이 융합된 품질 보장형 광대역 서비스를 언제 어디서나 안전하게 즐길 수 있게 하는 차세대통신망이다. 이중 세션제어 기술은 VoIP, 영상전화와 같이 연속적으로 이어지는 세션 형태의 서비스를 제어해주는 기술로서 H.323, Megaco, SIP등을 기본프로토콜로 사용하던 기존의 VoIP망 기술에서 현재는 3GPP ($3^{rd}$ generation partnership project)에서 표준화 된 IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) 를 기반기술로 채택하여 다양한 세션기반 응용서비스를 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 BcN/NGN에서의 세션제어 기술인 IMS의 등장 배경과 요소 기술, 동작 절차를 살펴본다.
