Rat skin permeation of various nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) was investigated in vitro using Franz diffusion cell at $37^{\circ}C$. The effect of various skin permeation enhancers was also observed as a preliminary study of developing transdermal delivery systems of NSAIDs. Lipophilicity of NSAIDs was determined from thε partition coefficient (log P) in 1-octanol/water and 1-octanol/IPB mutual-saturated solutions. The solubility was determined in water, isotonic phosphate buffer (IPB), and propylene glycol (PG) at $37^{\circ}C$. The rat skin permeation rate of acetaminophen, piroxicam, and aceclofenac was almost negligible, although they were saturated in PG. Addition of 1 % permeation enhancer increased the permeation rate of ketoprofen, ketorolac, and diclofenac. However, the skin permeation rate of ibuprofen did not increase with the addition of various enhancers. Among the permeation enhancers testεd, oleic acid was the most effective for various NSAIDs. Based on the daily dose, lipophilicity, and the skin permeation ratε achieved in this study, ketoprofen and ketorolac seem to be the most promising drug candidates for transdermal delivery systems, especially when formulated with unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid.

With the advent of the 21st century, it is time for the University where students become consumers to establish a groundbreaking brand identity strategy with increasing the university's brand value and awareness in rapidly changing environment. The UI Emblem of the University is related to University's identity and slogan must be fresh and appealing, should reflect the core values of brand. In this study, I researched the design relationship between emblem and slogan, visual elements of the UI which should be designed as a strategic marketing program with change of era and lifestyle and proposed the ideas which create mutual synergy effect.
Purpose: This study undertook to qualitatively investigate the operation status, support requirements and improvement plans for establishing an appealing dementia rest area in Gyeongsankbuk-do. Methods: Data were collected from May 1 to June 20, 2019, using participation observation and in-depth interview of 8 health professionals, and were subjected to qualitative analysis. Results: Our analysis revealed 4 themes and encompassing 16sub-themes: 1) program operation status (hard to prepare and operate programs, difficulty adjusting the program level, various needs of program participants, lack of mutual understanding among program participants); 2) policy support needs (need for assistants staff and basic education, requirement of extensive training for the main operators, support program aid equipment, incentive payments and performance reflections); 3) project operation's improvement plan (improved the operation of doubles classes, improved of training materials for the main operators, improved program activities and workbooks, Increasing the number of dementia rest areas); 4) positive effects and changes (positive effects of specialized projects, changes in perceptions of dementia, strengthening community awareness through doubles classes, synergy effect on community health care post awareness) Conclusion: We believe the current study results can be applied as basic data for establishing a new model, and will positively impact the national dementia management project.

Flow fields around a KARI-11-180 airfoil, SDM and transonic body are numerically simulated by using an unstructured meshes based compressible flow solver developed at KAIST. RANS equations are solved to analyse the flow fields and Roe's FDS method is adopted to evaluate convective fluxes. Turbulence effect of the flow fields is modeled by a SA model, SST model and ${\gamma}-{\widetilde{Re}}_{{\theta}t}$ model. It is found that smaller drag coefficients are predicted for the KARI-11-180 airfoil when a transition phenomenon is considered and small deviations exist between CFD and EFD results. For the SDM, flow separation is observed at a leading edge and calculated aerodynamic properties show similar tendencies to experimental results. A shock wave on main wings of the transonic body is successfully captured by the present flow solver at a Mach number 0.9. Estimated pressure profiles by means of the present CFD method also agree well with those of wind tunnel results.

The most conspicuous characteristic of decentralization phenomena of Asian look is pastiche which is a combination and reallocation of external style of many cultural zones and many folk costumes, and it shows mutual irrelevance, and it is a neutral imitation which has internal meaning and humor disappeared. Also, Asian look shows characteristics of parody and irony, which are reversal characteristics of aesthetic value which is expressed through methods of addition, modification, distortion, exaggeration, inversion, dissolution, and etc. Parody which is expressed through imitation regarding previous style shows effect of humor or satire, but its characteristics show that it expresses respect or admiration regarding the original The method of irony is showing sarcasm with ironical method regarding the peculiar style of Asian folk costume, and it pursues unexpected shock and joy, and it is closely related to orientalism fashion. The $F_1$ hybrid Red Coat is one of the most highly sought after cultivars of tomato in Australia and yields up to 7.5 $\cal{kg/plant}$. An experiment was conducted to de-termine the optimal strength and type of growth medium and sucrose concentration for shoot organogenesis of the Red Coat cultivar using cotyledonary explants. Two basal growth media, viz. MS and Gamborg' s $B_5$ at 0, 1/4, 1/2, full or double strength along with sucrose concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1.5, 3 or $5\%$, were evaluated using 25 replications. The main effects of treatment and their mutual interactions were evaluated for the proportion of explants that produced callus and/or shoots, number of shoots produced per explant, callus diameter and shoot height. The explants failed to produce shoots in the absence of mineral nutrient. Only a small proportion of the explants ($6\%$ with $B_5\;and\;3\%$ with MS) regenerated shoots in the absence of sucrose. Lower sucrose concentrations ($0.5-1.5\%$) along with full strength media were optimal for most of the traits studied. The $B_5$ medium outperformed MS medium for shoot organogenesis. For all the traits examined, significant differences in main effects (P < 0.05) and two-way interactions were detected, but no three-way interactions (medium type $\times$ medium concentration $\times$ sucrose concentration) were observed. Sucrose was found essential for the development of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll content increased with an increase in sucrose concentration up to $3\%$ and decreased at $5\%$ sucrose.
This study analyzed the effect of relational benefits that students of Makeup Beauty Academy perceive about Beauty Academy on brand image, trust and recommendation intention. The survey was conducted on students from five Beauty Academies in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. The analysis was done using SmartPLS 2.0, which enables simultaneous measurement of causal relationships, mutual influence and structural models among potential variables. According to the analysis, social benefits, economic benefits, and customization benefits, excluding psychological benefits, have a significant impact on the brand image. Psychological and economic benefits were found to have no significant impact on trust. Both brand image and trust were found to have a significant impact on the recommendation intention. Based on the results of the analysis, the implications necessary for the formation of customer relationships between the makeup-specialized Beauty Academy and the students were presented.
Medical treatment has great potential for conflict. Even the best-trained doctors can commit medical malpractice that result in continuing physical or mental disabilities or even death. Medical conflicts have been increasing over years. The medical conflicts between patient and medical professionals that result from medical professionals' mistakes are often fueled by a violation on the pretext of the injuries form medical malpractice and can lead to litigation. The litigation usually cost a lot of money and time. The extension of the litigation period as well as expensive cost and lack of medical knowledge placing a great burden on patients. Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) is more efficient than litigation. In 1988, the medical dispute mediation system has been introduces as the Act on Remedy for Damage from Medical Accident and Medical Dispute Mediation by Korean Medical Association came into effect after 23 years of enactment efforts. Medical Dispute Mediation Act(hereinafter referred to as the "MDMA") has finally entered into force from 8 April 2012. The purpose of the MDMA is to promptly and fairly redress injuries caused by medical malpractice and create a stable environment for medical services of public health or medical professionals by providing for matters regarding the mediation and arbitration of medical disputes(MDMA ${\S}1$). In an effort to secure the fair, speedy and inexpensive resolution of every malpractice case, the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency(hereinafter referred to as the "K-MEDI") was established. Following the MDMA, the K-MEDI shall endeavor to ensure the medical dispute mediation or arbitration proceedings are conducted in a prompt, fair, and efficient manner, and patients and medical professionals shall attend proceedings in good faith with mutual trust and understanding when they participate in medical dispute mediation or arbitration proceedings.

Ti/Ni multilayered films (MLF) are ideal for neutron optics particularly in neutron guides and focusing devices. This system also possesses the tendency of amorphization through a solid-state reaction (SSR). This behaviors are closely related to the electronic structures and both magneto-optical (MO) and optical properties of metals depend strongly on their electron energy structures. Mutual inter-diffusion of the Tin and Ni atoms in the MLF caused by a low temperature annealing should decrease the thickness of pure Ni, as well as change the chemical and atomic order in the reactive zone. The application of the MO spectroscopy to the study of SSR in the MLF allows us to obtain an additional information on the changes in the atomic and chemical orders in the interface region. The optical one has no restriction on the magnetic state of the constituent sublayers. Therefore, the changes in magnetic, MO and optical properties of the Ti/Ni MLF due to SSR can be expected. To the best of our knowledge, the MO and optical spectroscopies were not used for this purpose. SSR has been studied in the series of the Ti/Ni MLFs with bilayer periods of 0.65-22.2nm and constant ratio of the Ti to Ni sublayers thickness by using MO and optical spectroscopies as well as an x-ray diffraction. The experimental MO and optical spectra are compared with the computer-simulated spectra, assuming various interface models. The relative changes in the x-ray diffraction spectra and MO properties of the Ti/Ni MLF caused by annealing are bigger for the multilayers with "thick" sublayers, or the SSR with the formation of amorphous alloy takes place mainly in the Ti/Ni multilayers with "thick" sublayers, while in the nominal threshold thickness of the Ni-sublayer for the observation of the equatorial Kerr effect in the as-deposited and annealed Ti/Ni MLFs of about 3.0 and 4.5nm thick is explained by the formation of amorphous alloy during the deposition or the formation of the nonmagnetic alloyed regions between pure components as a result of the SSR. For the case of Ti/Ni MLF the MO approach is more sensitive for the determination of the thickness of the reacted zone, while x-ray diffraction is more useful for structural analyses.structural analyses.
