Researching Stromatolites spread all over Gyeong-San, province Gyeongsangbukdo, it raise an objection for preservation of original state caused by natural weathering, artificial destruction, illegal emission and enviromental pollution. Stromatolites in Gyeong-San was formed on lake Meszoic era cretaceous. So it is representative rock of geological feature of sediment formed in water and landscape. It could be used as educational data on mesozoic stratum and earth surface, and resources of observation and experience program. It could apply as educational venue place in terms of Mesozoic era cretaceous motif. And it is managed various programs appling 4H (Healing, Hiking, Hand, History) experience program based on local community. And it is concerned software program introducing augumented reality, furthermore discuss with related field.

The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the family head's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine the family head's costume culture, women in the family head in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were selected and interviewed. The focus of examining the family head's costume culture was on the life story of the family head, the reason to wear or possess such costume, and a motive of making. The findings of the head family's costume culture suggests that the head family of the Mos of Hampyeong had unique shroud making and custom. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lees of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the family head's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The learning program for youth to experience the head family's costume culture consisted of four subjects:(l)Educating the family head's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the family head's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the family head's costume life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience learning program. To examine the effect of learning program to experience the family head's costume culture, youth and their parents who participated in the program were asked open-ended questions, which included the content validity of experience learning, impressive experience, model experience level(difficulty), and expected effect after a model experience. As a result, their responses were found positive.

Objective: Extension and Agouti loci play a key role for proportions of eumelanin and pheomelanin in determining coat color in several species, including goat. Mongolian goats exhibit diverse types of coat color phenotypes. In this study, investigation of the melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) coding region in different coat colors in Mongolian goats was performed to ascertain the presence of the extension allele. Methods: A total of 105 goat samples representing three goat breeds were collected for this study from middle Mongolia. A 938 base pair (bp) long coding region of the MC1R gene was sequenced for three different breeds with different coat colors (Gobi Gurwan Saikhan: complete black, Zalaa Jinstiin Tsagaan: complete white, Mongolian native goat: admixture of different of coat colors). The genotypes of these goats were obtained from analyzing and comparing the sequencing results. Results: A total of seven haplotypes defined by five substitution were identified. The five single nucleotide polymorphisms included two synonymous mutations (c.183C>T and c.489G>A) and three missense (non-synonymous) mutations (c.676A>G, c.748T>G, and c.770T>A). Comparison of genotypes frequencies of two common missense mutions using chi-sqaure ($x^2$) test revealed significant differences between coat color groups (p<0.001). A logistic regression analysis additionally suggested highly significant association between genotypes and variation of black versus white uniform combination. Alternatively, most investigated goats (60.4%) belonged to H2 (TGAGT) haplotype. Conclusion: According to the findings obtained in this study on the investigated coat colors, mutations in MC1R gene may have the crucial role for determining eumelanin and pheomelanin phenotypes. Due to the complication of coat color phenotype, more detailed investigation needed.

This study collects social big data used in various fields in the past 9 years and explains the patterns of major keywords of the arboretums and botanical gardens to use as the basic data to establish operational strategies for future arboretums and botanical gardens. A total of 6,245,278 cases of data were collected: 4,250,583 from blogs (68.1%), 1,843,677 from online cafes (29.5%), and 151,018 from knowledge search engine (2.4%). As a result of refining valid data, 1,223,162 cases were selected for analysis. We came up with keywords through big data, and used big data program Textom to derive keywords of arboretums and botanical gardens using text mining analysis. As a result, we identified keywords such as 'travel', 'picnic', 'children', 'festival', 'experience', 'Garden of Morning Calm', 'program', 'recreation forest', 'healing', and 'museum'. As a result of keyword analysis, we found that keywords such as 'healing', 'tree', 'experience', 'garden', and 'Garden of Morning Calm' received high public interest. We conducted word cloud analysis by extracting keywords with high frequency in total 6,245,278 titles on social media. The results showed that arboretums and botanical gardens were perceived as spaces for relaxation and leisure such as 'travel', 'picnic' and 'recreation', and that people had high interest in educational aspects with keywords such as 'experience' and 'field trip'. The demand for rest and leisure space, education, and things to see and enjoy in arboretums and botanical gardens increased than in the past. Therefore, there must be differentiation and specialization strategies such as plant collection strategies, exhibition planning and programs in establishing future operation strategies.

As COVID-19 made it difficult to travel abroad and attract domestic tourists to foreigners, the phenomenon of MZ generations flocking to Jeju through consumption patterns occurred. In this study, if Jeju Island uses Jeju's rural tourism and smart glasses to study how to attract and cope with domestic tourists after the pandemic and build a mobile application or smart glass to tour based on village maps, the docent guide service through smart glasses will help tourists. Furthermore, it would be very beneficial to introduce a location-based service to provide the necessary information at the location according to the movement path of tourists. In fact, we conclude that it can be implemented through the development of the Hansung Baekje Museum, and hope that the actual media can be applied to free tourist courses such as Jeju Olle Trail, as it provides various contents in selective development such as AR and VR.

Objective : The role of female medical personnel in traditional East Asian societies was limited. It might be said that there are no known female medical practitioners in the history of East Asian medicine. However, in the case of Joseon, there was a system for female medical personnel, Euinyeo(醫女). After the late 19th century, women's social activities in Joseon were expanded by Christian missionaries who entered Joseon In somehow, and efforts to train female medical personnel were also growing. The authors are trying to get the actual operation aspect of Gyeongseong Women's Medical College, established in 1938 after ten years of effort from establishing the Gyeongseong Women's medical school in 1928. Methods : Through the 『Gyeongseong Women's Medical College Catalog(京城女子醫學專門學校一覽)』 in 1941, owned by the Handok Museum, the authors researched the operation aspects of Gyeongseong Women's Medical College from the application for establishment in 1937 and the opening of the school in 1938 to 1941 when the College Catalog was published. Results & Conclusion : In the early 20th century, when various medical institutions were appearing in Joseon, it could be said that the role of Gyeongseong Women's Medical College is noteworthy with the fact that a specialized medical college for women has been established and operated to train female medical personnel separately.

The armillary sphere, an astronomical observation device embodying the Orbital Heaven Theory of the Later Han Dynasty in China, holds both historical and scientific significance. It has been produced in various forms by many individuals since its inception in the era of King Sejong in the Joseon Dynasty. A prominent figure in this field was Nam Byeong-cheol (南秉哲, 1817-1863), known for his work 'Uigijipseol' (儀器輯說), published in 1859, which detailed the history, production methods, and usage of the armillary sphere. This text particularly highlights 21 applications of the armillary sphere, divided into 33 measurements, covering aspects like installation, time, and positional measurements, supplemented with explanations of spherical trigonometry. Despite numerous records of the armillary sphere's design during the Joseon Dynasty, detailed usage information remains scarce. In this study, the 33 measurements described in 'Uigijipseol' (儀器輯說) were systematically classified into six for installation, nineteen for position measurement, seven for time measurement, and one for other purposes. Additionally, the measurement methods were analyzed and organized by dividing them into the ecliptic ring, moving equatorial ring, and fixed equatorial ring of the armillary sphere. In other words, from a modern astronomical perspective, the results of schematization for each step were presented by analyzing it from the viewpoint of longitude, right ascension, and solar time. Through the analysis of Nam's armillary sphere, this study not only aims to validate the restoration model of the armillary sphere but also suggests the potential for its use in basic astronomical education based on the understanding of the 19th-century Joseon armillary sphere.

Therefore, in this research, it is regarded that Kimchi is one of the most prominent cultural value that is possible to inherit from generations and should be stratified on the database. A method explaning Korean Kimchi culture is sought in this paper. And It is focused on the culture of Korean Kimchi profoundly and focus on detailed context and varied styles of he digital contents. It is organized on the basis of various aged volumes regarding Kimchi classified by seasons, ingredients, Jonga Kimchi (Kimchi inherited from the oldest family by generations), 24 seasonal divisions of the year, and 8 regional divisions of the nation. It is planned to set up digitally-focused library regarding cultural origin of contents and to present solidity and a feeling of being dynamic The results could be used in a variety of Industries in tourism, education, Kimchi and building basic infrastructure in entertainment industry. It is also applied to specialized industry by providing cultural contents and it could contribute to activation of Kimchi industry with e-Market and portal site regarding Kimchi. Moreover, it may re-establish the cultural value of Kimchi and provide the infrastructure in Kimchi-related industry such as Kimchi cyber museum, Kimchi Expo, Kimchi town by using educational materials in Education industry fields (regular curriculum and experience tour).

Conservation measures for excavated and surveyed buried cultural heritages are decided by the administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration according to their scientific and historic values. However, management, preservation, and use after relocation and restoration remain unsystematic. An issue regarding preservation plan and use has arisen due to the damage of preserved heritages and protective facilities. Thus, this study aims to suggest a plan for preservation and use by investigating the present conditions of the preserved heritages in the Chungbuk area. Results showed that there are 43 preserved heritages in Chungbuk, most of which remain unmanaged systematically irrespective of the managing body. Remainder and protective facilities have been damaged due to wrong preservation treatments and selection of materials, and a problem also rises in terms of utilization, such as exhibition, education, and experience of preserved heritages. To improve such problems, a medium and long-term plan shall be established for the improvement of legal and institutional instruments, securing of budget, increase in professional manpower, development of standardization and inspection manuals, continuous monitoring, preventive preservation, research on relocation methods and materials, listing, and the creation of specialized museum and complex theme park. If a preservation plan suited to the investigated heritages can be developed, heritages can be preserved and managed more systematically and scientifically, and be used for various purposes like education, exhibition, public relations, etc.
