패션 브랜드 매장에서의 관계 형성을 위한 마케팅 전략이 브랜드 관심과 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향 - 한·중 액티브 시니어 소비자 비교를 중심으로 - (Marketing strategy effects on brand interest and consumer behavior to establish a consumer relationship in fashion brand stores - Comparing of Korean and Chinese active seniors -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of relationship and service marketing on the brand interest and behaviors among Korean and Chinese active senior consumers and whether this effect differed between the two groups. A survey was conducted by having participants complete questionnaires administered by a research firm. For empirical analysis, frequency, EFA, CFA, SEM, the metric invariance test, and multiple-group comparison analysis were performed. The analysis results revealed that relationship marketing positively affected both brand interest and consumer behavior. Although service marketing positively affected brand interest, it did not have a significant effect on consumer behavior. In other words, brand interest positively affected consumer behavior through relationship and service marketing. Multiple-group comparison analysis demonstrated that no difference existed between Korean and Chinese active consumers in terms of how relationship marketing affected their brand interest, but a difference existed in how it affected their behavior. Service marketing had a greater influence on Chinese active senior consumers' brand interest than on Korean active senior consumers. However no difference existed between the two groups with respect to how service marketing affected their behaviors. Finally, brand interest had a positive effect only on Korean active senior consumers' behavior through relationship and service marketing, but not on Chinese active senior consumers. In conclusion, relationship and service marketing should be used to enhance the brand interest among Korean active senior consumers, and business activities should be planned by building relationships with Chinese active senior consumers to affect their behavior.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 직무만족, 개인성과간의 관계 (The Relationship of Self-leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Outcome in Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among self-leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived outcome in nurses. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 217 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression on SPSS 10. 0 version. Results: The degree of Self-leadership was 3.38 out of 5 as a mean point. There was a significant difference in self-leadership according to age, level of education, working department, and position. There was a significant positive correlation between self-relationship and job satisfaction, self-relationship and perceived outcome, and job satisfaction and perceived outcome. The stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of job satisfaction and perceived outcome was constructive thinking. Conclusion: In conclusion, the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with job-satisfaction of nurse and outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

가구주의 장애여부가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 자산수준과 자아존중감의 다중매개효과 검증 (The Effect of Disability of Household Head on Life Satisfaction: Focusing on Multiple Mediating Effects of Asset and Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널 9차년도(2014) 자료를 사용하여 가구주의 장애여부와 삶의 만족도 사이에서 자산수준과 자아존중감의 다중매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 가구주의 장애는 삶의 만족도와 자산수준 그리고 자아존중감에 각각 부적으로 영향을 미치는 반면에, 가구주의 자산수준은 삶의 만족도에, 자아존중감에 각각 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가구주의 자아존중감은 삶의 만족도에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 또한, 가구주의 장애여부와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 자산수준과 자아존중감의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 마지막으로 가구주의 장애여부와 삶의 만족도 사이에서 자산수준과 자아존중감의 다중 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 성인 장애인 가구를 대상으로 하는 저축프로그램 설계의 개입방안을 마련하기 위한 실천적 정책적 근거를 제시하였으며, 장애인의 저하된 삶의 만족도를 향상시키는데 있어서 Sherraden의 자산효과이론과 자아존중감의 긍정적 측면을 재조명하였다는 데에 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

대학생이 지각한 부모통제가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 자기결정성과 자기효능감의 다중매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Parental Control Perceived by College Students on Career Maturity: Focusing on Multiple Mediating Effects of Self-Determination and Self-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine that multiple mediating effects of self-determination and self-efficacy in the relationship between the parental control and career maturity. In the study, 747 university students in Daegu, Busan and Seoul area were surveyed on their perceived level of parental control, career maturity, self-determination and self-efficacy. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis with SPSS 25.0 program, Hayes'Process Macro program and bootstrapping. The major results of this study were as follows; First, there were significant differences in college student's career maturity by grade, major, experience in career-related services and part-time job experience period. Second, there were significant correlations between parental control(behavioral control and psychological control), career maturity, self-determination and self-efficacy. Third, self-determination and Self-efficacy had multiple mediating effects in the relationship between parental control and career maturity. In conclusion, this study found multiple mediating effects of self-determination and self-efficacy in the relationship between parental control(behavioral control and psychological control) and career maturity. It was also found that parental behavioral control had a positive effect on career maturity by increasing self-determination and self-efficacy while parental psychological control had a negative effect on career maturity by decreasing self-determination and self-efficacy.

점진적 복수할인이 있는 뉴스벤더 문제에 관한 몇 가지 추측 (Some Conjectures for the Newsvendor Problem under Progressive Multiple Discounts)

  • This paper investigates properties of the newsvendor problem under a schedule involving progressive multiple discounts compared with the standard newsvendor problem under a no-discounts schedule. Unlike most conventional approaches using the criticial fractile to analyze the retailer and/or supplier behavior(s) in the newsvendor problem, our approach uses riskless profit. From the properties revealed through a series of computational experiments, two conjectures regarding the relationship between the expected profits of both newsvendor problems as a generalization over Khouja's argument (1995) are raised. Those conjectures encourage newsvendors who may face budget or warehouse capacity restriction to use the extended model under a multiple-discounts schedule rather than the standard model with no-discounts schedule because they apply for every order quantity as well as the optimal order quantity. In addition to the conjectures, some insightful results are found to justify the implementation of a multiple-discounts schedule from the computational experiments and a new interpretation for implementation of a multiple-discounts schedule that has not been addressed in Khouja is provided.

관광목적지의 브랜드자산, 자아일치성, 애착 및 행동의도간의 관계 (The Relationship among Brand Equity, Corporate personality, Attachment and Consumer behavior)

  • 본 연구에서 관광목적지의 브랜드자산과 자아일치성간에 유의한 관계와 브랜드자산이 애착과 행동의도에 영향관계를 파악하고자 했다. 첫째, 관광목적지의 브랜드자산은 관광객 자아일치성에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 의가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 브랜드자산은 자아일치성에 이미지와 충성도만이 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 관광목적지의 자아일치성은 관광객 애착에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 자아일치성은 애착에 대하여 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 관광목적지의 애착은 관광객 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 애착은 행동의도에 대하여 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다.

대학생의 성격강점과 의사소통유형이 대인관계만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Character Strengths and Communication Types on the Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction among University students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 성격강점과 의사소통유형이 대인관계만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 대학생의 건강하고 원만한 학교생활을 위한 상담 프로그램 개발 및 교육과정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청권 거주 대학생으로 2018년 5월 7일부터 5월 28일까지로 총 204부의 자료를 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Multiple regression으로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 지성적 성격강점과 감성적 성격강점, 의사소통유형 및 이성친구 유무를 예측변수로 대인관계만족도를 설명하는 선형회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=26.57, p<.001), 회귀모형의 설명력은 대인관계만족도 총 변화량의 45%를 설명하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계만족도를 증가시키기 위해서 의사소통 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 성격강점에 관한 자기인식을 높이는 상담프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 유용할 것이다.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

간호대학생의 대인관계 및 관련요인 (Interpersonal Relationship and the Influencing Factors in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 대인관계 증진 프로그램을 위한 기초자료로, 간호대학생들의 대인관계 및 관련요인을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 상관관계연구로, 연구기간은 2013년 6월 5일부터 6월 20일까지였으며 연구대상은 경상남도 G시에 소재하는 K대학교 간호학과 학생 306명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 대인관계, 가족기능, 자아분화 및 의사결정유형간의 상관관계를 검정한 결과, 간호대학생들의 대인관계는 가족기능, 자아분화와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 대상자의 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 관련변인은 자아분화, 가족기능이었다. 결론적으로 자아분화와 가족기능은 간호대학생들의 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다.

고등학생의 휴대전화 중독이 의사소통 기술과 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cell Phone Addiction on Communication Skills and Interpersonal Relationship Ability of Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of cell phone addiction on communication skills and the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. Methods: The researcher recruited 751 high school students to assess their general characteristics, communication skills, cell phone addiction and interpersonal relationship ability. Data were collected from June 30 to July 14 in 2014 using copies of a structured self report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and linear multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 IBM program. Results: Of the students, 3.5% reported they were addicted users, and 7.6% reported they were heavy users. Results from multiple regression analysis showed that cell phone addiction did not have any influence on communication skills of the adolescents. However, cell phone addiction mostly affected the interpersonal relationship ability of the adolescents (${\beta}=.24$, p<.001). Poor school performance (${\beta}=.17$, p<.001) and low socioeconomic status (${\beta}=.12$, p<.05) were also related to the interpersonal skills of the adolescents. These variables explained 8.3% of the variance in the interpersonal skills of the adolescents. Conclusion: These results suggest that cell phone addiction has a negative influence on the development of the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. The findings of this study are expected to provide basic data about the influence of cell phone addiction on the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. Therefore, cell phone addiction treatment programs for adolescents need to include contents related to interpersonal relationship ability.
