PECOLE (Peer-to-Peer Collaborative Environment) is a P2P-based multimedia distributed collaborative environment supporting a collaborative workspace which is composed of a variety of collaborative applications such as multi-chat, video conferencing, screen sharing and etc. Unfortunately, due to the PECOLE's simple group management, it is impossible to perform collaboration activities while joining multiple groups. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of PECOLE+ which is an extension of PECOLE. PECOLE+ resolves the drawback of PECOLE by providing the Group Management Service and the Workspace Management Service. The Group Management Service provides functionalities such as creating groups, joining multiple groups, and searching groups, and etc. The Workspace Management Service provides each group with an associated workspace, supporting the execution of collaborative applications over the workspace. In addition, any collaborative applications with the provided plug-in interfaces can be executed over the workspace as a PECOLE+ collaborative application.

The purpose of this study is to provide a meaningful thought to professionals and administrators of Korea working for Consumer General Education development at their Universities. Also, tips for organizing and meaning Consumer General Education Curriculum effectively are provided. Finally, the study suggests essential elements to improve qualities of Consumer General Education in Korea Universities. This study's method are content analysis through web site and survey. The subjects of this survey were 257 students. The data were collected by qusetionaires developed by researcher and analyzed by frequencies, correlation Analysis, One Way Anova, Duncan Test, Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were as follows: University students's satisfaction level about General Education was low and the needs level about Consumer General Education was high. And the education service quality showed factors to be administrative service element, professor service element, classroom environment element, communication element. And Multiple Regression Analysis on each of the education service quality factors had been significant effects for find out the differences in the degree of satisfaction.

Recently, Internet users have an interest about Social Media Service in Web2.0 environment. We suggest the orchestra service as social media service to meet user satisfactions in changed web environment. We accept a concept of the MMMD (Multiple Media Multiple Devices). In other words, Internet users listen to the music not only one device but multiple devices. Each one of multiple devices can play a sound source under earmark instruments for providing users with actual feeling like an orchestra. To meet the purpose, we define 3 steps. First, we separate the sound source based on instrument information. Second, we exact the suitable sound source for play orchestra. In final step, the sound source transmits to each suitable playing device. We named the 3 step for AET process. Beside we suggest synchronization method using rest point in the MIDI file for control sound sources. Using the AET process and synchronization method we provide the orchestra service for meet user's satisfactions to users.

The study investigated the major factors in regards to the effects of service qualities with university hospitals in Daejeon on their overall service satisfaction. In regards to service qualities, the hypothesis was verified through multiple regression analysis in terms of professionalism, kindness, credibility, and facilities/environment. As a result, all professionalism(0.462), kindness(0.142), credibility(0.258) and facilities/environment(0.184) showed positive effects on their overall service satisfaction level. In particular, professionalism showed the greatest effect by 0.462. As patients' and caretakers' desire to service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future medical service management at university hospitals by analyzing the major factors which affect the service quality and by finding the methods to increase the service satisfaction.

본 논문은 다수의 DiffServ(Differentiated Service) 도메인을 지나가는 Assured Forwarding(AF) 서비스 클래스의 종단간 QoS(Quality of Service)툴 향상시키는 새로운 Marking Mechanism을 제안한다. 기본적인 개념은 패킷들이 최초 DiffServ 도메인으로 들어갈 때 부여받은 Marking 정보를 종단까지 유지하고, 이 정보를 근간으로 Marking을 수행하여 종단간 QoS를 보장받도록 해주는 것이다.

Multiple antenna technology, such as multiple input multiple output (MIMO), beamforming is one of the most promising technology for broadband wireless communication. In OFDM environment, we found that as the number of paths is increased, smart antenna system cannot fully exploit beamforming gain. In this paper, we propose a beamforming scheme and analyze the performance of the proposed beamforming scheme in WiBro smart antenna system. WiBro is an OFDMA-based multiple access service for wireless broadband multimedia environment. The proposed beamforming technique for WiBro smart antenna system can effectively improve the performance of the systems in multipath fading environment.

Ubiquitous network consists of various devices using several heterogeneous protocols and requires seamless communication between devices. This paper proposes a new hierarchical event service and multiple event server architecture to implement the service under ubiquitous environment. The proposed event service classifies devices by logical and physical location to abstract the idiosyncrasy of used protocols, and reduces network load. Due to the design consideration, the proposed architecture removes transfer of duplicated event data effectively. As a result, we can guarantee the reliable event delivery. The prototype multiple event server architecture was implemented according to the proposed idea and evaluated its performance under a home network test bed.

Storage services integration can be done for achieving high availability, improving data access performance and scalability while preventing vendor lock-in. However, multiple services environment management and interoperability have become a critical issue as a result of service architectures and communication interfaces heterogeneity. Storage federation model provides the integration of multiple heterogeneous and self-sufficient storage systems with a single control point and automated decision making about data distribution. In order to integrate diverse heterogeneous storage services into a single storage pool, we are proposing a storage service federation framework named BoxBroker. Moreover, an automated decision model based on a policy-driven data distribution algorithm and a service evaluation method is proposed enabling BoxBroker to make optimal decisions. Finally, a demonstration of our proposal capabilities is presented and discussed.

By the newly emerging network access technology, we face the new heterogeneous network environment. Focusing on the co-existence of multiple access network technology and the complex service needs of users, the wireless service operators should present the stable service quality for every user. For this, the service operators should build the new operation framework which combine the pre-established network and newly adopted one. Our problem is finding the optimal heterogeneous network operation framework. We suggest market-based marginal cost function for evaluating the relative value of resource of each network and develop the whole new heterogeneous network operation framework. To test the applicability of developed operation framework, we build large-scale JAVA simulator. By this development, we can easily test the new network environment in practical engineering field.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationships between the self-leadership, role conflict, nursing work environment, and quality of nursing service in comprehensive nursing care service wards and identify the factors that affect the quality of nursing service. Methods: The data were collected from 158 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service wards from three general hospitals with 200 beds or more in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis of enter method using SPSS/WIN ver 22.0 program. Results: The factors of quality of nursing services were self-leadership (β=.44, p<.001), nursing work environment (β=.17, p=.014), and the work experience in comprehensive nursing care service wards (β=-.15, p=.035) explaining 32% of the total variance. Conclusions: The results indicated that self-leadership, work experience in the comprehensive nursing care service wards, and nursing work environment affect the quality of nursing services of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service wards. It is necessary to make efforts for seeking various intervention strategies and improving nursing work environment.
