Purpose: The purpose of this study was to learn the affective factors of case managers' occupational stress. Method: A total of 986 participants responded to a self-administered questionnaire that included 24 items of Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form (KOSQSF), job satisfaction index, health behaviors, general characteristics, and variables related to work. The data collection of research was done from 17th to 21th of September, 2007. The data were analysed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression with SPSS 11.1 package program. Result: The results of this study were as follows: The overall job satisfaction rate of men and women was highly than that of the Korean worker's standard. There were statistically significant differences in occupational stress in work place, work department, work position, smoking, treatment in out-patient clinic, subjective & relative health-status, work load, supervisor's review on work-ability, and job satisfaction. According to the multi-variate analysis, occupational stress(47.6%) was related to job satisfaction, workload, individual work-ability, supervisor's review on work-ability, health status and gender. Conclusion: Occupational stress varied depending on the ten variables and was influenced by job satisfaction(35.7%) and 5 other variables. The results suggest that further follow-up study on case managers is necessary to relieve their occupational stress.

Among many kinds of parts for Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Back Light Unit (BLU) that changes the path of the light from light source to screen is the most important part to improve optical performances such as uniformity and average value of brightness. Up to recently, design process of BLU has been carried out by depending on the experience of design engineer. Using this approach, however, is proven that it is hard to effectively deal with difficulties in a process of the LCD development such as frequent design modifications, various design requirements, and short-term development. To cope with this situation, we applied a Process Integration and Design Optimization (PIDO) based design environment. PIDO is a software package to integrate multiple simulation processes and find a better solution using various design techniques. In this research, we found a design solution satisfying all design requirements by using the PIDO.

As FGM (functionally graded material) bars which vibrate in axial or longitudinal direction have great potential for applications in diverse engineering fields, developing a reliable mathematical model that provides very reliable vibration and wave characteristics of a FGM axial bar, especially at high frequencies, has been an important research issue during last decades. Thus, as an extension of the previous works (Hong et al. 2014, Hong and Lee 2015) on three-layered FGM axial bars (hereafter called FGM bars), an enhanced spectral element model is proposed for a FGM bar model in which axial and radial displacements in the radial direction are treated more realistic by representing the inner FGM layer by multiple sub-layers. The accuracy and performance of the proposed enhanced spectral element model is evaluated by comparison with the solutions obtained by using the commercial finite element package ANSYS. The proposed enhanced spectral element model is also evaluated by comparison with the author's previous spectral element model. In addition, the effects of Poisson's ratio on the dynamics and wave characteristics in example FGM bars are numerically investigated.

Purpose: This study aims to find out the relationship between the impact of Korean crew on airline service quality in the global aviation market, which is the representative of the face-to-face sales and can help in the face-to-face market of aviation services. Research design, data: The survey was conducted for about a month from March 1 to April 6, 2020, and a total of 300 copies were used in the analysis of the results. To verify the hypothesis, data was analyzed using the statistical package program SPSS 18.0, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: It is a study on the sales of face-to-face service of crews of global airlines. Non-verbal elements in airline service face-to-face sales have been shown to have a significant impact on service quality. Conclusions: In the face-to-face service sales of global airlines, communication has been shown to affect service quality. A face-to-face sale using mother tongue means important. The better the flight attendant's linguistic face-to-face selling ability, the more positive on the airline's quality of service. It suggests that the communication skills of managers in the aviation service market are important for repurchase.

Social media is becoming more and more important in social movements. This study, adopting the web mining approach, attempts to investigate how social media, Facebook in particular, functioned in the "May 25 Protest" and the "May 27 Protest", two movements which broke out in Macao on 25 and 27 May 2014, respectively, against the Retirement Package Bill. In the two protests, Macao residents deployed Facebook to share information and motivated people's participation. Twelve events (181,106 people invited) and 36 groups/pages (41,266 members) related on Facebook were examined. Results showed that the information flow on Facebook fluctuated in accordance with the event development in reality. Multiple patterns of manifestation, such as video of adopted news or songs, designed profile (protest icon), original ironic pictures, self-organized clubs by undergraduates and white T-shirts as a symbol, among others, appeared online and interacted with offline actions. It was also found that social media assisted the information diffusion and provided persuasive reasons for netizens to join the movement. Social media helped to expand movement influence in providing a platform for diversified performances for actions taken in a protest, which could express and develop core and consistent movement repertoire.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style of nurse managers and related variables and to provide the basic data for developing strategies of transformational, transactional leadership study. The subjects were 300 nurses and 10 head nurses were working at the 2 general hospitals in seoul. The data were collected from July 6 to July 14, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The score of the nurse managers' transformational leadership perceived by surbodinates' were higher than that of the nurse managers' transactional leadership. Among 5 subdimensions of the leadership styles perceived by surbodinates', the scores of 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation' were highest and 'management by exception' were lowest. 2. 'charisma' 'intellectual stimulation', 'individual consideration' and 'contingent reward' were positively related to all of variables except 'turnover intention'. 'Management by exception' was negatively related to all of variables and was positively related to 'turnover intention'. 3. As a result of regression analysis, leadership styles effect on 'leadership effectiveness', 'turnover intention', 'job satisfaction', 'empowerment', 'organizational commitment', 'autonomy', 'job involvement' in turn. The determinants of 'job satisfaction', 'autonomy', 'leadership effectiveness' were 'charisma' of transformational leadership and the determinants of 'organizational commitment', 'job involvement', 'empowerment' were 'intellectual stimulation' of transformational leadership.

In order to handle client's requests while multiple servers seamlessly work in the web server cluster environment, it is vital to implement a router that execute a routing using TCP information and requested target content. The implemented package software measured packet volume that was generated from data generator, virtual server, and server 1, 2, 3, and could find out traffic distribution toward Server 1, 2, 3. As the result of the study shows, Round Robin Algorithm ensured definite traffic distribution, unless incoming data loads differ much. Although error levels were high in some partial cases, they were eventually alleviated by repeated tests for a longer time.

The purpose of this study was to develop a large representative data base for jeans marketing strategy. This study was to survey brand awareness and analyze brand image and consumer's seeking image. The 700 questionnaires were distributed and 656 reliable ones were used for statistical analysis. A SAS statistical package including frequency table, factor analysis, analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range test, Peason's correlation test was used. The results are as follows: 1. Brand awareness involves "brand recall" based on asking a person to name recalled first, and "brand recognition" based on asking to identify brand name from 30 given brands. The result indicated that "Levi" was dominant for brand recall and Guess was dominant for brand recognition. 2. Regarding the brand image, the result showed that "Vov" was best represented for sophisticated 8t trendy brand images, "Storm" for sophisticated brand image, "Jambangee" for reasonable price & comfortable brand images, and "Levis" for classic & design/color brand images. 3. As a result of factor analysis on consumer's seeking image, six factors(characteristic/gay, intelligent/sexy, feminine/sophisticated, active/functional, cute/young, simple/comfortable) were found. Several factors had a relationship with demographic variables, preferred design, fashion interest.

This study aims to analysis the curriculum problems and its improvements and to investigate curricula satisfaction among the students majoring in Clinical Pathology. A college used as a population, and 80 effective survey data were collected by sampling the graduates who carried out the clinical field training in third grade year. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the Stata(version 12.0) statistical package was used for frequency analysis, pearson correlations test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows; First, the result showed that the synthetical theory curriculum has an positive effect on curricula satisfaction. Second, it was found that extension of both the clinical field training and laboratory and practice education have an significant influence direction of positiveness on curricula satisfaction. Third, as the problems of curriculum, the students selected shortage of english subjects connected with the job. We must intensify additional subjects (english ability) for job as the improvement of curriculum. Accordingly, academic, industrial circles and students are supposed to jointly seek for the plan for the enhancement of clinical field training satisfaction.

This paper aimed to investigate the influence of consumer lifestyle on consumer selection of bakery cafe attributes. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire by 403 random consumers between the ages 20s and 30s in several bakery cafes in Seoul and Gyonggi area. Different methods of statistical analysis had been used such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, k-means clustering analysis, cross tabulation, one way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test with SPSS for Window 13.0 package. First, when analyzing the 16 questions of comsumer lifestyles, four factors were extracted: 'dining out-oriented factor', 'achievement-oriented factor', 'brand-oriented factor', and 'health-oriented factor'. Second, the respondents were divided into three groups by k-means cluster analysis: no interest group, dining-out & value oriented group, and health-brand oriented group. Third, consumer's bakery cafe attributes were categorized into five factors including 'food', 'convenience and image', 'store promotion', 'positive dining experience', and 'menu & merchandises'. Finally when analyzing the differences in the selection of bakery cafe attributes according to consumer's lifestyles, it showed a significant differences.
