다문화 가정 부모의 성 역할태도가 부모-자녀관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parent's Sex-role Attitude on Parent-child Relationship in Multicultural Families)

  • 이 연구는 다문화 가정의 어머니와 아버지의 성 역할태도가 부모-자녀관계의 질에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방효과를 살펴보기 위한 서술적 인과관계 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 다문화 가정 부모의 커플자료 분석을 위해 여성가족부의 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사 대상 중 만 5세 이하 자녀를 두고, 결혼이주여성과 한국인 남성으로 구성된 5,531쌍의 자료를 활용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 구조모형 검증 방법에 기초한 자기-상대방 상호의존모형(Actor-Partner Interdependence Model, APIM) 분석방법을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 어머니와 아버지 모두 성 역할태도가 부모-자녀관계에 미치는 자기효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 어머니와 아버지 모두 평등한 성 역할태도를 가질수록 긍정적인 부모-자녀관계를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 자기효과 간 크기 비교 결과, 어머니보다는 아버지의 경우 성 역할 태도가 부모-자녀관계에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 아버지의 성 역할태도는 어머니-자녀관계에 영향을 미치는 상대방효과가 있는 반면, 어머니의 성 역할태도가 아버지-자녀관계에 미치는 상대방효과는 통계적인 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니와 아버지 모두 상대방효과 보다는 자기효과가 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 배우자의 성 역할태도 보다는 자신의 성 역할태도가 부모-자녀관계에 더 큰 영향을 미침을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과는 다문화 가정의 부모를 대상으로 한 부모 교육 시 평등한 성 역할태도 교육의 중요성을 시사한다. 특히 본 연구는 아버지의 경우에도 평등한 성 역할태도가 긍정적 자녀관계를 촉진할 수 있다는 경험과학적 증거를 확인했다는 의의가 있다.

Molecular Mechanism of Inflammatory Signaling and Predominant Role of Saposhnikovia divaricata as Anti-inflammatory Potential

  • Natural products have always been a pivotal source of new drug development. Dry roots of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. (Umbelliferae) is a perennial herb and is also known as Bang Pung in traditional medicine. Numerous in vitro and in vivo studies have revealed the diverse pharmacological effects of S. divaricata and its role in the treatment of various diseases. This herb has exhibited significant inhibitory effects against inflammation and associated disorders. The present study explored the ethnopharmacological applications and molecular mechanisms behind the anti-inflammatory effects of S. divaricata herb and a single compound blockade of multi-signaling inflammatory cascades. Taken together, this review provides insight into the potential role of S. divaricata against various inflammatory diseases.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 워크플로우 모델을 바탕으로 역할을 기반으로 하는 새로운 개념의 모델을 제안하였으며, 이에 따른 워크플로우 업무 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구축 분야에서 역할 중심 업무 분산 체계(role oriented distribution)에 필요한 이론적 바탕을 마련하기 위한 역할 기반 모델(role based model)의 개념을 정의하고, 정의된 모델을 전형적 업무 관리 시스템인 워크플로우에 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제시되어진 역할 기반 워크플로우 모델은 선택 할당(any-cast)방식 및 다중 할당(multi-cast)방식의 워크플로우 작업환경을 제공함으로써 현재 대부분 조직에서의 작업 환경인 객체지향 작업 환경 및 분산 작업 환경에서 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 정책의제형성이 외부집단에 의해 형성된 정책이라기 보다는 정치의 흐름중에서 정부와 여당의 역할이 크게 기여했다는 점과 국내외의 국민을 대표하는 상징적인 정책이라는 점이다. 특히 이주노동자와 결혼이주여성 정책은 글로벌 시대에 해결해야할 중요한 정책이라는 점과 정부가 추진하는 '결혼이주여성 정책'의 결정과정을 살펴봄으로써 정책에 결정적으로 영향을 미친 요인을 확인하기 위한 좋은 사례이기 때문이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 방안은 다음과 같다. 한국 다문화정책에 대한 이론적 논의를 진행하고, 다문화 정책이 형성되는 과정을 논의한다. 진행 단계에서는 다문화담론의 형성과정과 다문화담론이 다양하게 이루어지는 분화과정, 그리고 부문별로 이루어지던 다문화담론의 정책화되는 과정이다.

  • This study is to search for a new area and a new kind of occupation for fashion in the field of multi-media such as a movie, drama, mass-culture and advertisement, as a basic investigation to improve a potential of a development of fashion in the future, to keep in step with the trend of the changes under the environment of cultural renovation. In this reports, the field and vision of new contents in fashion will be proposed. The definition and environment of multi-media were examined, and various kinds and work areas of new fashion specialists were defined. 12 professionals in each fields relative to multi-media were selected and the status of affairs, problems and requirements of fashion specialists were investigated through the in-depth interviews with them. Finally new fields and visions were suggested on it's future course. The kind of fashion-specialist on the field related to multi-media were like this: 1. Fashion-stylist, Art-director and Image-maker for star on the field of Video industry. 2. Fashion-illustrator for making animation-game character, Avatar fashion product designer and Internet shopping buyer for Online-business industry. 3. Fashion PR director, Fashion-photo stylist for Advertisement industry. 1 classified new field on the field related to multi-media as the above, and I researched the role of specialist in each field and the status of affairs and vision.

AMC 기반 OFDMA 시스템에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하기 위한 서브 채널 할당 방법 (Sub-channel Allocation Scheme for Multi-media Service in AMC-based OFDMA Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 AMC(Adaptive Modulation Coding) 기반 OFDMA 시스템에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하는 모든 핸드오버 호와 신규 호 사용자들에 대하여 무선자원 할당의 기본 단위인 서브 채널의 효율적인 할당에 관한 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 셀 내에서는 단말들의 위치에 따라서 다른 변조 및 코딩 방식을 가지는 Multi-band 방식을 적용할 수 있다. 또한 기지국이 여러 개의 서브 채널로 구성되어 있는 OFDMA 시스템 환경에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 가지는 핸드오버 호 또는 신규 호들에 대하여 핸드오버 호와 실시간 서비스에 대한 우선 정책을 주는 서브 채널 할당 방법을 적용한다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안된 Multi-band 서브채널 할당 방식은 Single-band 서브채널 할당방식과 비교하여 핸드오버 호와 신규 호의 블럭킹 확률 측면에서 좋은 성능을 보여줌을 확인하였다.

멀티스킬 상담 인력이 콜센터 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact of Multi-Skilled Agents on the Service Quality of Call Centers)

  • Call centers do not simply play a role of responding to customers' calls, but they have developed into a core unit for maintaining competitiveness through services, marketing, or sales. Since the service quality of call centers heavily affects customer satisfaction, organizations have focused on enhancing it by reducing waiting time and increasing service level. One of the techniques, which improve the service quality of call centers, is to employ multi-skilled agents that can handle more than one type of calls. This study deals with three issues relevant to multi-skilled agents. First, we analyze how the way of allocating a specific group of agents to a set of skills affects the performance of call centers. Secondly, we investigate the relationship between the number of multi-skilled agents and the performance of call centers. Finally, we examine the impact of agent selection rules on the performance of call centers. Two selection rules are compared : the first rule is to assign a call to any available agent at random while the other rule is to assign a call preferably to single-skilled agents over multi-skilled agents when applicable. Based on simulation experiments, we suggest three implications. First, as the length of cycles in the agent-skill configuration network becomes longer, call centers achieve higher service level and shorter waiting time. Secondly, simulation results show that as the portion of multi-skilled agents increases, the performance of call centers improves. However, most of the improvement is attained when the portion of multi-skilled agents is relatively low. Finally, the agent selection rules do not significantly affect the call centers' performance, but the rule of preferring single-skilled agents tends to distribute the workload among agents more equally.

Dynamic mechanism of rock mass sliding and identification of key blocks in multi-fracture rock mass

  • There are many joint fissures distributed in the engineering rock mass. In the process of geological history, the underground rock mass undergoes strong geological processes, and undergoes complex geological processes such as fracture breeding, expansion, recementation, and re-expansion. In this paper, the damage-stick-slip process (DSSP), an analysis model used for rock mass failure slip, was established to examine the master control and time-dependent mechanical properties of the new and primary fractures of a multi-fractured rock mass under the action of stress loading. The experimental system for the recemented multi-fractured rock mass was developed to validate the above theory. First, a rock mass failure test was conducted. Then, the failure stress state was kept constant, and the fractured rock mass was grouted and cemented. A secondary loading was applied until the grouted mass reached the intended strength to investigate the bearing capacity of the recemented multi-fractured rock mass, and an acoustic emission (AE) system was used to monitor AE events and the update of damage energy. The results show that the initial fracture angle and direction had a significant effect on the re-failure process of the cement rock mass; Compared with the monitoring results of the acoustic emission (AE) measurements, the master control surface, key blocks and other control factors in the multi-fractured rock mass were obtained; The triangular shaped block in rock mass plays an important role in the stress and displacement change of multi-fracture rock mass and the long fissure and the fractures with close fracture tip are easier to activate, and the position where the longer fractures intersect with the smaller fractures is easier to generate new fractures. The results are of great significance to a multi-block structure, which affects the safety of underground coal mining.

화학적으로 기능화된 탄소나노튜브를 사용한 고분자 복합재료의 제조 및 물성 평가에 대한 연구 (Manufacturing/Material Property Characterization of Polymer Nano-composites with Chemically Functionalized Carbon Nanotubes)

  • This study aims to obtain fundamental understandings involving the manufacturing processes of nano-composites with chemically surface-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs), and explore the role of functionalized MWCNTs in the epoxy/MWCNT composites. For this purpose, MWCNTs were purified by the thermo-chemical oxidation process, and incorporated into an epoxy matrix by in situ polymerization process, the surface of MWCNTs were functionalized with carboxyl functions which were demonstrated by an infrared spectroscopy. The mechanical properties of epoxy/MWCNT nano-composites were measured to investigate the role of a chemically functionalized carbon nanotubes. To improve the dispersion quality of MWCNTs in the epoxy matrix, methanol and acetone were exploited as dispersion media with sonification. The epoxy/MWCNT nano-composites with 1 or 2 wt.% addition of functionalized carbon nanotubes show an improved tensile strength and wear resistance in comparison with pure epoxy, which shows the mechanical load transfer improves through chemical bonds between epoxy and functionalized MWCNTs. The tensile strength with 7 wt.% functionalized MWCNTs increases by 28% and the wear resistance is dramatically improved by 100 times.

An Analysis of Virtual Economies in MMORPG(Massively Multi-players in Online Role Playing Game)

  • MMORPG, massively multi-players in online role-playing game, is the most popular genre in online games. Because large number of players interacts with each other, virtual worlds in MMORPG are alike communities of real worlds. Moreover, players in virtual worlds trade game items with real money. This paper is to find impacts of real-money trading into real worlds, and game operators, by using two-period model between players of the game and the game operator. It was found that real-money trading benefits game operators, and there exists optimal supply of game items to maximize the profit of game operator. Moreover we found that the income disparity in real worlds could be decreased when real-money trading is allowed To support the analytical model, we used an empirical analysis using real-money trading data, and find the relationship among play time of MMORPG, transaction volume of real-money trading, and price of game items. In empirical analysis, it was found that real-money trading benefits game operators. Moreover, it was found that play time and price have positive relationship.
