As the paradigm of fashion retail industry moves rapidly to the multi-channel, the role of shop master has changed as well. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine in-depth the changing role of shop masters in multi-channel retail paradigms. In-depth interviews were conducted, and all interviews were recorded with permission. Seven shop masters participated in in-depth interviews. All of them were sales specialists, with more than 10 years working experience, at department stores. Results of this study are as follow: First, the roles of a multi-channel shop master include store management, management of sales associates, customer relationship management, and management in relation to the headquarters and suppliers. Second, the most important competencies of shop masters are to forecast future demand, establish information networks, communicate well with others, and create a work environment resulting in higher productivity.

In these days it is rapidly increasing that multi-user, multi-layered commercial software developments for companies or public institutions. Security services are necessary for most of systems and the access control service is the essential of security services. Current access control methods that are used as access control policies are classified as Discretionary Access Control Mandatory Access Control and Role Based Access Control. However there are some inefficiencies when those methods are applied to current multi-user, multi-layered systems. Therefore it is required that a new access control method that takes complex system resources into account from the side of policy. In this paper extending previous Role Based of 'Behavior' and a basic model of the method. And we simply implement the method on the mobile agent based workflow management system that is a representative example of multi-user. multi-layered softwares and shows implementation results to tap possibilities of real-world application.

본 논문은 역할 기반 뷰잉이라는 방법을 기반으로 하여 협업 설계에서의 정보 보호에 대한 기본 구조를 제안한다. 역할 기반 뷰잉은 다중 해상 기하 모델과 보안 모델을 조합하여 달성된다. 주어진 3차원 모델은 기하적으로 분할되며, 분할된 각 모델을 이용하여 다중 해상 메쉬 계층 구조가 생성된다. 협업 설계 환경에서 각 디자이너의 접근 권한에 알맞은 모델의 생성은 접근 통제 방법에 의해 이루어진다.

Traditional keyword-based searching methods suffer from low accuracy and high complexity due to the rapid growth in the amount of information. Accordingly, many researchers attempt to implement a so-called semantic search which is based on the semantics of the user's query. Semantic information can be described using a semantic modeling language, such as Topic Map. In this paper, we propose a new method to map a topic map to a traditional Relational Database (RDB) without any information loss. Although there have been a few attempts to map topic maps to RDB, they have paid scant attention to handling multi-role topics. In this paper, we propose a new storage structure to map multi-role topics to traditional RDB. The proposed structure consists of a mapping table, role tables, and content tables. Additionally, we devise a query translator to convert a user's query to one appropriate to the proposed structure.

역할기반 접근통제(RBAC：Role-Based Access Control)는 사용자의 역할에 기반을 둔 접근통제 방법으로 다양한 컴퓨터, 네트워크 보안 분야에 있어서 유연성을 제공한다. 그러나 역할기반 접근통제는 역할이나 허가 등을 적용하는 대상으로 사용자만을 고려하고 있으므로 실제의 응용 시스템 상에서 정확한 접근통제를 위해서는 사용자뿐만 아니라 주체 및 객체를 추가로 고려할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다단계 보안시스템을 위하여 역할기반 접근통제 모델에 사용자, 주체, 객체, 역할에 대한 보안등급을 추가로 고려하여 확장된 역할기반 접근통제 모델 $ERBAC_3$를 제안한다.

Gastric carcinoma is a leading cause of cancer death in the world and multi-drug resistance (MDR) is an essential aspect of gastric carcinoma chemotherapy failure. Recent studies have shown that integrin-linked kinase (ILK) is involved in metastasis of human tumors, expression silencing of ILK inhibiting the metastasis of several types of cultured human cancer cells. However, the role and potential mechanism of ILK to reverse the multi-drug resistance in human gastric carcinoma is not fully clear. In this report, we focused on roles of expression silencing of ILK in multi-drug resistance reversal of human gastric carcinoma SGC7901/DDP cells, including increased drug sensitivity to cisplatin, cell apoptosis rates, and intracellular accumulation of Rhodamine-123, and decreased mRNA and protein expression of multi-drug resistance gene (MDR1), multi-drug resistance-associated protein (MRP1), excision repair cross-complementing gene 1 (ERCC1), glutathione S-transferase -${\pi}$ (GST-${\pi}$) and RhoE, and transcriptional activation of AP-1 and NF-${\kappa}B$ in ILK silenced SGC7901/DDP cells. We also found that there was a decreased level of p-Akt and p-ERK. The results indicated that ILK might be used as a potential therapeutic strategy to combat multi-drug resistance through blocking PI3K-Akt and MAPK-ERK pathways in human gastric carcinoma.

The Ministry of Construction & Transportation revised the full text of 'The Act for Promoting Housing Construction' that concentrated to the quantitative supply of houses into 'Housing Act' in order to improve the quantity as well as quality of housing construction and management, such as housing welfare, management or improvement of previous houses, in October 2002. Accordingly, local authority need to play more critical roles in the area of multi-family housing management and remodeling. The desirable roles of local authority called for the need are like followings: 1. Local authority should provide professional knowledge for education, direction and consultation of multi-family housing management rather keeping the previous role to control, manage and regulate it. 2. The multi-family housing management should be changed from administration and punishment to incentive-centered institutions. 3. It is necessary to consider neglected people, such as occupants of rental apartment or of a small-sized multi-family housing, who have been excepted from the subject of obligatory management under the current law. 4. For harmonious and professional housing management, local authority need to support the establishment or special companies for housing management and to strengthen the audit on trust management companies. 5. It calls for the studies on management guideline of multi-family housing, standardization of management specifics, reasonable standard for special mending appropriation amount, etc. 6. They should lead the composition of a community by residents harmoniously and support the encouragement of community consciousness to live together.

In the nowadays years our city's housing environment which progresses rapidly social-economical development is posited the role in the nowadays multi-family housing brings about the individualism of the nowadays city, and makes muddy neighborhood meaning, and the quality of the nowadays city dwelling house environment becoming worse. This study was started with the cognition of the need of intermediate-space, in the our life in the neighborhood city. Intermediate-spaces, has same meaning to come into the action of consciousness of the neighborhood. For the improvement of the quality of city housing, we should cleary recognized the individual territory after we set the proper in intermediate-zone in the multi-family housing. Therefore, this study inquires ito the meaning of intermediate-zone, and catches the formation technique of intermediate-zone and the method of plan through the investigation of the use cases of the multi-family housing which is established intermediate-territory. and then I analyze the role of the formative space by this method. By this method, I grope for the effect of the use through the alternative plan of the design method of the intermediate-zone. If the methods of play use the role in the nowadays multi-family housing, high quality will build up.

The purpose of this paper was to find the apartment manager's general work, problems and opinion. 35 managers of multi-family housing which located in Kwangmyung city were interviewed during July, 1999. Questionnaire was consisted of questions which manager's opinion about their job boundaries. At the managerial standpoint, there was a perceived gap in expectation level about the manager's role between the manager and residents in multi-family housing complexes. The fact that the lack of interpersonal communication caused this gap was founded. Managerial rules and guidelines should be described in detail and be known by all residents. Specified guideline should be suggested regarding the boundaries of the manager's job, responsibilities and rights, and extra work beyond the management job in order to prevent conflicts or problems between the managing body and the residents. There guidelines also play an important role in solving the conflicts and problems in multi-family housing.

Recently, the rapid evolution of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has enabled its key role in industries and predictive sciences. From diverse research disciplines, however, are there strong needs for integrated analytical tools for multi-phenomena beyond simple flow simulation. Based on the concurrent simulation of multi-dynamics, multi-phenomena beyond simple flow simulation. Based on the concurrent simulation of multi-dynamics, multi-physics and multi-scale phenomena, the multi-phenomena CFD technology enables us to perform the flow simulation for integrated and complex systems. From the multi-phenomena CFD analysis, the high-precision analytical and predictive capacity can enhance the fast development of industrial technologies. It is also expected to further enhance the applicability of the simulation technique to medical and bio technology, new and renewable energy, nanotechnology, and scientific computing, among others.
