Recently, as people's interest in facial skin beauty has increased, research on skin disease recognition for facial skin beauty is being conducted by using deep learning. These studies recognized a variety of skin diseases, including acne. Existing studies can recognize only the single skin diseases, but skin diseases that occur on the face can enact in a more diverse and complex manner. Therefore, in this paper, complex skin diseases such as acne, blackheads, freckles, age spots, normal skin, and whiteheads are identified using the Inception-ResNet V2 deep learning mode with multi-label classification. The accuracy was 98.8%, hamming loss was 0.003, and precision, recall, F1-Score achieved 96.6% or more for each single class.

The smart grid replaces the traditional power structure with information inventiveness that contributes to a new physical structure. In such a field, malicious information injection can potentially lead to extreme results. Incorrect, FDI attacks will never be identified by typical residual techniques for false data identification. Most of the work on the detection of FDI attacks is based on the linearized power system model DC and does not detect attacks from the AC model. Also, the overwhelming majority of current FDIA recognition approaches focus on FDIA, whilst significant injection location data cannot be achieved. Building on the continuous developments in deep learning, we propose a Deep Learning based Locational Detection technique to continuously recognize the specific areas of FDIA. In the development area solver gap happiness is a False Data Detector (FDD) that incorporates a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The FDD is established enough to catch the fake information. As a multi-label classifier, the following CNN is utilized to evaluate the irregularity and cooccurrence dependency of power flow calculations due to the possible attacks. There are no earlier statistical assumptions in the architecture proposed, as they are "model-free." It is also "cost-accommodating" since it does not alter the current FDD framework and it is only several microseconds on a household computer during the identification procedure. We have shown that ANN-MLP, SVM-RBF, and CNN can conduct locational detection under different noise and attack circumstances through broad experience in IEEE 14, 30, 57, and 118 bus systems. Moreover, the multi-name classification method used successfully improves the precision of the present identification.

In this paper, we propose a feature selection technique for multi-label classification. Many existing feature selection techniques have selected features by calculating the relation between features and labels such as a mutual information scale. However, since the mutual information measure requires a joint probability, it is difficult to calculate the joint probability from an actual premise feature set. Therefore, it has the disadvantage that only a few features can be calculated and only local optimization is possible. Away from this regional optimization problem, we propose a feature selection technique that constructs a low-rank space in the entire given feature space and selects features with sparsity. To this end, we designed a regression-based objective function using Nuclear norm, and proposed an algorithm of gradient descent method to solve the optimization problem of this objective function. Based on the results of multi-label classification experiments on four data and three multi-label classification performance, the proposed methodology showed better performance than the existing feature selection technique. In addition, it was showed by experimental results that the performance change is insensitive even to the parameter value change of the proposed objective function.

This study examined the factors affecting the performance of automatic classification for the domestic conference papers based on machine learning techniques. In particular, In view of the classification performance that assigning automatically the class labels to the papers in Proceedings of the Conference of Korean Society for Information Management using Rocchio algorithm, I investigated the characteristics of the key factors (classifier formation methods, training set size, weighting schemes, label assigning methods) through the diversified experiments. Consequently, It is more effective that apply proper parameters (${\beta}$, ${\lambda}$) and training set size (more than 5 years) according to the classification environments and properties of the document set. and If the performance is equivalent, I discovered that the use of the more simple methods (single weighting schemes) is very efficient. Also, because the classification of domestic papers is corresponding with multi-label classification which assigning more than one label to an article, it is necessary to develop the optimum classification model based on the characteristics of the key factors in consideration of this environment.

In this research, we proposed the active pulse classification algorithm using multi-label convolutional neural networks for active sonar system. The proposed algorithm has the advantage of being able to acquire the information of the active pulse at a time, unlike the existing single label-based algorithm, which has several neural network structures, and also has an advantage of simplifying the learning process. In order to verify the proposed algorithm, the neural network was trained using sea experimental data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the proposed algorithm converged, and through the analysis of the confusion matrix, it was confirmed that it has excellent active pulse classification performance.
Recently, many games provide data related to the users' game play, and there have been a few studies that predict opponent move by combining machine learning methods. This study predicts opponent move using match data of a real-time strategy game named ClashRoyale and a multi-label classification based on machine learning. In the initial experiment, binary card properties, binary card coordinates, and normalized time information are input, and card type and card coordinates are predicted using random forest and multi-layer perceptron. Subsequently, experiments were conducted sequentially using the next three data preprocessing methods. First, some property information of the input data were transformed. Next, input data were converted to nested form considering the consecutive card input system. Finally, input data were predicted by dividing into the early and the latter according to the normalized time information. As a result, the best preprocessing step was shown about 2.6% improvement in card type and about 1.8% improvement in card coordinates when nested data divided into the early.

In this paper, the predicted results were confirmed by label mapping for each class while implementing multi-class image classification to confirm accurate results for images in which the trained model failed classification. A CNN model was constructed and trained using Kaggle's Intel Image Classification dataset, and the mapped label values of multiple classes of images and the values classified by the model were compared by label mapping the images of the test dataset.

Purpose: Periodontitis, the most prevalent chronic inflammatory condition affecting teeth-supporting tissues, is diagnosed and classified through clinical and radiographic examinations. The staging of periodontitis using panoramic radiographs provides information for designing computer-assisted diagnostic systems. Performing image segmentation in periodontitis is required for image processing in diagnostic applications. This study evaluated image segmentation for periodontitis staging based on deep learning approaches. Materials and Methods: Multi-Label U-Net and Mask R-CNN models were compared for image segmentation to detect periodontitis using 100 digital panoramic radiographs. Normal conditions and 4 stages of periodontitis were annotated on these panoramic radiographs. A total of 1100 original and augmented images were then randomly divided into a training (75%) dataset to produce segmentation models and a testing (25%) dataset to determine the evaluation metrics of the segmentation models. Results: The performance of the segmentation models against the radiographic diagnosis of periodontitis conducted by a dentist was described by evaluation metrics(i.e., dice coefficient and intersection-over-union [IoU] score). MultiLabel U-Net achieved a dice coefficient of 0.96 and an IoU score of 0.97. Meanwhile, Mask R-CNN attained a dice coefficient of 0.87 and an IoU score of 0.74. U-Net showed the characteristic of semantic segmentation, and Mask R-CNN performed instance segmentation with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values of 95%, 85.6%, 88.2%, and 86.6%, respectively. Conclusion: Multi-Label U-Net produced superior image segmentation to that of Mask R-CNN. The authors recommend integrating it with other techniques to develop hybrid models for automatic periodontitis detection.

Automatic image annotation has become an increasingly important research topic owing to its key role in image retrieval. Simultaneously, it is highly challenging when facing to large-scale dataset with large variance. Practical approaches generally rely on similarity measures defined over images and multi-label prediction methods. More specifically, those approaches usually 1) leverage similarity measures predefined or learned by optimizing for ranking or annotation, which might be not adaptive enough to datasets; and 2) predict labels separately without taking the correlation of labels into account. In this paper, we propose a method for image annotation through collaborative similarity metric learning from dataset and modeling the label correlation of the dataset. The similarity metric is learned by simultaneously optimizing the 1) image ranking using structural SVM (SSVM), and 2) image annotation using correlated label propagation, with respect to the similarity metric. The learned similarity metric, fully exploiting the available information of datasets, would improve the two collaborative components, ranking and annotation, and sequentially the retrieval system itself. We evaluated the proposed method on Corel5k, Corel30k and EspGame databases. The results for annotation and retrieval show the competitive performance of the proposed method.

Recently, along with the recent development of deep learning technique, neural networks are achieving success in computer vision filed. Convolutional neural network have shown outstanding performance in not only for a simple image classification task, but also for tasks with high difficulty such as object segmentation and detection. However many such deep learning models are based on supervised-learning, which requires more annotation labels than image-level label. Especially image semantic segmentation model requires pixel-level annotations for training, which is very. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a weakly-supervised semantic segmentation method which requires only image level label to train network. Existing weakly-supervised learning methods have limitations in detecting only specific area of object. In this paper, on the other hand, we use multi-classifier deep learning architecture so that our model recognizes more different parts of objects. The proposed method is evaluated using VOC 2012 validation dataset.
