심층인공신경망(DNN)과 다각도 상황 정보 기반의 서울시 도로 링크별 교통 혼잡도 예측 (Prediction of Traffic Congestion in Seoul by Deep Neural Network)

  • 여러 대도시에서 교통 혼잡 문제를 해결하기 위해 정확한 교통 흐름을 예측하는 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 대부분의 연구가 과거의 교통 흐름 패턴이 미래에도 반복될 것이라는 가정하에 예측 모델을 개발하였으나 교통사고 등과 같은 뜻하지 않은 비반복적 교통 패턴을 예측하는 데에는 신뢰성이 낮게 나타났다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 지능형 교통 시스템(ITS)을 통해 얻은 빅데이터와 인공지능을 접목한 교통 흐름 예측 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 하지만 시계열 분석에 일반적으로 사용되는 알고리즘인 RNN의 경우, 단기 예측에 최적화되어 장기 예측 정확도가 낮다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기온과 강수량 등의 기상 정보 외에도 각종 외부 요인들을 고려하여 장기적 시점에서 교통 혼잡도를 예측하는 '심층 인공 신경망 모델'을 제안하였다. TOPIS 자료를 이용한 사례 연구 결과 서울시 주요 도로 링크의 교통 혼잡도를 90%에 가까운 정확도로 예측이 가능하였다. 추후 교통사고나 도로 공사와 같은 도로에 영향을 미치는 이벤트 데이터를 추가로 확보할 수 있다면 정확도는 더욱 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • 본 연구에서는 비정상상태 운전을 기본으로 하는 CNG 충전소를 대상으로 다변량 통계분석방법 중의 하나인 다차원의 대용량 데이터 처리에 적합한 주성분분석(PCA) 기법을 사용하여 실시간 이상감지 및 진단이 가능한 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. CNG 충전소로부터 매초 간격으로 수집되는 7개의 압력센서 데이터와 5개의 온도센서 데이터의 주요 경향을 나타내는 변수들의 조합으로 주성분이라 불리는 새로운 특성변수들을 산출하고, 분산의 분포를 통해 특성변수의 계산으로부터 모델을 구축하였다. 모니터링은 구축된 모델을 통해 운전 중의 실시간 데이터를 반영하여 진행된다. 시스템 검증 및 정확성을 개선하기 위해 모니터링 테스트를 수행한 결과, 정상상태의 모든 데이터를 정상으로 판단하였고, 이상 데이터의 성공적인 검출 시 관련 변수를 추적하여 비정상 원인을 찾아낼 수 있었다.

하이브리드 해상풍력 파일 기초 콘크리트 지지구조(MCF) 개발 (New Development of Hybrid Concrete Support Structure with Driven Piles for Offshore Wind Turbines)

  • 기존 해상풍력발전 지지구조물의 단점을 보완한 신형식의 파일 기초 하이브리드 지지구조물을 본 연구에서 제안하였다. 이 지지구조는 콘크리트 자중을 이용한 중력식 기초의 개념으로부터 수정되어 4개의 파일로 지지되며, 강재 샤프트와 원추형 콘크리트가 결합된 하이브리드 형식이다. 규모가 크고 두꺼운 콘크리트의 3차원 해석을 위해, 정확한 기하형상 모델링과 응력의 절점 보간이 가능한 솔리드-쉘 입체요소를 개발하였다. 해양구조물 전용 유한요소 프로그램인 XSEA에 탑재된 솔리드-쉘 요소와 Stream Function 파랑 이론을 적용하여, 제안한 하이브리드 지지구조물에 대해 서남해안 지역의 환경조건을 적용한 준정적 해석 및 고유진동수 해석을 실시하였다. 해석결과, 수평변위가 허용변위 이내로 나타났고, 고유진동수 해석을 통해 하이브리드 구조형식의 동적거동에 대한 우수성을 입증하였다. 결과적으로, 파일지지 하이브리드 지지구조물은 우리나라 서남해안 지역과 같이 연약지반에 적용 할 수 있는 충분한 안정성을 가진 것으로 평가 되었고, 각 부재에 대한 최적화 연구를 통해 경제성 확보가 가능한 것으로 검토되었다.

수생태계 건강성 통합정보 분석을 위한 GIS DB 구축 및 활용에 관한 연구 (Building a GIS Database for Analyzing the Integrated Information on Aquatic Ecosystem Health and Its Application)

  • 본 연구는 수생태계 건강성 변화에 대한 다각적인 분석이 가능하도록 정보를 제공하는데 필요한 자료를 수집하고, 상호 연계 또는 중첩, 활용할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 수생태계 건강성 정보를 기반으로 생태계를 구성하고 있는 개체 또는 개체군들 간의 상호작용 및 생태계 차원에서 일어나는 여러 가지 생태현상들을 그 지역의 환경변화(오염발생원, 수변환경 변화 등)와 결부시킨 종합적인 분석이 가능한 DB를 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수생태계 건강성 조사 및 평가 결과자료와 한국형 Reach File(KRF), 하천자연도, 물환경정보시스템 자료 등을 수집하였다. 수집된 수생태계 건강성 조사 결과 및 한국형 Reach File, 하천자연도 등은 자료 DB 개별속성에 대해 상세 분석을 수행하였으며, 수집데이터의 형식이 다양하게 구성되어 있어 데이터형식별 구성현황 및 상세 데이터 내에 대해 조사 및 분류별 정리를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 개별데이터에 대한 핵심주제를 도출하였으며, 주제별 특성과 관련된 항목정보들을 추출하여 주제별로 분류 관련 엔터티를 도출하였다. 또한, 개별 주제별 엔터티간 연계를 위한 관계값을 가진 엔터티도 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 수생태계 건강성 결과 자료의 효율적인 분석 및 보전, 복원을 위한 방안 제시를 위해 수생태계 건강성 조사 및 평가, 한국형 Reach File, 하천자연도 등의 자료를 이용하여 공간 속성 위상 데이터를 구축하였으며, 이를 기반으로 각 자료의 연계성을 분석하여 정확하고 과학적인 수생태계의 건강성 통합정보 분석방안을 개발하고자 하였다.

해상풍력 해저케이블 하역용 유압식 코일링 암 구조설계 및 해석 (Structural Design and Analysis of a Hydraulic Coiling Arm for Offshore Wind-turbine Submarine Cable)

  • 본 논문에서는 해저케이블 부두 하역용 장비인 코일링 암(coiling arm)에 대한 국산화 자체개발 내용 중 구조설계 및 해석결과 내용을 제시하였다. 상세 구조설계를 위해 3차원 CAD 프로그램을 이용하여 고 정밀도의 모델링을 수행하였고, 유한요소 기법을 이용하여 전산구조해석을 수행하였다. 코일링 암의 활용 목적에 맞추어 하역대상 케이블을 선박에서 케이블 탱크로 하역시 효과적으로 가이드 할 수 있도록 베어링 및 롤러 부품을 설계하여 메인 암이 회전하고 케이블 가이드가 이동할 수 있도록 하였고, 기존의 외국 모델에서 사용하던 와이어 및 모터 시스템을 이용한 케이블 가이드 작동방식을 유압 시스템을 이용한 작동방식으로 변경하여 원가절감을 달성하면서 사용자가 직관적으로 작동할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 장비 자체의 자중 및 하역 케이블 하중조건에 대한 응력 해석을 수행하였고, 유압시스템의 과작동에 따른 파손 가능성을 고려하였다. 케이블 가이드의 운동 및 설치 지면의 경사도에 따른 전복 안전성 해석을 수행하였으며, 설치장소의 풍하중 효과도 추가로 고려하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 수입품 코일링 암의 작동방식 개선과 독자적인 구조설계 및 해석 방법을 확립하였으며, 실제 국내 최초로 자체 개발된 제품의 현장설치 완료 및 하역작업의 효율적이고 정상적인 운영을 완료 및 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 요구되는 통신 거리가 길고 LOS 확보가 쉽지 않은 산악 지형이 보편적인 군 전술 통신 환경에서 커버리지 확장과 음영 지역 제거를 위한 협력 중계 기반의 IEEE 802.16j 네트워크를 고려한다. 이를 통해 IEEE 802.16j 네트워크의 상향 링크(UL)에서 협력 중계 전송을 위한 대역 할당과 경로 선택을 통합적으로 수행하는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 OFDMA 프레임 구조에서 협력 중계에 의한 처리율 증가량과 UL 접속 구간 및 UL 중계 구간의 대역 제한폭을 고려하여 전체 시스템의 데이터 처리율을 최대화하는 최적화 문제를 정의하고, 다중 차원 다중 선택 배낭 문제(MMKP)로 변환 후, 전역 탐색 알고리즘을 이용하여 최적해를 구한다. 협력 중계를 이용하지 않는 경우에 대해서도 최적화 문제를 정의하고, MMKP 기반 기법을 제안한다. 성능 비교를 위해 링크 품질 기반 (LQB) 기법의 전체 시스템 처리율도 평가한다. 군 전술 통신 환경 중 LOS 확보가 쉽지 않은 산악 지형 환경에서 OPNET 기반 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 기법들의 전체 시스템 처리율을 비교 분석하고, 제안하는 MMKP 기반 기법들이 LQB 기법들에 비해 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 보이고, 협력 중계를 사용하는 기법들이 그렇지 않은 기법들보다 더 높은 전체 시스템 처리율을 제공함을 보인다.

모바일 상황정보와 온라인 친구네트워크정보 기반 텐서 분해를 통한 오프라인 친구 추천 기법 (Offline Friend Recommendation using Mobile Context and Online Friend Network Information based on Tensor Factorization)

  • 스마트폰과 Online Social Network Service(OSNS)의 대중화를 통해 언제 어디서든 주변인뿐만 아니라 전 세계 사람들과 상호작용 할 수 있게 되었고, 그 결과 사람들의 OSNS 사용률은 계속 증가하고 있다. 그런데, 일부 OSNS를 통한 대인관계 형성에 집중하는 사람들의 경우, 수많은 Face-to-Face Interaction(F2F Interaction)을 통해 형성되는 인간관계의 과정을 "친구추천" 버튼 하나로 건너뜀으로써 대인관계 기술 발달 및 유지에 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인에서 F2F Interaction 기회를 발견 및 제공할 수 있는 상황정보 기반의 친구추천 기법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 스마트폰 센서로부터 사용자의 상황정보와 Facebook에서 형성된 사용자 친구관계 정보를 수집하여 텐서 분해 및 결합을 기반으로 오프라인 환경에서 친구를 추천한다. 성능 평가를 위해 12명의 실험 참가자로부터 상황정보를 수집하고, 만족도를 평가하였다.

경쟁고용 장애인근로자의 주관적 경력성공에 대한 영향요인 분석: 개인 및 조직특성에 대한 다층분석의 적용 (A Study on the Impacters of the Disabled Worker's Subjective Career Success in the Competitive Labour Market: Application of the Multi-Level Analysis of the Individual and Organizational Properties)

  • 본 연구는 일반노동시장에서 근로자의 체계적 경력과정이 개인과 조직 모두의 성공적 성과착근과 창출의 핵심적 요소로 인식함을 전제로, 경쟁고용 장애인근로자의 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 요인을 개인 및 조직(기업)의 다차원적 수준에서 실증적으로 분석함으로써 실천적 통계적 적확성에 기반 한 자료를 토대로 장애인근로자의 성공적 직업생활을 위한 경력관리의 방향성에 대해 실천적 함의를 이끌어내고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 서울 경기 및 충청, 강원도 지역의 48개 기업에 취업중인 장애인근로자 126명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 개인 및 조직특성 자료를 수집하고, 다층분석기법을 활용하여 조직효과를 감안한 영향요인에 대해 분석하였다. 분석걸과, 우선 주관적 경력성공의 총 분산 중 조직특성에 의한 설명이 32.1%로 나타나 조직변수의 중요성에 대한 실천적 함의와 다층모형적용의 정당성을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 이의 영향요인으로 개인수준에서는 장애정도, 성장욕구, 자기주도적 경력태도, 가치지향적 경력태도 등이, 조직수준에서는 장애관련 편의제공, 경력지원, 인사지원, 대인지원 등이 유의미한 변수로 확인되어 개인수준의 특성변수에 대한 주관적 경력성공의 영향을 의미 있게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 조직효과를 감안한 개인요인들의 활성화로 주관적 경력성공을 향상시키기 위한 방안이 요구되는바 장애특성을 반영한 편의지원시스템 구축, 근로자지원프로그램의 적용, 프로티언 경력개발 지원체계구축, 인적 네트워크 구축 지원 등 개인-기업 통합적 실천전략을 제안하고 논의하였다.
