TCM을 이용한 칠갑저수지의 레크리에이션 편익 분석 (Measuring Recreational Benefits of Chilgap Reservoir Using TCM)

  • The study attempts to estimate the recreational benefits of Chilgap multi-purpose reservoir using the on-site survey sample of 130 visitors. The individual travel cost method is used for measuring the recreational benefits of Chilgap multi-purpose reservoir and a zero-truncated negative binomial model is used to elicit the travel demand function. The price elasticities of visit demand are ranged from 0.29 to 0.39. Recreational benefits are ranged from 119 to 156 thousand won per visit and are ranged from 292 to 383 thousand won per annual. When the number of annual visitors to Chilgap reservoir is appled, then the recreational benefits are ranged from 2.7 to 3.6 billion won. This study could contribute to the advancement of post-construction evaluation in the public construction field similar to Chilgap reservoir.

간척사업(干拓事業)의 다기능적(多機能的) 편익(便益)-비용분석(費用分析)과 발전방향(發展方向) (Multi-functional Benefits & Costs Analysis of Tide Land Reclamation Project and Development Guidelines in the Future)

  • The most limited production resource in Korea is land. During the period from 1995 to 2002, annual farm land area of 17,600ha have been converted to urban and industrial land. The self-sufficiency rate of rice, Korean staple food, is expected to be decreased from 97.5% in 2003 to 60-70% in 2020. Under such conditions, this study is aimed at first identifying multi-functional benefits of the reclamation projects such as agricultural production, industrial water supply, urban land supply, transportation effects, sightseeing effects and environmental values with and without the projects. To carry out the objectives, three existing tideland reclamation projects such as Daeho, Kumgang and Yongsangang irrigation project stage II were evaluated and Saemangeum tideland reclamation project which was jointly revaluated by environmental NGO and Govn't appointed specialists in 2000 was reviewed. According to this study results, tide land reclamation projects were showed financially and economically feasible and environmentally sustainable. The joint cost like estuary dam should be allocated based on the multi-functional benefits of the projects. To allocate the joint cost, legal and institutional improvement should adapt the joint cost allocation method as the specific cost-remaining benefit method. Korea has more than 402,000 ha of tidal flat of which 76,396ha have been reclaimed in 2003. To meet food security and to cope with shortage of land, phil-environmental reclamation projects should be continuously implemented and necessary tidal flats for protecting environmental ecosystem should be remained according to the detail survey results of reclaimable resources.

상관 다기능 저류지 조성의 경제적 편익 평가(I): 환경개선용수 공급편익을 중심으로 (Assessment of Economic Value of Sangkwan Multi-Purpose Reservoir (I): Benefits of Environmentally-Enhancing Water)

  • 본 연구는 상관 다기능 저류지의 조성을 가상적으로 설정하여 환경개선용수 공급편익을 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국민들의 지불의사액(WTP, willingness to pay)을 유도할 수 있는 설문조사기법인 조건부 가치측정법을 적용한다. 조사결과 많은 응답자들은 영의 WTP를 밝혔다. 이러한 영의 WTP를 다루기 위해 본 연구에서는 스파이크 모형을 적용한다. 분석결과 환경개선용수 공급편익은 사업지에 대해 가구당 연간 1,393.7원, 비사업지에 대해 가구당 연간 2,237.7원으로 추정되었다. 이 값을 전국으로 확장하면 연간 383.6억원에 달한다. 이러한 분석결과는 환경개선용수의 공급편익과 관련된 투자의 적정수준 결정 및 관리정책 결정에 있어서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

기업 SNS에서 고객의 상호작용 경험이 고객의 학습 혜택과 기업에 대한 고객 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Customer Interaction Experiences in Corporate SNSs on Customer Learning Benefits and Customer Trust in the Firm)

  • Many firms have been utilizing SNSs such as Facebook and Twitter actively in order to boost interactions with customers that promote product and service innovations and effective marketing. Although positive outcomes of the customer interactions in SNSs are expected, there exist few studies on the effects of interactions between customers and firms in the SNS context. This study empirically examines how customer experiences in multi-dimensional interactions (i.e., pragmatic, sociability, usability, and hedonic interaction) in corporate SNSs influence customer trust in the firm, and how customer learning benefits are associated with firm benefits such as gaining customer trust. The results indicate that all four dimensions of customer interactions in SNSs have significant effects on customer learning benefits, which in turn significantly influence customer trust in the firm. Meanwhile, the results reveal that there are also direct relationships between specific dimensions of customer interactions in SNSs and the two dimensions of customer trust (i.e., ability-based and benevolence/integrity-based). Based on the findings, this study diagnoses the status of corporate SNSs in terms of collaboration with customers and provides practical implications for firms which attempt to capitalize on the multi-dimensional customer interactions in SNSs and to facilitate innovative activities with customers.

소비자들의 게임 이용에 가격할인이 미치는 영향; 싱글게임과 멀티게임 비교 (Different Effects of Price Discounts on Game Purchase: Comparison between Single and Multi-Games)

  • 게임 산업의 성장에 따라 관련 업체들은 게임 판매량과 이익 증진을 위해서 가격할인 프로모션을 진행한다. 이러한 가격할인 프로모션은 소비자들이 게임과 같은 쾌락을 목적으로 제품을 할 때 그들의 죄책감을 줄여주는 정당성을 부여할 수 있어 높은 효과를 보인다고 하였다. 하지만 온라인 멀티게임의 발전으로 인하여 많은 소비자들은 온라인 상에서 타인과 사회적으로 연결될 수 있고 이러한 사회적 연결은 소비자들에게 실질적인 이익을 제공할 수 있기에 게임을 쾌락재로만 한정적으로 볼 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 관계 유무에 따라 게임을 종류를 분류하여 가격할인 효과에 대해서 알아보았다. 본 연구에서는 Steam이라는 세계적인 게임 플랫폼 회사를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 가격할인 게임 이용자 수에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았으며, 그 결과 가격할인 효과의 차이를 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 바탕으로 게임 실무자들에게 효과적인 프로모션 방안에서 대해서 제안한다.

Image-guided surgery and craniofacial applications: mastering the unseen

  • Image-guided surgery potentially enhances intraoperative safety and outcomes in a variety of craniomaxillofacial procedures. We explore the efficiency of one intraoperative navigation system in a single complex craniofacial case, review the initial and recurring costs, and estimate the added cost (e.g., additional setup time, registration). We discuss the potential challenges and benefits of utilizing image-guided surgery in our specific case and its benefits in terms of educational and teaching purposes and compare this with traditional osteotomies that rely on a surgeon's thorough understanding of anatomy coupled with tactile feedback to blindly guide the osteotome during surgery. A 13-year-old presented with untreated syndromic multi-suture synostosis, brachycephaly, severe exorbitism, and midface hypoplasia. For now, initial costs are high, recurring costs are relatively low, and there are perceived benefits of imaged-guided surgery as an excellent teaching tool for visualizing difficult and often unseen anatomy through computerized software and multi-planar real-time images.

상관 다기능 저류지 조성의 경제적 편익 평가(II): 레크리에이션용수 공급편익을 중심으로 (Assessment of Economic Value of Sangkwan Multi-Purpose Reservoir (II): Benefits of Recreational Water)

  • 물에 대한 기능 중 레크리에이션 기능은 빼놓을 수 없는 중요한 기능중의 하나이다. 그러나 레크리에이션 편익에 대한 정량적 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 실험선택법을 적용하여 레크리에이션 편익을 추정하고자 한다. 레크리에이션과 관련된 몇 개의 속성과 가격속성으로 이루어진 여러 개의 대안 중에서 선호하는 한 가지를 응답자로 하여금 선택하게 함으로서 개별 속성에 대한 한계지불의사액(MWTP) 정보를 도출한다. 분석결과 레크리에이션 용수 10,000톤의 추가적인 확보에 대해 각 가구는 연간 3원의 MWTP를 갖는 것으로 추정되었다. 또한 레크리에이션 용수의 수질을 1등급 개선시게 되면 각 가구는 연간 645.5원의 MWTP를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러 레크리에이션 시설의 추가적인확보에 대해 각 가구는 연간 1,518.6원의 MWTP를 가졌다. 이와 같은 정량적 정보는 다기능 저류지 조성 여부와 관련된 의사결정에서 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

건강신념모델에 근거한 중환자실 간호사의 다제내성균주 감염관리 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors related to the Management of MultiDrug-Resistant Organisms among Intensive Care Unit Nurses: An Application of the Health Belief Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors which influence the management of MultiDrug -Resistant Organisms (MDROs) by nurses in Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Methods: Data were collected from December 8 to 20, 2013 and participants were 163 ICU nurses working in one general hospital. The Health Belief Model tool and knowledge and management of MDROs infection tools were used in the study. Descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variances, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: Knowledge, perceived susceptibility, and perceived benefits had a significant influence on MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus,) and MDRAB (Multidrug Resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii) infection management when all the other variables were considered. Significant variable which had influence on VRE (Vancomycin Resistant Eenterococci) infection management were perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits. Conclusion: Perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits had significant influence on MDROs infection management. Emphasis needs to be on the perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits of MDROs infection management when providing an educational program for ICU nurses.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 관계효익과 관계몰입이 화장품 소비자의 구전의도 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Relational Benefits and Commitment on Word-of-mouth Intention and Repurchase Intention for Cosmetic Purchaser in Internet Shopping Mall)

  • As increasing the rates of purchasing cosmetic in internet shopping mall, the relationship marketing between purchaser and shopping mall service providers has become more important. At this point, the purpose of this study was to investigate factors of relational benefits and commitment, and to analyze the effects of relational benefits and commitment on word-of-mouth intention and repurchase intention for cosmetic purchaser in internet shopping mall. With convenience sampling, the research was surveyed to 20’s to 30’s female and male who had purchased cosmetics in internet shopping mall. The 308 responses were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, and multi-regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, the factors of relational benefits were divided into psychological benefits, social benefits, and economic benefits. Also the factors of commitment were divided into calculative commitment and affective commitment. Second, only psychological benefits affected to calculative commitment, and all three factors of relational benefits affected to affective commitment. Third, the word-of-mouth intention for cosmetic purchaser in internet shopping mall was affected by psychological benefits, social benefits, economic benefits, calculative commitment and affective commitment. Lastly, the repurchase intention of cosmetic in internet shopping mall was affected by psychological benefits, social benefits, economic benefits, calculative commitment, affective commitment and the word-of-mouth intention.

  • The present study has been conducted variable refrigerant flow system applied building. Multi air-conditioning system has some benefits : easier building management and maintenance and energy saving. Recently, the system heat pump has been employed in medium-sized and tall buildings. However, the performance data and design method for system heat pump are limited in literature due to complicated system parameters and operating conditions. In the present study, case study of a system heat pump applied various building. The aim of this paper is to application multi air-conditioners and to inform the benefits of multi air-conditioners.
