Muan Enterprise City is a mega-project that has an investment worth up to $3 billion only in the construction of infrastructure. The project's success will largely depend on the success of its construction management. This study sets out to establish a construction management plan for Muan Enterprise City by defining the core objectives and organizational structure and its supporting system. Project outline and core objectives were analyzed, and necessity of construction management and processes evaluated. Based on this analysis, implementation strategy for the achievement of project goals was defined and developed, and organizational structure and its support system to execute established. This study strives to support the project's construction management being carried out under proper planning and possibly set an example for construct ion management of mega-structures in the future.
