Most real image sequences contain multiple moving objects or multiple motions. In this paper, we segmented the moving objects with optical flow. Motion estimation by this method can estimate and compress the image sequences better than other methods such as block matching method. And, especially, we can make new image sequences by synthesizing the segmented objects. But, it takes too much time for motion estimation. And, it is not easy for a hardware implementation.
We propose a triangulation method based on stereo vision angles. We setup stereo vision systems which extract the depth information to a moving object by detecting a moving object using difference image method and obtaining the depth information by the triangulation method based on stereo vision angles. The feature point of a moving object is used the geometrical center of the moving object, and the proposed vision system has the accuracy of 0.2mm in the range of 400mm.
Major purpose of this study is to explore effect of presentation modalities of Television and print on children's and adult's recall. So An experiment was conducted by comparing children's and adults' recall of information stories presented in three different modalities: "television moving Image1(auditory-visual redundancy)", "television moving Image2(auditory-visual redundancy)" and "print text". Results indicated that children remembered more infornation from the television moving Image than from print versions regardless of auditory-visual redundancy. But for the adults advantage of television was only found for information that had been accompanied by redundant pictures in television moving Image, providing support for the dual-coding hypothesis.

In this paper, we proposed model creation algorithm for multiple moving objects tracking. The proposed algorithm is divided that the initial model creation step as moving objects are entered into background image and the model reformation step in the moving objects tracking step. In the initial model creation step, the initial model is created by AND operating division image, divided using difference image and clustering method, and edge image of the current image. In the model reformation step, a new model was reformed in the every frame to adapt appearance change of moving objects using Hausdorff Distance and 2D-Logarithmic searching algorithm. We simulated for driving cart in the road. In the result, model was created over 98% in case of irregular approach direction of cars and tracking objects number.

Video based object tracking normally deals with non-stationary image streams that change over time. Robust and real time moving object tracking is considered to be a problematic issue in computer vision. Multiple object tracking has many practical applications in scene analysis for automated surveillance. In this paper, we introduce a specified object tracking based particle filter used in an environment of multiple moving objects. A differential image region based tracking method for the detection of multiple moving objects is used. In order to ensure accurate object detection in an unconstrained environment, a background image update method is used. In addition, there exist problems in tracking a particular object through a video sequence, which cannot rely only on image processing techniques. For this, a probabilistic framework is used. Our proposed particle filter has been proved to be robust in dealing with nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems. The particle filter provides a robust object tracking framework under ambiguity conditions and greatly improves the estimation accuracy for complicated tracking problems.
In this paper, we propose a moving object tracking algorithm by using motion estimation in UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) video. Proposed algorithm is based on generation of initial image from detected reference image, and tracking of moving object under the time-varying image. With a series of this procedure, tracking process is stable even when the UAV camera sways by correcting position of moving object, and tracking time is relatively reduced. A block matching algorithm is also utilized to determine the similarity between reference image and moving object. An experimental result shows that our proposed algorithm is better than the existing full search algorithm.

This paper describes real-time detection and tracking of moving objects for unmanned visual surveillance. Using images obtained from the fixed camera it detects moving objects within the image and tracks them with displaying rectangle boxes enclosing the objects. Tracking method is implemented on an embedded system which consists of TI DSK645.5 kit and the FPGA board connected on the DSP kit. The DSP kit processes image processing algorithms for detection and tracking of moving objects. The FPGA board designed for image acquisition and display reads the image line-by-line and sends the image data to DSP processor, and also sends the processed data to VGA monitor by DMA data transfer. Experimental results show that the tracking of moving objects is working satisfactorily. The tracking speed is 30 frames/sec with 320x240 image resolution.
In this paper we propose real-time cocersion methods that can convert into stereoscopic image using depth map that is formed by motion detection extracted from 2-D moving image and region segmentation separated from image. Depth map which represents depth information of image and the proposed absolute parallax image are used as the measure of qualitative evaluation. We have compared depth information, parallax processing, and segmentation between objects with different depth for proposed and conventional method. As a result, we have confirmed the proposed method can offer realistic stereoscopic effect regardless of direction and velocity of moving object for a moving image.

In this paper, we propose a segmentation algorithm that can reliably separate moving objects from noisy background in the image sequance received from a camera at the fixed position. The proposed algorithm consists of three processes:generation of the difference image between the input image and the reference image, multilevel quantization of the difference image, and multistagemerging in the quantized image. The quantization process requantizes the difference image based on the multiple threshold values determined bythe histogram analysis. The merging starts from the seed region which created by using the highest threshold value and ends when termination conditions are met. the proposed method has been tested with various real imge sequances containing intruders. The test results show that the proposed algorithm can detect moving objects like intruders very effectively in the noisy environment.
This study is represented a method to give connect to optical cable from accident site and reviewed the method to transmission a moving image to control centre by real time, following the study of image transmission method in copper cable section where is a main line of railroad communication. Concept of network is studied to use cable and equipment effectively, and it's also reviewed technology of digital image transmission system and image evaluation methods, in spite of the pixel of camera and monitor resolution determine quality of image when moving image transferring by point to point. In addition, this study is reviewed checks and considerations of image transmission equipment (codec) with various transmission methods in room test, and then examined and analyzed wire/wireless combined transmission methods at wayside.
