제주도 연안 연속식 갈치채낚기 조획시스템의 개량에 관한 기초적 연구 (A basic study on the improvement of the continuous type fishing system for largehead hairtail hand line in coastal area of Jeju island, Korea)

  • This experimental study was carried out to obtain the base data for saving the man power in the fishing operation of largehead hairtail hand line by using the continuous type hand line system with a rotary device which could make a main line move automatically. In order to solve the twists and entangling on the main line happened during operating test, the resistance board was suspended at the end of the main line at sea. As the result, there were no problems of tangling and so on due to up and down moving of a main line. According to the control of a fixed angle of guide roller, it was possible to prevent the main line to be separated from a side roller and a guide roller. In addition, PVC tube between a guide roller and a side roller enabled a main line to be moved smoothly without any entanglement.

  • Wake characteristics of the flow over a finite square prism at different incidence angles were experimentally investigated using an open-loop wind tunnel. A finite square prism with a width D = 15 mm and a height H = 7D was vertically mounted on a horizontal flat plate. The Reynolds number was varied from $6.5{\times}10^3$ to $28.5{\times}10^3$ and the incidence angle ${\alpha}$ was changed from $0^{\circ}$ to $45^{\circ}$. The ratio of boundary layer thickness to the prism height was about ${\delta}/H=7%$. The time-averaged velocity, turbulence intensity and the vortex shedding frequency were obtained through a single-component hotwire probe. Power spectrum of the streamwise velocity fluctuations revealed that the tip and base vortices shed at the same frequency as that ofspanwise vortices. Furthermore, the results showed that the critical incidence angle corresponding to the maximum Strouhal number and minimum wake width occurs at ${\alpha}_{cr}=15^{\circ}$ which is equal to that reported for an infinite prism. There is a reduction in the size of the wake region along the height of the prism when moving away from the ground plane towards the free end.

  • Since then where the public housing comes in into Korea many there was development and change. The Mapo apartment in Seoul which is built at 1962 is the first apartment and case of Jeollabuk-do before being built at 1978, the Dongyang apartment Jeongju is the beginning. Before the residential supply ratio which gives already passes over 100% and of 80% or more of the house which is supplied is composed with the public housing. Therefore the expansion which is quantitative increased enough and also the degree of satisfaction improved about the people who lives in the house. From the research which sees consequently currently in the object satisfaction under investigating boil the specialists who from the small and medium-sized town and city have a many experience from construction field about the house. The result in future there is the goal provides the fundamental data which the quality of the house presents the direction which will advance about the public housing with base and improves.

  • 21세기는 감성과 문화로 중심가치가 이동하면서 콘텐츠의 역할과 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그중에서 만화는 원작 콘텐츠로서 무한한 가치를 지닌 것으로 평가되고 있다. 더구나 90년대 이후 .인력과 산업규모도 팽창일로에 있다. 그러나 이런 양적증가에도 불구하고 학문연구 발달이 늦고 더구나 산업계와의 유기적 협력관계가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 교재개발과 체계화가 중요하며, 만화용어의 표준화 및 사전편찬 사업들이 선행되어야 한다. 만화용어가 널리 쓰이려면 보편성이 획득되어야 하고 그러기 위해서는 시간이 필요하다. 그에 앞서 올바른 정의와 사용이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 만화용어의 표준화 작업과 연구는 만화산업을 견인하고 학문연구의 발전을 위한 기초작업으로서 학술적 연구와 산업현장에서의 효율성 제고에 크게 이바지할 것이다.

홈 네트워크 방식의 헬스 케어 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Medical Care System based on Home Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 인체의 운동 변화를 홈 네트워크 방식으로 측정하고 확인할 수 있는 헬스 케어 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안되는 시스템은 트레드밀 운동 또는 사이클 운동 자세에서, 그 운동의 변화에 따라 신호 전달 장치를 통하여 실시간으로 전달되는 생체 신호를 데이터 획득 장치를 통하여 얻고, 그 데이터를 분석 장치에서 논리적으로 분석하여 자세에 대한 평가를 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 측정파라미터의 항목을 혈압(Blood Pressure), 온도(Temperature), 낙상(Fall Index), 무게분포도(WDI), 체질량지수(BMI) 등으로 함으로서 측정값을 통하여 신체적 변화정도를 확인하고, 신체의 상태를 평가할 수 있도록 감시 체제를 구성하였다.

잡음에 강인한 셀 아이디 검출 및 SNR 추정 알고리즘 (Cell ID Detection and SNR Estimation Algorithms Robust to Noise)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동 기지국 채널 환경에 적용될 수 있는 이동 기지국 Cell ID 검출 및 신호대잡음비 추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 Cell ID 추정 알고리즘은, 부공간(Subspace)을 이용하여 이동 셀 내에서 사용 중인 Cell ID를 추정하는 알고리즘이다. 제안된 이동기지국 SNR 추정 알고리즘은 고유값과 잡음 부공간 수를 이용하여 SNR을 추정하는 알고리즘이다. 모의실험을 통하여 기존의 상관계수를 이용한 방법들과 제안된 알고리즘들을 비교한 결과 Cell ID 검출 및 신호대잡음비 추정 성능이 매우 우수함이 입증하였고, 배경 잡음 및 간섭 신호로 인한 열악한 고속 채널환경에서 제안된 알고리즘이 적합함을 보였다.

Study for improvement of grounds subjected to cyclic loads

  • Due to rapid industrialisation, large scale infrastructure development is taking place worldwide. This includes railways, high speed highways, elevated roads etc. To meet the demands of society and industry, many innovative techniques and materials are being developed. In developed nations like USA, Japan etc. for railways applications, new material like geocells, geogrids are being used successfully to enable fast movement of vehicles. The present research work was aimed to develop design methodologies for improvement of grounds subjected to cyclic loads caused by moving vehicles on roads, rail tracks etc. Deformation behavior of ballast under static and cyclic load tests was studied based on square footing test. The paper presents a study of the effect of geo-synthetic reinforcement on the (cumulative) plastic settlement, of point loaded square footing on a thick layer of granular base overlying different compressible bases. The research findings showed that inclusion of geo-synthetics significantly improves the performance of ballasted tracks and reduces the foundation area. If the area is kept same, higher speed trains can be allowed to pass through the same track with insertion of geosynthetics. Similarly, area of machine foundation may also be reduced where geosynthetics is provided in foundation. The model tests results have been validated by numerical modeling, using $FLAC^{3D}$.

Optimization Approach for a Catamaran Hull Using CAESES and STAR-CCM+

  • This paper presents an optimization process for a catamaran hull form. The entire optimization process was managed using the CAD-CFD integration platform CAESES. The resistance of the demi-hull was simulated in calm water using the CFD solver STAR-CCM+, and an inviscid fluid model was used to reduce the computing time. The Free-Form Deformation (FFD) method was used to make local changes in the bulbous bow. For the optimization of the bulbous bow, the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA)-II was applied, and the optimization variables were the length, breadth, and angle between the bulbous bow and the base line. The Lackenby method was used for global variation of the bow of the hull. Nine hull forms were generated by moving the center of buoyancy while keeping the displacement constant. The optimum bow part was selected by comparing the resistance of the forms. After obtaining the optimum demi-hull, the distance between two demi-hulls was optimized. The results show that the proposed optimization sequence can be used to reduce the resistance of a catamaran in calm water.

LabVIEW를 이용한 TIG 용접 자동 전압 제어 장치 개발 (Development of Automatic Voltage Control Equipment using LabVIEW Software)

  • The arc, generated by Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG) welding, is stable and provides excellent quality of the weld. Since automation is difficult, a lot of work is performed by hand. In addition, to obtain the uniform weld quality is difficult when using a base metal having a nonuniform welding line, or when welding inside a pipe. Generally, TIG welding power has the characteristic of constant-current. The welding voltage is changed in proportion to the arc length. Hence, the automatic voltage control equipment should be applied at the TIG welding system. The automatic voltage control equipment has been designed using LabVIEW software. It consists of a manufactured voltage divider circuit, and jig for moving the torch. The voltage measurements and driving of the motor were performed through the algorithm implementation in LabVIEW. Welding was conducted while increasing the arc length. In this process, it was confirmed that the automatic voltage control equipment kept the arc length constant.

  • MPEG(Moving Picture Expert Group)에서는 저작권 언어인 REL(Right Expression Language)과 REL의 능동적 어플리케이션 개발을 위해 용어사전인 RDD(Right Data Dictionary)에 대한 표준을 개발하였다. 그러나 REL의 저작은 MPEG-21 프레임워크를 이해해야 저작이 가능하다는 어려움이 있어 보다 쉬운 저작 시스템이 요구되며 저작된 문서를 분석 처리하는 소비 시스템과 REL 및 RDD를 연동하는 RDD 연동 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 REL 문서를 저작 할 수 있는 저작 시스템과 저작된 문서를 분석 처리하는 소비 시스템 그리고 웹서비스 기반에서 권한 질의를 처리하는 RDD 웹서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
