  • The Industrial Innovation Movement, based on win-win cooperation with SMEs, is a structure that enables suppliers who have struggled with corporate growth through productivity innovation due to poor manufacturing environment and lack of innovation. To this end, consultants and technical experts will support production innovation activities to improve production methods and improve productivity through process and management consulting. The purpose of this study was to explore the driving factors of the industrial innovation movement to improve the corporate ecosystem by improving the productivity of SMEs using modified IPA. The research results are as follows. First, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the CEO-related elements of the participating companies should be maintained and strengthened. The motivation, education support, innovation organizational culture, the establishment of an innovation promotion system requires centralization of efforts for improvement. Second, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the consultant's ability to analyze problems and suggest alternatives should be continuously strengthened. Third, in terms of the Central Promotion Headquarters, it was found that the Industrial Innovation Movement would be successful if the public information, industrial inspection for benchmarking, and provision of various information to support innovation activities were urgently improved.

  • This study focuses on the on-line civic social movement which is based on the individual dimension. This kind of on-line social movement is organized voluntarily by the citizens who have the common concerns about issues and problems raised in the net. In the context, this paper analyzes what is the characteristics of discourse formed in the process of public discussion concerned about the anti-Nix movement. And, this study also analyzed who was processed the anti-Nix movement through which steps and what kinds of way in the case of anti-nix movement. Based on the research results, the anti-Nix movement is led by the organizer of the movement and the active participants of it. This study also found out that the various movement strategies of the site organizer were the major reasons of the success of anti-Nix movement. This study also found out that the discussion board of anti-Nix movement is close to the function and role of traditional public sphere rather than those of the swearwords and libels.

  • During the two days of August 18, 19 of 1972, there was an unusually large number of mass soil movements resulting from severe storms in northeastern Ansong-chon Watershed. The study had several conclusions in connection with relationship between mass soil movement events and certain causing factors such as geology, soil, forest types, degree and profile of slopes, and other geomorphological features. Discussed on the forms and types of the movements including its sizes. Perhaps one of the most important problems facing the Preventive Soil Conservation is to determine the extent of critical conditions of mass soil movement events. Some results of the study will be enough to contribute for interpretation of the problems in this field.

  • The movement of characters in ceil animation is the art that gives the feeling of movement. The movement expressed naturally and well done makes the scene more dramatic and interesting. The history of 3D animation is not fully riped yet but it has shown powerful impact. The genre of 3D has come closer to us, yet it has given freshness and problems at the same time. One of the problems is the awkwardness of movement. Overplaying, stretching and squashing of character, was extremely difficult to accomplish using the prior technique of 3D so! ftware. It was not very effective so animators have avoided doing it. However, advanced technique of 3D software, so to speak, ‘stretch and squash’, overcomes the limitation of movement. The new form of character animation can be accomplished. The theme of this paper is about the analysis and comparison of ‘stretch and squash’ in cell and 3D animation.

  • The object of this study is to understand the problems of combat uniform garments through a survey regarding current wearing conditions, and furthermore to propose a combat uniform design more well suited to movement and body type. For this study, a survey of soldiers on active service was conducted. Based on the analysis of the survey results, a design that addressed the weak points of the garments currently in use was proposed. Four sets of experimental garments were created and in addition to present combat uniforms used in sensory tests to evaluate appearance and movement. In terms of the results of the evaluation of the appearance and movement evaluation. the test garments were generally received more favorably than the uniforms in current use.

  • Since 1970s, though many effective construction methods have been established to solve soft ground problems which had occurred in the off shore land reclamation and on shore highway construction, lateral movement of structure on soft ground is still a big problem to engineers. In this study an applicability of criteria for determining the lateral movement of the structure in soft ground is examined and most measured data is obtained from 140 bridge abutments in highway construction sites. Characteristics and effectiveness of existing methods that used for deciding amount of lateral movements of abutment are analyzed using the obtained data. From the analysis, a proper method to prevent lateral movement is proposed. This method is confirmed on several case histories which were constructed on marine clay.

  • Periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD) is a sleep-related movement disorder characterized by involuntary, rhythmic limb movements during sleep. While PLMD itself is not considered life-threatening, its association with certain underlying health conditions raises concerns about mortality risks. PLMD has been found to be associated with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and cardiovascular disease. The fragmented sleep caused by the repetitive limb movements and associated arousals may contribute to sympathetic activation, chronic sleep disruption, sleep deprivation, and subsequent cardiovascular problems, which can increase mortality risks. The comorbidities and health factors commonly associated with PLMD, such as obesity, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, may also contribute to increased mortality risks. PLMD is often observed alongside other neurological disorders, including restless legs syndrome (RLS) and Parkinson's disease. The presence of PLMD in these conditions may exacerbate the underlying health issues and potentially contribute to higher mortality rates. Further research is needed to elucidate the specific mechanisms linking PLMD to mortality risks and to develop targeted interventions that address these risks.

  • The objective of this study is to use the Korean Automobile Industry to exemplify typical problems with Korean capitalism by studying the structural characteristics of the Asian New Industrialization movement and analyzing the establishment and reorganization of the Korean Big Three System. Through comparative analysis taken from previous research, it was found that the Asian New Industrialization movement emphasized not only exports also but also included the importing of parts to Japan. Additionally, the pattern of development, technical accumulation, and other characteristics of the automobile industry were analyzed from the perspective of the Asian New Industrialization movement. Since the start of this movement is closely associated with the history of Korean capitalism, we have also analyzed the structural characteristics of the Korean New Industrialization movement. Through this analysis, that the study clearly shows that the Korean Automobile Industry has the framework characteristics of the Asian New Industrialization movement.

  • The mandibular movement during mastication has been studied, however there is still much controversy, therefore the purpose of this study was to establish the fundamental data in order to provide the functional occlusion and information in prosthodontic treatment, and the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disorder. The author analyzed the characteristics of the border and masticatory movements using the Mandibular Kinesiograph. The value, direction, deviation angulation of the border and masticatory movements were studied on the sagittal and frontal planes in 24 male subjects age of 22-28 without orofacial problems. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The values of border movement on the sagittal plane were an average of $25.81{\pm}5.14mm$ in vertical component and $24.37{\pm}3.76mm$ in ant-post component, and the posterior terminal hinge movement, $9.31{\pm}3.62mm$ in vertical component and $7.59{\pm}2.65mm$ in ant-post. component. 2. The distribution range of the masticatory movement within the border movement was an average of $19.2{\pm}12.81%$ of maximum ant-post, values and $55.5{\pm}16.1%$ of maximum values of border movement, and the movement path, for the most part, was directed to posterior deviation and ranged from 0.98 to 12.00mm, on an average of $5.15{\pm}3.49mm$. 3. On the frontal plane, a number of left and right deviation in 24 subjects was same, however, the right deviation was an average of $2.51{\pm}1.67mm$ compared with the left deviation. 4. On the frontal plane, the point of maximum lateral deviation was an average of $49.7{\pm}11.0%$ of maximum opening values. 5. The angulation between the terminal hinge movement path and the masticatory path was an average of $24.00{\pm}4.65$.
