Literature Review of Neurogenic Bladder Care (신경인성 방광 간호에 관한 고찰)

  • The literature review about bladder management method given to maintain and improve health of neurogenic bladder patients was done. Because the study of neurogenic bladder patients in nursing field is not enough, I tried to find report the study tendency through literature review, 1. There are five types of neurogenic bladder such as uninhibited neurogenic bladder, reflex neurogenic bladder, autonomous neurogenic bladder, sensory paralytic neurogenic bladder, and motor paralytic neurogenic bladder. 2. The accurate assessment of neurogenic bladder is done mainly through urodynamics and especially cystometrogram and urethrogram are used. 3. As the study of therapeutic management, the effect of Desmopressin, bladder auto-augmentation, incision of external urethral sphincter muscle, subarachnoid block and pudendal never block using phenol was studied. 4. For the study of general management, the effect of bladder training progam, intermittent catheterization and infection control has been studied but there has not been any obvious study in nursing field. Reviewed the study condition, it is necessary to develope bladder training program in order to increase life quality of neurogenic bladder patients.

  • Parameters of equivalent circuit of IPMSM are varied according to current magnitude and current phase angle. Especially, Parameter variation of IPMSM for an electric vehicle(EV) is critical. Because current magnitude is very large. and current phase angle range also is wide. So, variation characteristics of $L_d$ and $L_q$ of the IPMSM are analyzed and verified through experiments. And then new parameter estimator of $L_d$ and $L_q$ that is constructed by neural network technique is suggested Using numerical method, the advanced characteristics of current controller of vector control algorithm is verified.

  • In this paper, an efficient FFT-based fault detection algorithm is proposed. In our proposed method, fault detection is accomplished by process similar to the conventional FFT-based fault detection. However, the proposed technique adopts fast algorithms for preprocessing, where the conventional operation such as averaging is replaced with recursive average operation that outperforms the former in computational cost.   • $\textbullet$ In this paper, a new method of estimating the rotor speed and flux is proposed. $\textbullet$ The stator currents and voltages are measurable and all the system parameters are known. $\textbullet$ There are a number of common terms in the error dynamics. $\textbullet$ This is utilized to find a simpler error model involving some auxiliary variables. $\textbullet$ Using this error model, the state estimation problem is converted into a parameter estimation prob. $\textbullet$ Some stability properties are given on the basis of Lyapunov analysis. $\textbullet$ The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through simulations and experiments.

  • Physical therapists use assumptions about motor control in every aspect of their work in treating stroke patients. An understanding of the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery and therapeutic model is critical factor for physical therapist to evaluate and obtain a higher final stage of recovery. The purpose of this article was to review the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery, the role of rehabilitation in the process of recovery, therapeutic model and its limitation. This article will help understanding of recovery process. evaluation, and treatment of the stroke patients. Each therapeutic method consists of a different set of assumptions and they are not completely independent of one another. Therefore specializing in any techniques of physical therapy will not be enough to treat stroke, so we are in need of integrated approach and objective measurement instrument to adequately evaluate and treat stroke patients.

  • In this paper, a high speed rotating arc sensor for automatic fillet welding is introduced. In order to track the welding seam, The high speed rotating arc sensor is used. The welding tip of a high speed rotating arc sensor rotates about 3000 rpm using DC motor. The rotating torch is driven by gear between welding torch body and wire guide. The welding current is measured by using the current sensor and rot at ing position sensor. To realize the welding seam tracking algorithm with accuracy, a software filter algorithm using the moving average method is applied to the measured welding current in the microprocessor. The welding mobile robot with two wheels and two sliders is developed for fillet welding. The welding mobile robot can control its traveling direction and turn itself around the corner. The effectiveness is proven through the experimental results conducted with varied fillet tracking patterns.

  • There is few study which automatically diagnoses the fault from ship's monitored data. The bigger control and monitoring system is. the more important fault diagnosis and maintenance is to reduce damage caused by system fault. This paper proposes fault diagnosis system using a correlation analysis algorithm which is able to diagnose and forecast the fault from monitored data and is composed of fault detection knowledge base and fault diagnosis knowledge base. For all kinds of ship's engine room monitored data are classified with combustion subsystem, heat exchange subsystem and electric motor and pump subsystem, To verify capability of fault detection, diagnosis and prediction, FMS(Fault Management System) is developed by C++. Simulation by FMS is carried out with population data set made by the log book data of 2 months duration from a large full container ship of H shipping company.

  • In this paper, the variable tendency of the piezoelectric constant and resonance characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramics due to the electric field is studied. The practical application of piezoelectric ceramics is not only applied in field of small signal. For example, in case of an ultrasonic motor, 120 ${\sim}$ 130Vrms of driving voltage is needed. Therefore, to examine the characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics in large signal contributes to reducing the susceptibility to the multifarious application and securing the ease of the production of control circuit. These contributions may be connected to the expansion of industrial application. We fabricated disk-type piezoelectric ceramic samples by using conventional method and measured the resonance characteristics of these samples under from low to high voltage driving conditions. According to increasing the value of the input voltage, we measured the resonance frequency of the piezoelectric ceramic, and inquired into the cause of these phenomena.

  • 속도의 가변이 많지 않은 모터 application에서는 벡터 제어보다 홀센서를 사용한 BLDC제어를 주로 사용하고 있다. 하지만 기본적으로 홀센서의 기구적인 취약점으로 인하여 BLDC 제어에 문제점이 발생하는 현상을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 BLDC전동기 구동에 필요한 3개의 홀센서를 이용한 전동기 구동방식에서 하나의 홀센서를 이용하여 회전자의 위치를 추정하는 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 이러한 방식을 통해 홀센서의 취약 부분인 열에 의해 손상되는 경우나 기구적으로 위치오차를 가지고 있는 경우에도 정상적으로 위치정보를 습득할 수 있도록 하여 정상적인 BLDC제어를 할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제안하였다.
