$0.18-{\mu}m$ high voltage technology 13.5V high voltage well-based symmetric EDMOS isolated by MTI was designed and fabricated. Using calibrated process and device model parameters, the characteristics of the symmetric and asymmetric EDMOS have been simulated. The asymmetric EDMOS has higher performance, better $R_{sp}$ / BVDSS figure-of-merit, short-channel immunity and smaller pitch size than the symmetric EDMOS. The asymmetric EDMOST is a good candidate for low-power and smaller source driver chips. The low voltage logic well-based EDMOS process has advantages over high voltage well-based EDMOS in process cost by eliminating the process steps of high-voltage well/drift implant, high-temperature long-time thermal steps, etc. The specific on-resistance of our well-designed logic well-based EDMOSTs is compatible with the smallest one published. TCAD simulation and measurement results show that the improved logic well-based nEDMOS has better electrical characteristics than those of the conventional one. The improved EDMOS proposed in this paper is an excellent candidate to be integrated with low voltage logic devices for high-performance low-power low-cost chips.

Modern users are intensifying their use of online services every day. In addition, hackers are attempting to execute advanced attacks to steal personal information protected using existing authentication technologies. However, existing authentication methods require an explicit authentication procedure for the user, and do not conduct identity verification in the middle of the authentication session. In this paper, we introduce an implicit continuous authentication technology to overcome the limitations of existing authentication technology. Implicit continuous authentication is a technique for continuously authenticating users without explicit intervention by utilizing their behavioral and environmental information. This can improve the level of security by verifying the user's identity during the authentication session without the burden of an explicit authentication procedure. In addition, we briefly introduce the definition, key features, applicable algorithms, and recent research trends for various authentication technologies that can be used as an implicit continuous authentication technology.

The purpose of this study is to consider the internal meaning and the external from of Dualism in Unisex Mode : to investigate the dualistic expression appeared on the Unisex Mode by analyzing the general fashion magazine. The results of the study were as follows : First, the phenomenon of Dualism in Unisex Mode may be clues indication that some roles, once assigned exclusively to either males or females, are becoming mutually shared, or what may be called human roles. Second, the expression of Dualism in Unisex Mode whether direct away of symbolic way is represented by metaphoric manner such as unisex look(mono sex look, or trans sex look) with spirit of the time’s. Third, the formality and contents that related dualistic mode shows a various method in style, coordination of texture or item.

Since early model of powered toothbrush (Broxadent) was introduced in the 1960s, the design of powered toothbrush has changed significantly. Today powered toothbrushes can be categorized as mechanical and sonic. The main patterns of movements in the modern powered toothbrushes are oscillation, reciprocation, and rotational. Powered brushes especially helpful for people who have disabilities or dexterity issue. These brushes are also highly recommended for patients who require a larger handle because these are easier to grasp. By systematic review of Cochrane group in 2014, powered toothbrushes reduced dental plaque and gingivitis more than manual toothbrushing in the short and long term. Now we can recommend powered toothbrushes to people who need to enhance self-control dental plaque removal efficacy.

On 16Dec. 1999, It was 100 years since the opening the first railroad section of 33.2km on Sep. 1899, Korea High Speed Railroad had a successful trial run of 200km/h on test track section. And the test speed 300km/h was achieved an 28 June 2000 during continuous commissioning. In the 21st century, the High Speed Railroad will be opened commercially in Korea and will contribute to technical development. Now, it is necessary to re-evaluate the role of railroad in modern society and to activate the railroad system. Ultimately, the competitive power of nation will be strengthened with energy saving, reduction of pollution and transportation cost. It conclusion the railroad system have to be expaned about 50% of total transportation to make preparations for reopening of Eurasia silk route through KyungEu railroad connection.

After the Industrial Revolution. most of experimental houses were had focused on the way of construction structure and material of buildings. Especially the Case Study Houses among experimental house of the mid-twentieth century were appreciated as an important case in a viewpoint of technology space and aesthetics. The Case Study Houses program was started by the sponsorship of magazinein California 1945 after the World War II. From 1945 to 1966. for about 20years more than 36 house projects were progressed by the Case study House Program This research divided and organized the expression characteristics of the Case Study Houses' technical spacious and artistic aspects. As a result the experimental housing concept that was established within the Case Study Houses became the remarkable concept of the modern architecture that is successfully accomplished within the frame of housing.

본자료는 미국의 타이어 전문지인 「Modern Tire Dealer」에서 조사한, 85년도 미국의 타이어 산업 및 타이어시장 전반에 관한 실적분석이다. 85년도 미국 타이어 업계의 수급실적을 보면, 승용차용타이어의 총출하량은 195백만개로 84년보다 약 0.5% 감소하였으나, 트럭ㆍ버스용 타이어의 총출하량은 3,930만개로 84년보다 약 2.1% 증가되었다. 한편 시장별로 보면, 교환용타이어시장에서는 승용차용이 140백만개로 전년보다 약 3% 감소되었으나, 트럭ㆍ버스용은 3,170만개로 전년보다 약 2.6% 증가하였다. 또 신차용 타이어시장에서는 승용차용이 55백만개로 전년대비 약 5.8% 증가되었고, 트럭ㆍ버스용은 760만개로 전년과 같았다. 즉,85년도 미국 타이어시장은 전반적으로 보아 전년과 같은 수준이었다 <편집자 주>

The Purpose of this study is to comprehend the form of Post-modernism in 1980~90 Fashion by comparing to the representative form of Modernism. For empirical data, photographs and critics about fashion were collected from Vogue fashion magazine to differentiate from other studies which is mostly analysed from collection. The results are as follows: The Modernism in fashion can be epitomized simple and functional form as a rational costume and Post-modern fashion expresses all sorts of emotion as a react of rational theme of modernism with manners of anti-formal pluralism such as pastiche, parody and Kitsch. The fashion in 1980-90s in Vogue expressed as follow :1) The Postmodernism is well exploited around 1990 and costrained by traditional and classical Mode. 2) The other main character of Postmodernism, romantic eroticism is broadly expressed with material and slim curved body conscious line. 3) The Modernism and Postmodernism coexisted in the end of 1990, in more matured format.

이 자료는 미국의 타이어 전문지인 「Modern Tire Dealer」에서 1988년도의 미국 타이어산업 및 타이어시장 전반에 관한 실적을 조사분석한 것이다. 이 자료에 나타난 1988년도 미국 타이어업계의 수급실적을 보면, 승용차용 타이어의 총출하량은 209.5백만개로 전년도보다 약 3% 증가하였으며, 트럭ㆍ버스용 타이어의 총출하량은 42.7백만개로 전년도보다 약 1% 증가하였다. 한편, 시장별로 보면, 교환용타이어시장에서는 승용차용이 150백만개로 전년도보다 약 3% 증가하였으며, 트럭ㆍ버스용은 34.3백만개로 전년도보다 오히려 약 1% 감소하였다. 그리고, 신차용 타이어시장에서는 승용차용이 53.5백만개로 전년도보다 약 1% 증가하였고, 트럭ㆍ버스용은 8.4백만개로 전년도보다 약 6% 증가하였다. 전반적으로 보아 1988년도의 미국 타이어시장의 수급실적은 전년도보다 약 2% 증가하였다.<편집자주>

The purpose of this study is to grasp the application tendency of interior accessories in Korean residential spaces. The main resources were selected documents and articles with pictures published 27 years, from 1976 to 2002, in Modern House, which is the first magazine for the residential space in Korea. The major findings are summarized as follows: 1) Interior accessories were investigated more for functional reasons than decorative reasons. Despite the belief that interior accessories are Primarily for decoration purposes, this study proves that the functional elements are more important as part of the Korean interior. 2) The kind and the amount of interior accessories applied in residential space were decreasing in most accessories as well as in master bedroom, and living rooms from 1994 to 2002. 3) The number of application to Korean traditional accessories in residential space decreases as time goes by.
