부부갈등과 우울, 불안의 관계에서 용서의 중재효과 (Relationships Among Couple-Conflict, Forgiveness, Depression, and Anxiety: Moderating Effects of Forgiveness)

  • This study investigates the relationships amongst couple conflict, forgiveness, depression, and anxiety according to gender. This study also examined whether forgiveness has a moderating effect on the relationship among couple conflict, depression, and anxiety according to gender. The sample consisted of 263 parents of high school students. The couples reported their level in the Couple Conflict Inventory, Enright Forgiveness Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and Personality Assessment Inventory. The findings are as follows: 1) Anxiety only significantly differed between husband and wife. 2) Couple conflict positively related to husband and wife depression and anxiety. Forgiveness is negatively related to couple conflict, anxiety, and depression between husband and wife. 3) The moderating effects of forgiveness within couple conflict and depression only showed with the wife. 4) The moderating effect of forgiveness between couple conflict and anxiety was only displayed by the husband. The findings of this study indicate that forgiveness could function as a protective factor for couples who perceive couple conflict, depression, and anxiety. These results suggest implications for couple conflict education and couple counseling according to gender.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internationalized human capital on SME's export performance and to examine the moderating effects of export experience and export market diversification of SMEs that can affect the relationship between internationalized human capital and export performance of SMEs. The results of empirical analysis of 150 small and medium-sized enterprises located in Jeonnam province are as follows. First, the internationalized human capital of SMEs was found to have a positive (+) effect on export performance. Second, as a result of empirically analyzing the moderating effect of internationalized human capital on export performance, the export experience of SMEs was found to have a negative (-) moderating effect on the relationship between internationalized human capital and export performance of SMEs, and the export market diversification had a negative (-) moderating effect on the relationship between internationalized human capital and export performance of SMEs. This study provides meaningful theoretical implications in that this study identified the role of human capital by analyzing the relationship between internationalized human capital as an important source of competitive advantage of SMEs and export performance.

감정 노동에서 표현 규칙의 공정성에 대한 지각과 문제 중심 스트레스 대처의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderating Effects of Display Rule Fairness Perception and Problem-Focused Stress Coping on Emotional Labor)

  • The moderators that relieve negative effects of emotional labor have been studied such as job characteristics and situational variables. But as reviewing these studies, they focused on the degree of emotional on certain condition, there's no distinction between that degree and moderating effects. So we should focus on the moderating variables as a organizational involvement. In this study, I hypnotized the mediating effect of job stress between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Then I explored moderating role of 'fairness perception of emotional labor' and 'problem-focused stress coping'. This study tested these relationships using data from 166 employees of domestic security service company. From this data, I found that emotional labor increases job stress and job stress fully mediates the relationship between individual attitude(job satisfaction, turnover intention). And one who perceives display rule fairer, feels less job stress than who is not. Lastly, one who copes more problem-focused when he/she experiences job stress, have less negative effect on turnover intention.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient human-resources direction for the management of dental hygienists, the study analyzes the influential relationship between superior's coaching leadership as perceived by dental hygienists and their on the job satisfaction, and proves the moderating effects of leader trust and of followership in the process. Methods : To test the empirical model, data were collected by survey using structural self-administered questionnaires that were distributed to 300 dental hygienists working at dental clinics in the Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Gyeonggi areas, from 27 March to 10 April, 2015, 286 cases were used in final analysis. Results : Coaching leadership is found to have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Trust in a leader showed a significant main moderating effect on job satisfaction, on the other hand, followership showed a significant main effect, but no significant moderating effect, on job satisfaction. Conclusions : The results of this study imply that leadership factors such as coaching leadership and leader trust are crucial for improving the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, therefore, a program for enhancing the leadership skills of dental managers is needed in dental health organizations.

대학생의 자기비난이 사회불안에 미치는 영향: 자기용서의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Self-Criticism on Social Anxiety among College Students: Focus on Moderating Effects of Self-Foriveness)

  • This study examined the moderating effect of self-forgiveness on the relationship between self-criticism and social anxiety among male and female college students. This study included 441 college students (211 male and 230 female students) with an average age of 22.2. Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the moderating effect of self-forgiveness on the relationship between self-criticism and social anxiety was significant for male students. A higher level of self-criticism tended to result in a higher level of social anxiety that was strengthened in the group of lower level of self-forgiveness versus a tendency for self-criticism to increase male social anxiety was weaker in the group with a higher level of self-forgiveness. However, the moderating effect of self-forgiveness was not significant in female students and only the main effect of self-criticism on social anxiety was significant. The results provide a basis to understand the psychological processes of social anxiety in college students. The results suggest the necessity to intervene and strengthen self-forgiveness as a protective factor to alleviate the negative effects of self-blame on social anxiety in male college students.

  • This study focuses on the influence of followership on leadership and empowerment, and to verify based on the control variables taken in IT SME's to enhance competitiveness through innovation and improvement plan that have been taken. Because there can be a lot of information to be taken, the laws of Moderated Regression Multiple analysis(MMR) were used. Amos, due to the moderating effect of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) has been employed to re-verify the results seen with Moderated Regression Multiple analysis. The paper focuses on determining whether transformational leadership or transactional leadership is effective as shown by the levels of empowerment derived from these two types of leadership under study. As a result, both the Moderated Regression Multiple analysis and structural equation model searched information on transformational and followership for empowerment having moderating effects. In the Moderated Regression Multiple analysis, results showed that empowerment for leadership in business in the regulation of followership role appeared not to be seen. However, using the structural equation modeling, moderating effects have been found.

  • In this paper, we propose a strategy of charging by analyzing the difference of path coefficient according to whether consumers are free or not, rather than presenting strategies for charging. Mobile devices have become so popular that they are called necessities. Companies have to adapt to the mobile environment and respond to the situation, and have to expand market opportunities strategically. In this study, we extend the technology acceptance model to analyze the incentives of consumers' behavior by analyzing the difference in the effect consumers perceive as a moderating variable, whether paid or free. Efforts to maximize company's inherent profit continue, and in particular, charging is a strategy that all companies should pursue in the mobile environments. It is necessary to grasp the degree of the consumer's response to free and charge. The model of satisfaction with the continuous use and the word-of-mouth intention, which is the behavior intention, is presented by adding parameters of satisfaction to the technology acceptance model. In addition, we try to derive implications by analyzing the influence of moderating effects of whether free or not.

청소년의 학업스트레스와 행복의 관계에서 대인관계 유능감의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effects of Interpersonal Competence in the Correlation between Academic Stress for Adolescents and Happiness)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of interpersonal competence on the effects of academic stress on happiness of adolescents. For this research a survey on academic stress, interpersonal competence, and happiness was conducted with a total 487 high school students living in Daegu city. The collected data was statically processed by using SPSS 20.0 according to frequency, descriptive statistics, and multi regression analysis. The main results can be summarized as follow. First, Academic stress affected the adolescents' happiness. The higher the level of academic stress was, the smaller the adolescent's happiness. second, between academic stress and happiness, conflict management and disclosing personal information played a moderating role to reducing the academic stress. That is, it was confirmed that interpersonal competence played a moderating role on the effect that academic stress had on adolescent happiness. In conclusion, this study can be practically applied as basic information to increase happiness on adolescents. In addition, the results provided valuable insights for developing program the intervene for adolescents' happiness.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 가족관계가 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고 자기효능감의 직접효과와 간접효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 G광역시 중학교 3학년 재학생 318명이다. 본 연구결과는 가족관계와 자기효능감이 스마트폰 중독에 대해 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 가족관계와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 자기효능감은 조절효과가 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 청소년의 가족관계와 자기효능감이 정신건강에 미치는 중요한 영향을 입증했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며 자기효능감이 가족관계에 따른 스마트폰 중독을 감소 또는 예방할 수 있는 가능성을 시사해준다.

서비스직 근로자의 고객응대업무와 프리젠티즘: 상사 지지의 조절효과 (Exploring Interaction between Interactive Services and Presenteeism of Korean Service Workers: The Moderating Effects of Supervisor Support)

  • Purpose: This study delves into the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism among Korean service workers, aiming to discern the moderating effects of supervisor support on the relationship. Methods: Utilizing secondary data from the sixth Korean Working Conditions Survey, involving 7,628 service workers, this study conducted logistic moderated regression analysis to scrutinize the moderating effects of supervisor support on the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism. Results: Approximately 10% of workers experienced presenteeism in the previous 12 months. Females, low-educated, elderly, those working long hours, and low-wage workers were more likely to perceive presenteeism. Notably, a statistically significant U-shaped curvilinear relationship was observed between interactive service duration and presenteeism. The results also underscore the moderating role of supervisory support in shaping the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism. Conclusion: The study highlights the significance of supervisor interest and support in promoting workers' health, thereby not only improving the wellbeing of individual workers but also fostering organizational productivity by reducing presenteeism.
