임신오조(姙娠惡阻)의 외치법(外治法)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A study on the external treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum)

  • Hyperemesis gravidarum is one of the most common symptom in the early pregnancy and if it cause severe malnutrition by means of heavy vomiting as a basic sign of disease of pregnant syndrome, appropriate treatments are necessary. In the clinics the methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum include herb-medication usually. But herb-medication therapy is rather difficult because during pregnancy it may cause vomiting by the smell and taste of herbs. So the author investigated the literatures referred to the external treatments of hyperemesis gravidarum excluding herb-medication and the results obtained here were as follows. 1. The external methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum are various and include moxibustion, the method of applying drug at the umbilicus, ear-acupuncture method, pressure massage therapy, naso-spray method, acupoint injection, intervenous injection 2. Among the external methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum , the method of applying drug at the umbilicus is most variable and almost all prescriptions use Zingiber officinalis Rose, characteristically. 3. Ear-pressure massage method to treat the hyperemesis gravidarum uses the car-acupoints of Gan, We, Shin-mun, Gyo-gam. 4. Among the external methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum , moxibustion, pressure massage, and acupoint injection select frequently Nae-gwan(PC6), Chok-samni(ST36) and Chung-wan(CV12). 5. In the both the internal and external methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum one have to differentiate syndromes in the viewpoint of oriental medicine and treat with the principls of treatment and prescriptions which are fit to each differentiation model under the principle of regulating the stomach and relieving vomiting.

자율주행자동차의 사회 수용에 미치는 영향 요인과 정책적 시사점 (Influencing Factors on Social Acceptance of Autonomous Vehicles and Policy Implications)

  • 자율주행자동차의 도입은 자동차의 산업생태계 변화뿐만 아니라 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 변화를 가져올 것이다. 사회적 수용성은 자율주행자동차 상용화가 성공하기 위한 중요한 영향 요인 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 수요자 관점에서 자율주행자동차의 수용에 영향을 주는 요인들이 무엇인지 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 개입 여부에 따라 부분자율주행자동차(PAV)와 완전자율주행자동차(FAV)로 정의하였다. 설문은 운전자뿐만 아니라 비운전자도 포함하여 20세 이상을 대상으로 수행되었다. 그 결과 PAV와 FAV 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 다르게 나타났다. PAV의 경우 운전자와 직접적인 관련이 있는 요인들이 수용성에 영향을 미쳤고, FAV의 경우 외부 환경 요인들이 자율주행자동차의 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 PAV와 FAV의 수용 확산을 위해서는 서로 다른 전략이 필요하다는 것을 보여주었다.

중재감정에 관한 비교법적 연구 (A Comparative Study on ‘Schiedsgutachten’)

  • ‘Schiedsgutachten’ is more of a law phenomenon that appears frequently in privity of contract rather than a concept that is .generally established in the positive law. There is no definition of this in the positive law which makes it difficult to put a finger on the concept but when the concerned party of the conflict puts the establishment of a fact that is a premise to the legal relationship or the right about the legal right's content or the supplementation of the legal relationship to a third party and makes an agreement to follow the third party's judgement, the process is called the contract of schiedsgutachten. At this point, the judgement of the third party is called the schiedsgutachten. This thesis strives to search for an activation of the schiedsgutachten system in Korea by analyzing and researching the systems in various European countries including Germany where the above mentioned schiedsgutachten system is relatively well-developed. First of all, the three types of schiedsgutachten in the German law will be looked into. Based on this, the theories and judicial precedents of Swiss law, French law, Italian law, and British law will be looked into as well. By doing this, similarities and distinction standards between the various countries' legal systems will be further analyzed. Along with this, the legal qualities and the binding power of the schiedsgutachten will be searched out. In Korea, the term schiedsgutachten itself is not customary as the system itself is not actively being carried out. However, in car damage compensation lawsuits which occupy a big percentage, if the schiedsgutachten system were to be used, the problem would be easily solved without progressing to lawsuits. Korea should actively seek out this system with the various models of different countries including Germany which has been introduced in this thesis as a model.

눈 영상비를 이용한 운전자 상태 경고 시스템 (A Driver's Condition Warning System using Eye Aspect Ratio)

  • 본 논문은 교통사고 방지를 위한 운전자의 눈 영상비를 이용한 상태 경고시스템의 설계에 대해 소개하고 있다. 제안하는 운전자 상태 경고 시스템은 눈 인식을 위한 카메라, 카메라를 통해 들어오는 정보를 처리하는 라즈베리파이, 그리고 그 정보를 통해 운전자에게 경고를 줄 때 필요한 부저와 진동기로 구성되어 있다. 운전자의 눈을 인식하기 위해서 기울기 방향성 히스토그램 기술과 딥러닝 기반의 얼굴 표지점 추정 기법을 사용하였다. 동작을 시작하면, 시스템은 눈 주변의 6개의 좌표를 통해 눈 영상비를 계산한다. 그리고 눈을 뜬 상태와 감은 상태의 눈 영상비를 각각 계산한 후 이 두 값으로부터 눈의 상태를 판단하는데 사용하는 문턱 값을 설정한다. 문턱 값이 운전자의 눈 크기에 적응하면서 설정되기 때문에 시스템은 최적의 문턱 값을 사용하여 운전자의 상태를 판단할 수 있다. 또한 낮은 조도에서도 눈을 인식할 수 있도록 회색조 변환 이미지와 LAB모델 이미지를 합성하여 사용하였다.

이동형 위성단말을 위한 20 GHz 대역 채널 특성 분석 (Analysis of Channel Characteristics at Around 20 GHz for Satellite On-The-Move Terminal)

  • 본 논문은 위성통신 시스템에서 OTM(On-The-Move: 이동형) 위성단말이 운용되는 지역의 채널 특성을 분석한 결과를 다룬다. 무궁화 5호 위성의 20 GHz 대역 수신 신호를 이용하여 대전~대천까지 실 주행시험을 수행하였고, 측정 결과를 고속도로 환경과 국도 환경 두 부분으로 구분하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 통계적 분석에는 확률밀도 함수와 Markov 모델을 이용하여 위성 채널의 특성을 분석하였고, 더불어 국도 환경과 고속도로 환경에서 수신 전력의 임계값 설정에 따른 ACD(Average Connection Duration), AFD(Average Fade Duration), LCR(Level Crossing Rate)을 각각 제시하고, 서로 비교하였다.

XML을 이용한 이기종 CAD 조립체 DMU시스템의 설계 (An XML-based Digital Mock-Up System for Heterogeneous Multi-CAD Assembly)

  • As many engineers and technicians are involved in the design process of large scale and/or complex products, there are a lot of miss matches and interferences due to designers' faults and several kinds of CAD systems. Recently, CAD systems are applied to verify and check the assembly process. Digital Mock-Up(DMU) system, a tool to build a virtual mock-up in the design stage, has been used to prevent the interferences and miss matches during precision design processes. Using the virtual assembly tool, engineers are able to design precision and interference free parts without physical mock-ups. Instead of a single CAD source, several CAD systems are used to design a complex product. Several organizations are involved in the distributed design environment for heterogeneous multi-CAD assembly. XML and the lightweight CAD file are proposed for the multi-CAD assembly. XML data contains hierarchy of the heterogenenous multi-CAD assembly. STEP PDM schema and STEP ISO 10303-28 formations are applied to construct the XML data. The lightweight CAD file produced from various CAD files through ACIS kernel and InterOp not only contains mesn, B-Rep and topological data, but also is used to visualize CAD data and to verify dimensions. Developed system is executed on the desktop computers. It does not require commercial CAD systems to visualize 3D assembly data. Real-time interference and fitness checks, dimensional verification, and design and assembly verification are performed on the developed system. Assembly of heterogeneous models for a car is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the developed DMU system on the Internet.

칼만필터를 이용한 음성신호에 중첩된 유색잡음의 감쇠 (An Application of the Kalman Filter for Attenuation of Colored Noise Superimposed on Speech Signal)

  • 정체형 칼만필터와 간단한 음성-비음성 판별알고리즘을 사용하여 비정체형 유색잡음을 감쇠시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 종래의 잡음감쇠알고리즘들이 대부분 백색 또는 정체형 잡음을 다룬데 비하여 본 연구는 대부분의 실제 잡음환경, 즉, 비백색 비정체성 잡음을 다루었다는 점이 다르다. 잡음감쇠기로서는 AR모델에 의거한 백터형 칼만필터를 사용하였고, 음성/비음성 판별에는 단구간에너지의 임계값논리를 사용하였다. 칼만필터에 필요한 잡음의 계수는 비음성구간에서 추산하였고, 음성의 계수는 EM반복법을 적용하여 추산하였다. 실험결과는 신호대 잡음비와 청취테스트로 제시하였다. 차량잡음을 사용한 실험결과, 비음성구간의 배경잡음은 거의 완전히 제거할 수 있었고, SNR이 0dB내지 -5dB로 낮아짐에 따라 왜곡이 심화 되는 경향을 보였으나, 음성의 명료도를 저하시키지는 않았다.

최근접 이웃 결정방법 알고리즘을 이용한 도로교통안전표지판 영상인식의 구현 (A Study on the Implement of Image Recognition the Road Traffic Safety Information Board using Nearest Neighborhood Decision Making Algorithm)

  • According as the drivers increase who have their cars, the comprehensive studies on the automobile for the traffic safety have been raised as the important problems. Visual Recognition System for radio-controled driving is a part of the sensor processor of Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle System. When a driver drives his car on an unknown highway or general road, it produces a model from the successively inputted road traffic information. The suggested Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board is to recognize and distinguish automatically a Road Traffic Safety Information Board as one of road traffic information. The whole processes of Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board suggested in this study are as follows. We took the photographs of Road Traffic Safety Information Board with a digital camera in order to get an image and normalize bitmap image file with a size of $200{\times}200$ byte with Photo Shop 5.0. The existing True Color is made up the color data of sixteen million kinds. We changed it with 256 Color, because it has large capacity, and spend much time on calculating. We have practiced works of 30 times with erosion and dilation algorithm to remove unnecessary images. We drawing out original image with the Region Splitting Technique as a kind of segmentation. We made three kinds of grouping(Attention Information Board, Prohibit Information Board, and Introduction Information Board) by RYB( Red, Yellow, Blue) color segmentation. We minimized the image size of board, direction, and the influence of rounding. We also minimized the Influence according to position. and the brightness of light and darkness with Eigen Vector and Eigen Value. The data sampling this feature value appeared after building the learning Code Book Database. The suggested Recognition System of the Road Traffic Safety Information Board firstly distinguished three kinds of groups in the database of learning Code Book, and suggested in order to recognize after comparing and judging the board want to recognize within the same group with Nearest Neighborhood Decision Making.

Humic acid 제거를 위한 국산 입상활성탄의 흡착성능 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Adsorption Performance of Humic Acid on Granular Activated Carbon)

  • Adsorption process using granular activated carbon(GAC) has been considered as one of the most effective water treatment technologies to remove humic acid which is recon- niEed as trihalomethane(THM) precursor in chlorination. To design the most effective GAC process, it is necessary to conduct the test of adsor- ption performance by means of isothem, batch rate and column studies and to select the most effective activated carbon according to raw materials of GAC - lignite and coconut shell. The objective of this study is to investigate the adsorption performance of humid acid on two activated carbons - lignite activated carbon(LAC) and coconut shell activated car- bon(CAC) made in Korea. It is available to represent UV-abs and trihalomethane formation potential(THMFP) as concentration of humic acid due to good relationship. The adsorption capacity of humid acid is not concerned with surface area of activated carbon but with pore size related to about $100{\AA}$, and then LAC forming at the extent of mesopore is found to be eight times more effective in adsorption capacity than CAC forming at micropore. The adsorption capacity of LAC and CAC is better at pH 5.5 than at pH 7. Pore and surface diffusion coefficients calculated from the diffusion model are $7.61\times10^{-13}m^2/sec$, $3.52\times10^{-15}m^2/sec$ for CAC, and $3.38\times10^{-12}m^2$/sec and $Ds=1.48{\times}10^{-15}m^2/sec$ for GAC respectively. From the results of column test it shows that the performance of LAC is also better than CAC and the optimal EBCT(Empty Bed Contact Time) is 4.52min. and activated carbon removes selectively the components of humic acid to be easily formed to THM.

  • 자동차 페인트는 안료층과 도색된 페인트층의 색상, 도막층의 배열 및 화학적 성분에 의해 구별되어 질 수 있다. 법과학 시료로 채택된 페인트 도막의 미세편에 의한 뺑소니 차량의 성공적인 확인은 표준시료의 포괄적인 수집 및 전처리 과정 없이 직접 분석하는 기법이 무엇보다 중요하다. 열분해 가스크로마토그래피는 고분자 시료뿐만 아니라 법과학적 시료의 정성 및 정량분석을 수행하는데 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 실험실은 국내에서 선호도가 높은 각 자동차 회사의 4개 색상 73종에 대해 Curie Point Pyrolyzer(JHP-3) 및 Capillary Column(Ultra Alloy-5)이 장착된 가스크로마토그래프를 이용하여 실험을 진행하였다. 이 분석방법은 용의차량의 페인트와 유류된 페인트의 비교뿐만 아니라 자동차의 제조회사, 차종검객까지 확인하는 데에 이용이 가능하였다.
