두 개의 경사진 금속봉을 가진 구형 도파관과 동축 선로의 접합부의 산란 특성 (The Scattering Performance of a Junction of Rectangular Waveguide to Coaxial Line with Two Skewed Conducting Posts)

  • 본 논문에서는 구형 도파관내에 경사진 두 금속봉을 근사화한 구조에 모드 매칭법과 일반 산란계수법을 적용하여 이들의 경사 각도에 따른 상호 작용에 의한 산란 특성을 구할 수 있었다. 여기서 경사진 두 금속봉 구조에 모드 매칭법을 적용하기 위하여 적당한 개수의 모드를 택하여 경사각도에 대한 산란특성을 구하였다. 그리고, 이들의 경사진 두 금속봉의 계산 과정을 도파관과 동축선로의 접합부에 적용하여서 산란 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 이런 결과에 따라서 경사 각도가 50$^{\circ}$ 일 경우에 동축 선로와 도파관 출력 포트로의 전달 특성이 3 ㏈가 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 입력단의 반사 손실은 경사 각도에 따라서 선형적으로 감소하는 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

복합 바퀴-궤도 메커니즘 기반의 소형 로봇 (A Small Robot Based on Hybrid Wheel-Track Mechanism)

  • A small guard robot working indoors or outdoors can be used to report various information on its environment to an operator. The guard robot should be small-sized and lightweight to increase its portability. In addition, it should be able to overcome a relatively high obstacle to cope with various situations. To satisfy these requirements, this paper presents a small robot equipped with a novel hybrid wheel and track mechanism that can select wheels or tracks depending on the situation. The robot folds the tracks into the body in the wheel mode and only wheels are active with the tracks immobilized, which results in the fast moving speed. In the track mode, the tracks are extended to keep in contact with the ground. Furthermore, this research proposes the belt length maintenance mechanism by which the belt length is kept constant in either the wheel or track mode. Various experiments demonstrate that the proposed robot can move fast by using wheels on the smooth terrain and overcome obstacles by using tracks on the rough terrain.

  • Accounting information system is the most important and formal subsystem of the total information system of an organization which produces and delivers financial information. An organization has its own contigent characteristics. It is the key to a successful development of accounting information system to select the development mode and information characteristics appropriate for the contigent characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the contigent factors and the development mode of accounting information system. In addition, this study will examine the relationship between the contigent variables and the information characteristics of accounting information system. The research method adopted in this study is the survey. The results show that the environmental uncertainty, organization size, task diversity, task interrelatedness, and management commitment are positively related with the involvement and role of user in the system development process. The aggregate information regarding various departments tends to be produced by an organization under the uncertain environment. The information is reported periodically by a centralized organization. The aggregate information is preferred when tha task for implementation is diversified. The output information is more aggregate and provided more frequently when there exists a high interrelatioship between tasks. The output information is more external and reported more frequently in an organization with the high management commitment.

Dynamics of Global Distribution after Initial Entry

  • Purpose - This study involves the following questions: "Does internalization theory fully explain reality?" and "Which additional factors may add extra value to the theory?" To answer these, this study divides market entry mode into two steps, initial and subsequent and then, focuses on the subsequent distribution step; that is, the post-entry strategy after initial entry. In addition, this study relies on finding strategic orientations that affect the decision of post-entry into foreign markets. Research design, data, and methodology - To investigate this, this study examines 252 cases of Korean online games for each foreign market and the distribution mode at the product-team level. Results - The result shows that companies use different distribution strategies as a post-entry mode, like licensing, or joint distribution rather than exclusive distribution, through subsidiaries even if they already have wholly owned local subsidiaries which have enough experience and resources to select the entry modes among various types and then provide full commitment and control. Additionally, it finds that strategic orientation affects post-entry strategies differently. Conclusions - Therefore, this study is noteworthy and significant, as it practically extends the existing theories such as an internalization and distribution for decision making regarding the overseas expansion of entertainment businesses.

적염 섭취 식단 모델을 제시하기 위한 상용 음식의 최적 염미도 측정 및 적염 식단 모델 (Measurement and Evaluation of Optimum Salt Concentration in Usual Dishes for the Menu Suggestion)

  • This study was to seek menu model in usual dishes to guarantee the optimum salt intake considering the optimum gustation of salt surveyed on Korean adults. First, a pilot test was practiced using rice gruel to determine the criteria and a meaningful interval of salt concentration. Based on the criteria and interval so determined, a test was performed to seek the optimum gustation of salt concentration in usual diets. Subjectgroup for the above tests was university students living in Kyung-Book area. The results were as follows: 1. Mode value of the optimum gustation of salt was 0.5% and the received threshold difference of salt was 0.2% in the pilot test. 2. Mode values of the optimum gustation of salt in a la carte, soups and stews were lower than those of other side dishes. 3. But the portion size of a la carte, soups and stews is much larger than that of other side dishes, so that a la carte, soups and stews are sources of relatively larger amount of salt than other side dishes. 4. Considering the recommended optimum salt intake, it is desirable to reduce the amount of stock in soups and stews and to select fried food or salad more frequently.

  • 본 논문은 항공레이다의 표적 추적모드에서 표적을 정확하게 탐지하기 위한 PRF 선택방법에 대한 연구이다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 표적의 거리와 속도 예측치의 불확실성을 고려하여 허용구역의 중심에 가까운 PRF를 선택하는 '최적화기법'과 실시간 성능을 높이기 위한 '준최적화' 기법이다. 또한, 제안된 두 방식의 특성을 비용함수 및 계산시간 등을 통해 비교 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 두개의 팔을 가지는 실험용 로보트를 모델링 하기위해 사용된 기법들을 제시한다. 로보트는 수직 평면상에서 움직이므로 중력의 영향을 받는다. 그리고 두팔은 모두 탄성을 가진다. 이 로보트는 탄성 멤버들을 가지는 로보트의 여 러 제어기법들을 연구하기위해 만들어졌다. 시스템의 특성들은 아주 유연한 멤버들 을 가지게끔 정해진다.이것은 제어를 위해 쓰이는 전자부품들에 요구되는 밴드폭을 제안하고, 탄성이 크고 빠른 로보트에서 관찰 되어지는 유연한 운동들을 흉내낸다.

일부 치위생학과 학생들의 학습태도 및 강의형태에 따른 학습매체 만족도 조사 (Satisfaction with instruction medium according to learner attitude and lecture mode in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction with instruction medium according to learner attitude and lecture mode in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A web-based self-reported questionnaire was complected by 155 dental hygiene students in Cheonan from May 26 to June 5, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, school adaptation, interest to learn, effort to learn, faculty centered lecture, learner centered lecture, self-directed learning, motivation to learn, characteristics of each subject, and satisfaction with lecture mode. The study was approved by institutional review board (IRB) by Baekseok University. Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to evaluate the satisfaction to medium of instruction according to explanation factors. Results: The lecture mode, opportunity and motivation to learn, interest to learn and effort to learn were the significant factors to satisfaction with instruction medium. In multivariate logistic regression model, the adjusted odds ratio was 6.28 for the opportunity to learn and 4.87 for the interesting to learn. Conclusions: The satisfaction with instruction medium is the most important factor that decides the lecture mode and learner attitude including opportunity to learn and concern to learn.

파워 트랜지스터 사이즈 조절 기법을 이용한 LDO 내장형 DC-DC 벅 컨버터의 저부하 효율 개선 (Improving the Light-Load Efficiency of a LDO-Embedded DC-DC Buck Converter Using a Size Control Method of the Power-Transistor)

  • 본 논문에서는 4bit SAR-ADC(Successive Approximation ADC) 기반의 LDO(Low Drop-Out Regulator)와 파워 트랜지스터의 사이즈 선택을 통하여 DC-DC 벅 컨버터의 효율을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 회로는 부하 전류에 따라서 파워 트랜지스터 사이즈를 선택하여 DC-DC 벅 컨버터의 효율을 개선한다. 이를 위해, 우리는 스위칭 손실과 전도 손실이 교차하는 지점을 파워 트랜지스터의 적절한 사이즈로 선택하였다. 또한, standby mode 또는 sleep mode로 동작 시에는 효율을 개선하기 위해 LDO로 동작하도록 하였다. 제안하는 회로는 4bit로 파워 트랜지스터 사이즈(X1, X2, X4, X8)를 선택하였고, 저부하에서 단일 사이즈를 이용한 기존의 방식보다 최대 25%의 효율 개선을 얻을 수 있었다. 입력 전압은 5V, 출력 전압은 3.3V, 최대 부하 전류는 500mA이다.

  • At present, LG Electronics pushes ahead to eliminate the Pb(Lead) -a hazardous material- from all products. Especially, we have performed to select the optimum standard composition of lead free alloy for the application to products for about 3 years from 2000. These days, we have the chance for applying to the mass-production. This project constructed the system for applying the lead free solders on consumer electronic products, which is one of the major products of the LG Electronics. To select the lead free solders with corresponding to the product features, we have passed through the test and applied with Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu alloy system to our products, and for the application to the high melting temperature composition, we secured the thermal resistance of the many parts and substrate and optimized the processing conditions. We have operated the temperature cycling test and the high temperature storage test under the standards to confirm the reliability of the products. On these samples, we considered the consequence of our decision by the operating test. For the long life time of the product, we have operated the temperature cycling test at $-45^{\circ}C-+125^{\circ}C$, 1 cycle/hour, 1000 cycles. Also we have tested the tin whisker growth about lead free plating on lead finish. We have analyzed with the SEM, EDS and any other equipment for confirming the failure mode at the joint and the tin whisker growth on lead free finish.
