If web server occurs my fault, log file is important information to find out occurred error. The web server analyzer plays a vital role in improving the web service quality by analyzing log files stores in the web server. But, most conventional web server analysis programs are provided over wired networks, there are problems to be dealt with in terms of time-space restrictions and mobility. In order to solve above problem, this paper represent web server analyser based mobile. In case web server manager based mobile, it can immediately know recent log information accessing real-rime as also anytime, anywhere.

Currently it is being gradually focused on the mobile application's processing performance implemented by Javascript and HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) due to the dissemination of mobile web application supply based on the WAC (Wholesale Application Community). If the application software has a simple functional processing structure, then the problem is benign, however, the load of a browser is getting heavier as the amount of Javascript processing is being increased. There is a limitation on the processing time and capacity of the Javascript in the ordinary mobile browsers which are on the market now. In order to solve those problems, the Web Worker that is not supported from the existing Javascript technology is now provided by the HTML 5 to implement the multi thread. The Web Worker provides a mechanism that process a part from the single thread through a separate one. However, it can not guarantee the computing ability as a native application on the mobile and is not enough as a solution for improving the fundamental processing speed. The Cyclostorm overcomes the limitation of resources as a mobile client and guarantees the performance as a native application by providing high computing service and ascripting the Javascript process on the mobile to the computer server on the cloud. From the performance evaluation experiment, the Cyclostorm shows a maximally 6 times faster computing speed than in the existing mobile browser's Javascript and 3 to 6 times faster than in Web Worker of the HTML 5. In addition, the usage of memory is measured less than the existing method since the server's memory has been used. In this paper, the Cyclostorm is introduced as one of the mobile cloud computing services to conquer the limitation of the WAC based mobile browsers and to improve the existing web application's performances.

Recently, it is increasing a users requiring actually and a variety of service due to a growth of wet based technique and network technique. In services, the interest in web and mobile contents domain is increasing rapidly. The most contents supported point or a E-Money as result of contents's usage. But, the point system be in name only due to a lack of a contents using a point or a related service. As a solution for this problem, this paper designed a supported system that integrated a point system supporting others contents and can associated to a game using that point. we made a simple game and supporting contents in web for simulating the designed system. Also, we realized the mobile system for communicating a data causing in web.

The convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication services is being accelerated by broadband networks, digital broadcasting and Web2.0. This paper describes the definition and service characteristics of IPTV as a representative of broadcasting and telecommunication convergence services. Especially, the changes of infrastructure and technology for IPTV2.0 are addressed in terms of the service features of mobility, intelligence and participation. IPTV2.0 shall be characterized by the open IPTV service based on Web2.0 and the mobile IPTV service over the heterogeneous networks employing various wireless/wired access technologies. The IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Service Delivery Platform (SDP) technologies are increasingly considered to support the personalization and openness. The mobility management technology is being evolved to provide QoS-guaranteed mobile communication services to users at anytime and anywhere. IPTV2.0 services and platforms are also anticipated to be core components to achieve knowledge-based ubiquitous society. IPTV2.0 contents are required to be integrated with the enhanced metadata to efficiently support search, selection, convergence and delivery of the contents. Moreover, those contents shall be enhanced to provide the scalable services which is adaptable to the network status and user preferences. Therefore, the networking technologies for IPTV2.0 should tightly cooperate with application services and adaptive contents. Those technologies will be developed to construct the ubiquitous content service platform considering the evolution of networks and various converged services.

vCard that is the electronic business card automates the exchange of personal information typically found on a traditional business card. vCard information contains not only simple text, but also graphics and multimedia data like pictures, company logos, Web addresses, and so on. This paper describes the design and implementation of Web-based vCard agent system for exchanging vCard, an electronic business card and searching another user's vCard in mobile phone environment. In today's business environment, such as that this information is typically exchanged on business cards. Our web agent system in this paper connect web server which provide vCard service and search, edit vCard information displayed by web browser of mobile phone and exchange vCard with another user through internet. Considering characteristics of wireless devices that have limited storage space, It also saves constructed XML documents that include user's informations in a web server and solves the security problem by exchanging not personal data or XML but encrypted directory name where XML document exits as exchanging vcard.

The proliferation of mobile and tablet PC has been collapsing down geographic boundaries. Accordingly, the global cultural and artistic activities and public cultural content exchange have been enlarged. With the spread of Web 2.0, users can easily access a variety of cultural contents. However, each local government develops applicable technical and cultural content service on their own without consulting any best practices or standards. In addition, unlike traditional contents services mobile content services should take into account the characteristics of the environment. It is also necessary to provide personalized contents in a timely manner. In order to accelerate the future mobile environment, this study presents a mobile web service practice that was developed based on the current state for mobile services and a cultural contents derived from standards and effective deployment of the service plan focusing on the case of "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture".

Recently, people can create small content by themselves and it improved into a form that can be promoted. Also, as active small business owners increase, they produce the content for promotion by themselves without external professional help and they utilize it. This paper studies the method to make Mobile Apps, Mobile Web and homepage services available by automatically generating the mobile based mini content. The automated content creation system suggests the method that small business owners and groups can easily communicate with new people by bringing Single Page Application, hybrid mobile web app, N-Screen based content building, private cloud-based PaaS building technology, P2P network based file sharing and multimedia thread technologies together and creating the content.

Recently, business integration and interoperability of between the heterogeneous applications are requested by rapid growth of web. The school library provides a mobile web service that allows access to the library catalog system, and provides services that reflect the needs of search and consider the characteristics of mobile devices. Therefore, this study conducted a literature review, an analysis of the current status of school library mobile web services, and a survey of the mobile service user experience of students and teachers to find the contents and service plans for school library mobile app services that meet the school library mobile needs. Based on the survey, the contents and design plan of the school library DLS mobile service was prepared. First, the steps were reduced from step 4 to step 3. In the first step, solution of screen clipping errors in registering as a member and various login platforms for accessibility are needed. In the second step, integrated search and detailed search, provision of materials for use and reading education, post-booking activities, guides and announcements on the use of the affiliated school library, inter-loan, and e-books are provided as main menu. In the third step, it was proposed to provide related functions such as reservations as well as the display of the detailed screen of the search results of the collection. This study can be used not only to develop dedicated mobile app services, but also to change current web-based mobile services.

Cloud computing emerges as a new computing paradigm which targets reliable and customizable services. The term builds on decades of research in virtual machine, distributed and parallel computing, utility computing, and more recently networking, web service, and software as a service. In this paper, we provide a seamless connection migration of web services. This is useful for cloud computing environment in which many client terminals have mobility. With the wireless internet facility, those mobile users can move place to place during internet communication. Therefore, we provide solutions to the two major problems in current virtualization based migration: communication failure problems and connection re-establishment. Communication channel flushing by zero window notification helps to resolve the communication failure problems and TCP port inheritance prevents connection re-establishment errors during socket reconstruction. Thus, our web service migration facility is now able to preserve open network connections, and even for server sockets. This is a highly transparent approach, in that we did not Introduce additional messages for channel flushing and did not make any modification to the TCP protocol stack. Experimental results show that the overhead due to connection migration of web services is almost negligible when compared with time to take the conventional web service migration.
