  • Mobile electronic display applications represent a simple motion and express personal motions recently. In this context, we propose the Mobile Signage Application as against these existing applications. It provides the quality motions by multiplex editing and thus should share a kinetic typography with other people using Bluetooth. The Mobile Signage Application includes kinetic motions that are developed by HTML5 and JavaScript to attain variety effects. Furthermore, usability evaluation shows its sufficient availability and serviceability.

  • In this paper we present the combination of location based mobile advertisement services and dynamic digital signage markets has been developing recent days to provide consumer admired visual mobile advertisement on all kind transportation vehicles. In spite of that, the digital signage advertisement content management is still not that easy to manage the content dynamically as well operation is most time consuming to handle the contents dynamically in digital signage business. As location based services is most impactful service in shopping, the location responsive advertisement on vehicle signage will be most desirable mobile advertisement to help people migrate from one place to another place for travel or stay. This paper propose a mobile location responsive digital signage system for vehicles using the GPS and wireless infrastructure integrated with digital signage system. This proposed research use the centralized digital signage system architecture for the mobile advertisement application and this system can be expanded to different vehicles for digital advertisement including buses, trucks, train, air vehicle and any other form of mobile advertising vehicles. Also, this present an effective advertisement recommendation algorithm, by which the advertisement can be selected broadcasted for the right advertisement ventures more effectively as the service requested from advertiser. This paper present the emulated experimental result to evidence the proposed dynamic vehicle signage system performed better than compared with traditional signage random advertising. The emulated result proves that the advertisement recommendation algorithm can effectively works out the targeted key audiences in location responsive region the algorithm evaluated.

  • This paper proposes a new personalized mobile advertising service using a smartphone connected with a digital signage which is increasingly common for out-of-home advertising. The advertising contents can be transferred with their metadata to a digital signage. Then, the signage delivers only metadata to smartphones in close proximity of it. Based on the user's preference, an application on a smartphone stores advertising metadata and publishes a personalized advertising e-catalog automatically. A smartphone user can browse, edit and share it with friends. In the view of extension of the reach of the advertising contents of various N-Screen devices including a digital signage and a smart TV to a smartphone and supplying personalized advertising data, this advertising model will be very beneficial and commercialized in the near future.

  • As the mobile marketing through the smartphone has gradually increased, the smartphone application services using the AR marker, QR codes and augmented reality have attracted much attention. Furthermore the outdoor advertising is migrated to LED signage, which brings the visible light wireless communication technologies to the trial for mobile marketing. In this paper we present the implementation of AR marker-based URL access application services through smartphone camera using visible-light wireless communication technologies. We analyze the performance of the implemented system in terms of connection time and success rate.

Low-Delay, Low-Power, and Real-Time Audio Remote Transmission System over Wi-Fi

  • Audiovisual (AV) facilities such as TVs and signage are installed in various public places. However, audio cannot be used to prevent noise and interference from individuals, which results in a loss of concentration and understanding of AV content. To address this problem, a total technique for remotely listening to audio from audiovisual facilities with clean sound quality while maintaining video and lip-syncing through personal smart mobile devices is proposed in this paper. Through the experimental results, the proposed scheme has been verified to reduce system power consumption by 8% to 16% and provide real-time processing with a low latency of 120 ms. The system described in this paper will contribute to the activation of audio telehearing services as it is possible to provide audio remote services in various places, such as express buses, trains, wide-area and intercity buses, public waiting rooms, and various application services.
