  • Mobile Crowd Computing is one of the most efficient and effective way to collect the Electronic health records and they are very intelligent in processing them. Mobile Crowd Computing can handle, analyze and process the huge volumes of Electronic Health Records (EHR) from the high-performance Cloud Environment. Electronic Health Records are very sensitive, so they need to be secured, authenticated and processed efficiently. However, security, privacy and authentication of Electronic health records(EHR) and Patient health records(PHR) in the Mobile Crowd Computing Environment have become a critical issue that restricts many healthcare services from using Crowd Computing services .Our proposed Efficient Multi-layer Encryption Framework(MLEF) applies a set of multiple security Algorithms to provide access control over integrity, confidentiality, privacy and authentication with cost efficient to the Electronic health records(HER)and Patient health records(PHR). Our system provides the efficient way to create an environment that is capable of capturing, storing, searching, sharing, analyzing and authenticating electronic healthcare records efficiently to provide right intervention to the right patient at the right time in the Mobile Crowd Computing Environment.

  • In this paper, we propose the optimal migration path searching method including path adjustment and reassignment techniques for an efficient migration of mobile agent which has an autonomous ability for some task processing. In traditional agent system, if the various and large quantify of task processing were required from the users, it could be derive excessive network traffic and overload due to increasing the size of agent. And also, if an agent migrates from node to node according to routing schedules specified by the user at which the most of network traffic occurs, it could not actively cope with particular situations such as communication loss and node obstacles and required much cost for node traversal Therefore. this paper presents the migration method of agent which can try to adjust and reassign path to the destination automatically through the optimal path search using by network traffic perception in stead of the passive routing schedule by the user. An optimal migration path searching and adjustment methods ensure the migration reliability on distributed nodes and reduce the traversal task processing time of mobile agent by avoiding network traffic paths and node obstacles.

  • Advancing of mobile device is remarkable, so the research on mobile input device is getting more important issue. There are lots of input devices such as keypad, QWERTY keypad, touch and speech recognizer, but they are not as convenient as typical keyboard-based desktop input devices so input strings usually contain many typing errors. These input errors are not trouble with communication among person, but it has very critical problem with searching in database, such as dictionary and address book, we can not obtain correct results. Especially, Hangeul has more than 10,000 different characters because one Hangeul character is made by combination of consonants and vowels, frequency of error is higher than English. Generally, suffix tree is the most widely used data structure to deal with errors of query, but it is not enough for variety errors. In this paper, we propose fast approximate Korean word searching system, which allows variety typing errors. This system includes several algorithms for applying general approximate string searching to Hangeul. And we present profanity filters by using proposed system. This system filters over than 90% of coined profanities.

  • In this paper, we propose a femtocell searching technique which can prevent a macrocell UE(user equipment) from losing synchronism to its serving macrocell near closed access femtocells in co-channel deployment due to the leakage of femtocell signals by using a CS(Common Signal). The CS, commonly transmitted by femtocells in a macrocell at the same time, enables the macrocell UEs to be kept synchronized with their serving macrocells since the CINR(Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio) of base stations in macrocell can be kept high even near closed access femtocells. Also, the CS is designed in such a way that a macrocell UE can recognize the existence of femtocell by using the metric CSCINR(Common Signal Carrier to Interference and Ratio) measured with CS. In addition, the proposed femtocell searching technique can reduce the frequency of femtocell searching trial by using the metric on mobility of a macrocell UE defined in this paper, and the reduction of the frequency of handover trial can be also expected as a byproduct.

Multisensor-Based Navigation of a Mobile Robot Using a Fuzzy Inference in Dynamic Environments (동적환경에서 퍼지추론을 이용한 이동로봇의 다중센서기반의 자율주행)

  • In this paper, we propose a multisensor-based navigation algorithm for a mobile robot, which is intelligently searching the goal location in unknown dynamic environments using multi-ultrasonic sensor. Instead of using “sensor fusion” method which generates the trajectory of a robot based upon the environment model and sensory data, “command fusion” method by fuzzy inference is used to govern the robot motions. The major factors for robot navigation are represented as a cost function. Using the data of the robot states and the environment, the weight value of each factor using fuzzy inference is determined for an optimal trajectory in dynamic environments. For the evaluation of the proposed algorithm, we performed simulations in PC as well as experiments with IRL-2002. The results show that the proposed algorithm is apt to identify obstacles in unknown environments to guide the robot to the goal location safely.

  • In this paper, we propose a homogeneous multisensor-based navigation algorithm for a mobile robot, which is intelligently searching the goal location in unknown dynamic environments with moving obstacles using multi-ultrasonic sensor.   • Recently, the Korean Pharmaceutical Association has a public service advertisements for medicinal misusing prevention and environment protection by medicinal substances. And the cost and procedure complexity was increased by specialization of dispensary and medical practice. To overcome this situation, we have use for medicine information system. Ubiquitous and convergence technology have become trends in the IT field. In this paper, we designed prototype of medicine information system and drug image searching based on mobile for management and prevention of medicinal misusing using IT technologies.

  • Mobile devices compared with personal computers on the desktop have low bandwidths, small screens, and relatively slow speeds. These systems have practical problems with information searches in a web environment. Information searching of various web contents on the small size screen has especially severe limitations. We propose a filtering technique of web contents which can overcome the limitations of small size screens and meet the user requirements in a PDA environment. For these constructions, we first divide the screen into segment blocks and then extract content blocks according to the user requirements, so that only filtered web contents will be shown. The performance evaluation of the proposed technique saves an average time of about 30% by displaying only the extracted information instead of the whole web page.

  • In this paper, we propose a navigation algorithm for a mobile robot, which is intelligently searching the goal location in unknown dynamic environments using an ultrasonic sensor. Instead of using "sensor fusion" method which generates the trajectory of a robot based upon the environment model and sensory data, "command fusion" method is used to govern the robot motions. The navigation strategy is based on the combination of fuzzy rules tuned for both goal-approach and obstacle-avoidance. To identify the environments, a command fusion technique is introduced, where the sensory data of ultrasonic sensors and a vision sensor are fused into the identification process.

  • The mobile application market has been growing extensively in recent years. Currently, Apple's App Store has more than 400,000 applications and Google's Android Market has above 150,000 applications. Such growth in volumes of mobile applications has created a need to develop a recommender system that assists the users to take the right choice, when searching for a mobile application. In this paper, we study the recommendation system building tools based on collaborative filtering. Specifically, we present a study on comparison analysis of collaborative filtering in Java and R statistical software. We implement the collaborative filtering using Java's Apache Mahout and R's recommenderlab package. We evaluate both methods and describe the advantages and disadvantages of using them in order to implement collaborative filtering.
