모바일 패션 쇼핑 특성, 지각된 유용성과 즐거움, 구매의도의 관계 -사용용이성의 매개효과- (Relationships among Mobile Fashion Shopping Characteristics, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment, and Purchase Intention -Mediating Effect of Ease of Use-)

  • This study investigates relationships among mobile fashion shopping characteristics, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and purchase intention as well as examines the mediating effect of ease of use in mobile fashion shopping. A final sample of 379 (from the distributed questionnaires) was used for data analysis. The statistical analyses used for the study were PASW 18.0 to verify the reliability of items and AMOS 16.0 to conduct confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results were as follows. Both measurement models and structural models showed an acceptable model fit. Three constructs of mobile fashion shopping characteristics were significantly associated with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and ease of use. In addition, ease of use influenced perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment had a positive impact on attitude and attitude influenced purchase intention positively. Finally, there was a mediating effect of ease of use on the relationship of mobile fashion shopping characteristics, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. The findings provide useful implications for fashion marketers to build effective mobile fashion shopping strategies.

6시그마 프로세스를 활용한 모바일 게임 사이트의 구매 전환율 향상에 관한 사례연구 (Case study: Improvement of Purchase Conversion Rate in Mobile Game Site using Six Sigma Process)

  • This article presents a six sigma project for improving purchase conversion rate in mobile game site. The project was carried out based on DMAIC process. First, a defect rate is defined as low purchase conversion rate. In addition, 60-days purchase data was analyzed and it is shown that the defects level was 2.48 sigma level. In this study, in order to raise the sigma level, six personalization services were used in the mobile game site. Six factors were determined based on FDPM(Functional Deployment Process Map), fishbone chart, linear regression analysis, effort-performance matrix, and so on. The sigma level of defects has improved from 2.48 to 2.93.

The Effect of Non-verbal Communication using Cinemagraph in Mobile Electronic Commerce of Agrifood on Visual Attention and Purchase Intention

  • This paper is a study on what kind of effect non-verbal communication in mobil electronic commerce has on purchase intention and visual attention. For this purpose, the screen of mobile shopping mall produced arbitrarily was exposed to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall that expressed non-verbal communication making use of cinemagraph images and the control group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall based on still images. For the study, survey research and experimental research were conducted simultaneously. Data of survey research were analyzed by MANOVA and t-test, and by using eye-tracker experimental research recorded the duration of time that the subjects stared images. The results of experiment show that in non-verbal communication the experimental group that saw cinemagraph images recorded shorter average staring time than the control group that saw ordinary images, and the cinemagraph had statistically significant effect on visual attention as well. And it was analyzed that non-verbal communication had significant effect on the purchase intention of the experimental group, but had no effect on the purchase intention of the control group. The results can be interpreted that the people who saw cinemagraphs in mobile shopping environment had spent shorter time in seeing products than the people who saw ordinary images, but still the former came to have purchase intention on the products. The results of the present study can be useful for marketers who try to sell agrifood in mobile environment.

청소년 소비자의 소비가치와 소비행동과의 관계 - 이동전화 소비행동을 중심으로 - (A Relationship between Consumption Value and Consumption Behavior of Adolescent Consumers - Focused on the Consumption Behavior of Mobile Phones -)

  • This study aims to offer basic data for consumer education regarding the use of mobile phones by adolescent consumers in a correct way by researching and analyzing the consumption value and consumption behavior of adolescent consumers for mobile phones to see how they use mobile phone as consumers, which is a serious of user behaviors according to their plan, purchase, use, and disposal. Based on the research results, the study proposes the following in relation to the correct use of mobile phones by adolescent consumers. First, in the purchase or use of mobile phones, a more demonstrative consumption pattern was more likely for males than females and for those who are in higher grades than those who are not. Therefore, it is necessary to offer consumer education given the gender and school year rather than stereotyped consumer education. Second, it is necessary to offer objective information and give consumer education for checking the instant desire for something new in order to prevent an impulsive purchase based upon advertisements given the characteristics of adolescent consumers who prefer new designs or functions. Third, regarding the disposal of mobile phones, it is necessary to seek strategies for recycling mobile phones usefully at an administrative level to prevent mobile phones from being thrown away without being recycled.

  • 휴대폰 보급의 활성화와 모바일 광고의 확산으로 인해 새로운 광고 채널로 부상하고 있는 모바일 광고에 대한 다국적 소비자들의 태도나 행동의지를 이해하는 작업이 중요한 요소가 되었다. 모바일 광고의 특정 영역은 여전히 추가적인 연구가 필요하며, 특히, 모바일 광고에 대한 고객의 태도는 많은 관심을 받고 있는 영역이다. 본 연구는 기존의 기술수용모형을 바탕으로 모바일 광고 특성과 구매의도간의 관계를 조사하고, 국적에 따른 조절효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 광고의 효과성을 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있는 연구자들이나 광고 실무자들이 관심을 가져야할 요소들을 이해하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

모바일 애플리케이션의 상호작용성이 플로우(flow)와 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -구매등급을 조절효과로- (Study on the Influence of Mobile Application Interactivity on flow and purchase intention)

  • 모바일 보급률이 증가함에 따라 모바일 쇼핑 시장이 점차 성장하고 있음에도 불구하고 모바일 쇼핑 애플리케이션 시장에 대한 실증적인 연구는 부족하다. 소비자들이 모바일 쇼핑으로 백화점 브랜드 제품을 많이 구매한다는 점과 그 성장률이 높다는 관점에서 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑에서 기본적인 변수인 상호작용을 세 가지 차원으로 분류하고 상호작용성이 플로우에 미치는 영향과 플로우가 구매의도에 미치는 영향, 그리고 구매등급의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 상호작용성의 세 가지 차원 중 소비자-소비자 상호작용성과 컨텐츠-소비자 상호작용성은 플로우에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 기업-소비자는 플로우에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 반대로 소비자-소비자 상호작용성과 컨텐츠-소비자 상호작용성은 플로우에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 그리고 플로우는 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 상호작용성이 구매의도에 직접 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증한 결과 컨텐츠-소비자 상호작용성만 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 마지막으로 구매등급의 조절 효과를 살펴보면 구매등급은 소비자-소비자 상호작용성이 플로우에 영향을 미칠때 조절효과를 갖는다.

모바일 인스턴트 메신저 및 플랫폼 신뢰도가 모바일 콘텐츠 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 카카오플랫폼과 카카오톡 이모티콘을 중심으로 (The Impact of Trust in Mobile Instant Messenger and Platform on Mobile Contents Purchase Intention: Focusing on Kakao Platform and KakaoTalk Emoticon)

  • Purpose Mobile phones increase the frequency and speed of communication. The most popular mobile application in Korea is KakaoTalk, one of the mobile instant messenger(MIM) services. Although studying mobile services such as SMS, SNS and SNG suggests drawing upon theories in marketing, consumer behavior, psychology to investigate their personal use, research on MIM is scarce. We designed this paper to fill this gap. More specifically, this study is focused on the relationships among consumers psychological variables related to purchase intention to emoticons in context of MIM. Design/methodology/approach Data was obtained from 310 KakaoTalk users in Korea via questionnaire. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling in order to verify the relationship between variables in the model. Specifically, this study is designed to examine the structural relationships among perceived benefits, perceived risks, trust in messenger service, system quality, trust in platform, and emoticons purchase intention. Findings The findings of this study are as follow. First, perceived benefits and perceived risks had a significant impact on trust in MIM service(e.g. KakaoTalk). Specifically, while perceived benefits had a positive effect on trust in MIM service, perceived risks had a negative effect on trust in MIM service. Second, trust in messenger service also had a positive impact on system quality. Third, trust in messenger service and system quality had a positive effect on trust in platform(e.g. Kakao platform) directly. Lastly, trust in platform had a positive influence on emoticons purchase intention in KakaoTalk messenger.

모바일 음악콘텐츠의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting the Continuous Use of Mobile Music Contents)

  • 모바일 기술의 진화는 전통적인 음악 산업의 보완과 새로운 음악시장의 확대는 물론이고 음악시장에 새로운 패러다임을 만들어 가고 있는 등 음악 산업에 막대한 영향을 미치고 있다 그러나 현재까지의 모바일 음악콘텐츠에 관한 연구는 모바일 콘텐츠 전반에 대한 분석에 치중되어 있어서 실질적으로 모바일 음악콘텐츠 상품을 개발하고, 서비스를 제공하는 기업들에게 유익한 자료를 제공해 주기 어려웠다. 따라서 본 연구는 음악콘텐츠를 생산, 유통, 판매하는 기업의 입장에서 소비자들의 어떤 요인이 모바일 음악콘텐츠 상품의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미칠지에 대하여 연구 및 분석하였다. 모바일 음악콘텐츠 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 구체적인 분석을 하기 위해 모바일 음악콘텐츠를 벨소리 콘텐츠, 통화연결음 콘텐츠, 음악전곡다운로드 콘텐츠 3가지 유형으로 분류하고, 각 유형별로 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 벨소리콘텐츠의 경우 이용경력, 차별성, 편재성이 인지된 용이성에 영향을 미치고 신뢰성, 보안성, 맞춤성이 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성과 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치며, 인지된 유용성은 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통화연결은 콘텐츠의 경우는 인지된 용이성이 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 제외하고는 벨소리콘텐츠의 결과와 동일하게 나타났다. 셋째, 음악전곡 다운로드의 경우 이용경력, 복제가능성, 신뢰성이 인지된 용이성에 영향을 미치고, 이용경력 맞춤성이 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유용성이 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

모바일 마케팅의 유형화와 패션 어플리케이션 이용 동기 (Typology of mobile marketing and fashion application usage motives)

  • The importance of marketing on mobile platforms as well as mobile commerce is increasing dramatically in fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to categorize mobile fashion marketing strategies and to examine application usage motivations that influence brand attitude, purchase decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. Qualitative research methods, in particular focus-groups and in-depth interviews, were conducted to examine the typology of mobile marketing and fashion application usage motivations. Then, a modified survey was used to quantitatively examine what content consumers expect from fashion applications. Results of the qualitative study indicated that consumers perceive sensory (visual, tactile, auditory), relationship, information and practical marketing strategies through motives. Survey result from 229 consumers revealed four fashion application usage motives: sensory, relationship, information and practical. Based on these motives consumers were segmented into three groups: the experience/relationship-conscious, the product information-conscious, and the lifestyle information-conscious. The product information-conscious group showed higher level of monthly income and clothing expenses but lower level of mobile device usages. Lifestyle information-conscious group and experience/relationship-conscious group had higher level of attitude, and post-purchase evaluation. It was experience-relationship conscious consumers who spent more time in mobile use. This study shows a better understanding of mobile marketing environment of fashion applications.

A Study on the Holiday Effect of Purchase Interval of Mobile Phone in Chinese Online B2C Market

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically whether replacement intervals of mobile phones sold in China online B2C are influenced by purchase points such as holidays. If there is a holiday effect, it is expected that the product replacement interval or interpurchase interval will be short compared to the usual one at holiday time. In order to verify this positively, at TMall, one of the largest B2C sites in China, we explored 5,132 replacement cycle intervals and the point of purchase at which one of the sales records of an agent dealing with all multinational mobile phones had minimum two purchase records. As a result, there was a buyer who had shorter replacement period than usual in holiday season. There was no statistically significant difference in the intervals of interchange between holidays. Based on the results, it was found that the mobile phone vendors were aware that purchasing was occurring due to the holiday.
